My best friend Sophie was gorgeous, at times uptight and desperate. Her biological clock was ticking and after yet another failed relationship she pulled me aside.“Listen Chase, you know I adore you and you know I need you. Historically, you always come through for me.” She swallowed hard while I listened. “It’s no secret that I want a baby, the semi old fashioned way.”I nodded not really … nodded not really believing what I was hearing.
“I want you to do it.”
“You want my swimmers?”
“Yes, through natural injection.”
Sex with my best friend. The best friend I had once upon a time wanted in a bad way.
“Don’t worry, I’ve got this covered,” I assured her. She looked relieved and maybe even a little excited.
Seven Days, Six nights, and lots of sex. What more could I want?
Oh right. A way to turn this into forever so I could raise my child too.

I really loved this book! Chase & Sophie’s story is a true best friends fall in love with each other when neither of them thought it was possible. Sophie decides that she wants a baby and she wants to make it the old fashioned way but there is no man in her life. So what does she do but ask her best friend Chase if he would help her make a baby. Chase is floored by the request but he knows Sophie would not ask him if this was not something she truly wanted. After long contemplation Chase says yes and they spend the next week attempting to make a baby. This love story takes you through the ups, the downs, the twists, and the turns. Grab a tissue because you will use it when reading parts of this story. Once these two figure out they are more than friends, it is explosive and their chemistry burns the pages up! Especially with Chase who is a ladies man who loves them and leaves them, he is the player. But there is something about Sophie that pulls on Chase and makes him yearn for something he never has before, the place of perfection, feeling like you are home. This is my first time reading a book by S.L. Sterling & I am now a fan. The HEA is a struggle to get to with these two best friends but in the end love does win out and this is a great read that takes you along for the journey.
I was provided this book by the author in exchange for an honest review. I volunteered my review of this book.
Loved this book so hard! Sophie feels her biological clock ticking and wants a baby, so she turns to none other than her best friend Chase to help her out. He agrees to help her. I absolutely loved Chase and how he took care of Sophie. This book is filled with tears, tenderness, friendship, steam, romance, and most of all love. Such a wonderful love story and I loved every single page of it.
Finding Forever with You
By S.L. Sterling
Main Characters: Sophie and Chase
I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author.
5 out of 5 stars
Well, as usual, I am a day late and a dollar short. This is book 4, the last book of the Malone Brothers series. I really liked this one and now I really want to read the first three books. Chase and Sophie are best friends. She is an accountant and he is a lawyer. They are both single and Sophie feels her biological clock is ticking so she looks to see if Chase can help her out. I loved both of these characters.
What do you say when one of your best friend’s takes you out to dinner and asks you for your swimmers so she can get pregnant? Oh and she wants it the natural way? Of course Chase tells Sophie yes, what could go wrong. This is a great book about long time friends who decide to make a baby, it’s a great idea, down to the contract so nobody is hurt in the end. It’s filled with awkward moments, sweet & tender moments, steamy hot moments and a few tearful moments all in one weeks time while they try to make a baby. I love Chase and how he takes care of Sophie, she’s a bit uptight, but rather than try to change her, he appreciates her just the way she is. Their love story is beautiful and you have S.L. Sterling’s writing to thank for that.
I received and ARC in return for my honest review.
I love a good friends to lovers book. This one satisfied my craving for that troupe. You can tell how much their friendship means between Chase and Sophie. Sophie asks Chase something that could change that friendship forever. I loved watching their blossom into so much more with their agreement. This is a make you feel good story. This book had my heart happy sighing when I finished. If you’re looking for a good, light, and fun book I would recommend this one! You won’t be disappointed.
Beautiful Balance
Sophie makes me sigh. She’s her own worst enemy, and I can completely relate. She’s intelligent, goal-oriented, a stickler for details…and the queen of overthinkers. It’s that overthinking part that really trips her up. Regularly. She just really needs to let go a little bit and trust her instincts more. She also needs to quit second-guessing herself. It’s making her go in circles and driving her (and those who love her) nearly mad.
Like Chase, for instance. *swoon* Yeah, let’s take Chase. Head-swiveling good looks, charm oozing out of every pore, and a purely sweet heart. Except he doesn’t do relationships. Well, not the kind women want. But he is Sophie’s best friend, and has been for years. Even though she turned him down for anything deeper. He is the complete field player, but he makes sure that anyone who plays with him knows the rules of the game up front. So no harm/no foul, right?
When Sophie realizes her biological clock is ticking down and she’s no where near a serious relationship, she decides it’s time to give up on love, and go straight for the baby carriage. So naturally your amazingly handsome lifelong friend is the one you call in to help with that, right? Yep, we’re all smirking here. We know the score. But it’s how they get there that makes this story so amazing, fabulous, fun, and emotional.
The author has done an outstanding job of balancing this story with a good bit of humor, a dash of angst, and a lot of genuine hope, heart, and passion. I love a good rom-com, and at times the banter and playfulness comes across as such. But it never goes over the top into a full blown romantic comedy, which is good, because I believe the sensitivity in this topic called for more balance than that. Really, there’s a lot to think about with this storyline, and it could have been shredded if handled wrong. But I feel that it was beautifully done.
Chase and Sophie are an intense and dynamic couple. They have years of history together, yet suddenly feel like strangers. One moment they’re old friends bantering about silly stuff, but in the next breath they’re walking on eggshells. This is definitely new territory for old friends. But Chase is strong and compassionate, and he doesn’t intend to let his best friend down. Especially when he realizes she’s so much more than that.
Good, strong characters, passionate intensity, and a wonderfully written story line combine for a read that delights in every way. This book is part of a series featuring the Malone brothers, but rest assured it can be read as a stand-alone.
Such a great read! Chase and Sophie have been best friends forever and I loved that friendship. They are spicy, fun and super sweet. Another great read in this amazing series. A bit bittersweet as I’ve loved this family!
A request to her best friend leads to her forever
Finding Forever with You is the fourth book in The Malone Brothers series and is about Chase and Sophie. This is a wonderful best-friends to lovers and forever story. Their journey is really interesting and was an interesting read. The book is well written with real emotion and characters that you fall in love with. I felt for Sophie as to what she was going through and then what her choice was in how to go about getting what she really wanted. In the end she ended up with a whole lot more and in the most delicious way.
An enjoyable read! It is a well written, well developed, funny, passionate, and witty page-turner. The characters you will capture your heart; the chemistry between them is explosive! This book will grab a hold of your heart from the first page and never let go. A Must Read!

