Now a New York Times Best Seller“I devoured Finding Jake. Great book, and perfect subject for this day and age.
Couldn’t put it down. An eye opener to the hearts of those who endure the tragedy of a school shooting. Unfortunately too close to a situation that is almost becoming a norm. Parkland Strong.
This was a very good book, I couldn’t read it fast enough, lots of suspense and really kept my guessing. I was so happy the father of Jake kept believing. I highly recommend it but it is a very touchy subject a school shooting.
I liked this book because it explored family dynamics, marriage, parenting, all the more relevant as the story is taken from today’s headlines. The book provokes thought on all these issues which ar e common to us all.
Couldn’t put it down
Thought provoking.
Wonderful book to read. Very thought provoking and interesting. Sad, but very realistic. Shows the other side of the coin that we don’t hear about when something like this happens.
The story-line comes straight from current headlines but told from a completely different point of view. I was thoroughly invested in the outcome. As an avid reader, this book was an unexpected find, and I became fully immersed from the first page to the last.
You won’t find it easy to put this book down. Riveting and so true to our current times. Highly recommend this book…read it.
Very appropriate for what’s going on in today’s world. I loved that it was told from a very different perspective. Sad ending though!!!
It personally deals with a current topic of concern in America–school shootings.
This book was a page turner!
Considering recent events, this was a terrific book, I couldn’t stop reading it! I can’t say any more without spoiling it.
I felt that this book was directly taken from the success of Defending Jacob by William Landay, which was once of the most suspenseful books I have read lately. Finding Jake is not worth the time to read.
Great read. Well written and hard to put down.
I would highly recommend
Book had an interesting perspective about how school shootings affect the lives of the family of the shooters. Twist at the end was not expected.
For anyone who enjoyed reading Defending Jacob, this is a book you will enjoy. Life’s complexities are truly unpredictable
Couldn’t put it down!
Great book..very relevant to today’s world.
There is a school shooting and as soon as the news breaks, panicked parents rush to the site, praying their child isn’t involved. This is one parent’s nightmare. Jake is missing. Was he the shooter? An innocent victim? Had he run away and was hiding? What?
