One of three sisters, a mother, and a wife, Sheena Morelli re-discovers the woman she really is… the hotel to receive guests within that year. Sheena, eager to escape her role of unappreciated wife and mother, can’t wait for the opportunity to find herself. Dreams of sitting on the beach sipping margaritas are shattered when they see the property is in need of renovation. But they begin their work of meeting the challenge. Book one was great . Even bought book 2. Totally enjoyable reading
Author created wonderful, realistic characters that made me laugh and cry. Can’t wait to read the next book in the series!
Great start to the series!
Great story about 3 sisters who inherited The Salty Key Inn from their uncle in Florida and have to fix it up to reopen it. Can’t stop reading till you know the ending!
This was a quick read, loved the story. It’s about a woman with teenage children suddenly given the opportunity to be her own self in Florida far away from her family for a year to with the help of her younger sisters renovate an old hotel that was left to them in her uncle’s will. Learning to live and make decisions with her sisters was challenging, plus dealing with her very unhappy husband having to stay behind and deal with their children and the day to day running of the house.
This was a fun read.
Good entertaining short read.
Really enjoyed the characters. Well written.
This series is great easy reading experience. Each one makes you want to move on the next book. I like the fact it is only 4 books long as well.
When I finished this book I had to buy the rest of the series. Loved it!
Enjoyed this “sister” book very much. Great premise, well done.
short chick lit book with interesting characters and a good ending – which leads into the next book in the series. I enjoyed the realistic relationship between the sisters.
This is an addictive book, hard to put down. The characters are so real! I can’t wait to get the next book and continue to follow characters.
This is one of those books I love where the characters build something out of nothing and grow at the same time. The challenge to find ways to get the job done helps these three sisters discover their strengths. Though they are challenged in sunny Florida with $150,000 to fix up an old hotel, I could identify and sympathize because no matter what our life throws at us, we all have similar reactions to the trials in our own lives. Very readable and romantic, with a touch of mystery.
A great story – very believable & fun!
