One of three sisters, a mother, and a wife, Sheena Morelli re-discovers the woman she really is… the hotel to receive guests within that year. Sheena, eager to escape her role of unappreciated wife and mother, can’t wait for the opportunity to find herself. Dreams of sitting on the beach sipping margaritas are shattered when they see the property is in need of renovation. But they begin their work of meeting the challenge. If they succeed, the bulk of Gavin’s estate will be theirs. Facing the unexpected, working together, the three sisters learn a lot about each other and the gift of family love.
A beach read with heart… Be sure to read the other books in the series: Finding My Way, Finding Love, and Finding Family.

more
I would love to read more of this series.
The interplay among the characters was good, true to life. I enjoyed the challenges they faced and how they coped with their problems. It was interesting to watch the personalities develop
This was one of the best books I’ve read in a long time! I could not put it down!
Absolutely loved this book. I have purchased the rest of this series and am currently on the 4th book. One of my new favorite authors
I liked the characters and story well enough to buy the next two books.
Great story line
unlikely tale of a conditional inheritance that enables three sisters to explore their potentials and their relationship to each other. Add a male ego, rebellious teens and a mix of people entitled to live at the beach property due to uncle’s promises and you get a daily challenge on many levels. A fun read.
Great read. I will be buying the others
Very good book, looking forward to reading book 2.
I loved reading about the three Sullivan sisters and their quest to follow their uncle’s dream and coming together as a family. I read all four in the series!
I thought is was simplistic and disappointing. Great idea, but did not carry through.
Not very original. Very predictable. Doesn’t wrap up the ending. You need to buy the next books in the series and not worth my time in my mind.
Ending was disappointing and very abrupt
Great book I didn’t want it to end can’t wait to read the next one.
It was predictable.
Definitely a set up for a series – you might now want to start if you need a solid ending
If you’re looking for an easy to read, short novel, this is a good one. It ends a bit abruptly but it’s the first in a series.
There is a nice story line to this book in following three sisters and their struggles to get along and a better understanding of their individual strengths. However, I am dismayed with the use of a ugly curse word in the book. It was only used twice, but it could have just as easily been left OUT! I will not recommend this book.
Great storyline with excellent writiing.
More a novella with lots of characters and loose ends