Too Much Profanity
It may sound silly to say, but when I am checking out books at my favorite book review sites, I certainly do judge a book by its cover. This one suggested a sweet contemporary romance. The hero had no thug-ish look about him. I thought the book might have potential from the beginning when I read the first section from the heroine’s perspective; it laid out her goals and motivations well. But I was immediately turned off from the book by the first section from the hero’s perspective. I just couldn’t get over the profanity and his and his brothers’ crudeness. If the F-bomb and the S-word aren’t bad enough, this one also used the P-word to describe a part of a woman’s anatomy. I hate that word, and every time I see it. It makes my skin crawl. I firmly believe that if an author is going to have this level of profanity in a book that it needs to be mentioned in the book’s description so that those of us who want no part of that can find something else to please us better. Honestly, I just could not get past the profanity or the player attitudes of the hero and his brothers—which they still exhibit even if in a relationship. Ugh.
I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.
OMFG!!! FINDING FOREVER WITH YOU by S.L. Sterling Blew Me Away!!
Chase and Sophie’s Storytelling was Captivating and Passionately Entertaining throughout the Whole Book!! I DEFINITELY DEVOURED this Book in One Sitting and Never a Dull Moment from Beginning to the End!! It was Epically BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN and DEFINITELY a MUST Read BOOK!!
S.L. Sterling’s Writing is like Finding A Beautiful Jem and Cherishing it Forever with your Life!!!
Engaging, charming story. 4.5*
Sophie is not the only woman to have decided that to have “forever” with a guy, opting for friendship rather than a fling carries better odds. Chase, the “no stranger to many, many women, due to his commitment phobia” proves her right, for even after over a decade of friendship, they are still besties. The writing style, good editing, detailed character development, and description make this an easy-to-read novel that will resonate positively with many people. Sophie is a workaholic, whose emotional/social life doesn’t pick-up enough to form a long-term relationship with the male of the species and have a family, with. At the age of 30, she feels her biological clock is ticking, and therefore, asks Chase to father a baby for her. This storyline is a gutsy subject matter, as there are many lonely people who feel the pressure to have a baby before it is too late. Without giving the story away, after recovering from the shock and much soul-searching, Chase agrees provided his anonymity and legal responsibilities are protected. There is a deep-rooted affection, respect, and actual attraction between the protagonists and the tensions the situation created was very well handled by the author, as was the steamy “efforts” of creating a baby. Sophie’s reaction to some comments by Chase about her inexperience was a bit exaggerated. Getting pregnant, in one week of fertile period proved to be fruitless and our couple, whose feelings for each other strengthened to their surprise, not to mention their inability to accept their failure to conceive, part. The awkwardness between Sophie and Chase was very sensitively described. There is, however, a HEA, as Chase musters up enough determination after accepting his true feelings, and makes his move on Valentine’s day. So, all is well that ends well, making this a very well written story in the category of the transition from best friends to lovers. I would be happy to recommend this book.

Chase and Sophie are BFF’s , single and enjoying their lives until one day Sophie goes to Chase and ask to help her conceive. Can what started out as an arrangement return to the former status? Fun friends to lovers story with great banter between the characters and chemistry. You will not want to miss this feel good story.
“Finding Forever with You by S.L. what an accurate title for Chase and Sohie’s story. This was a friends-to-lovers story like no other! What happens when you want a baby the old-fashion way and there is no man in your life? You ask your best friend to help you, right? As you can guess their relationship was filled with ups and downs along with some twist and turns. I laughed, cried and fall in love with their story. It was explosive, intense and the chemistry off the charts! Page- turner guaranteed! This was my first time reading a book by S.L. Sterling and I’m amazed. Chase was such a good man! Highly recommended!”
it is a well-described story. I myself have mixed feelings with the main characters .. although they have good chemistry and a good friendship among themselves .. yet there was a lot of situations where I thought .. why then. I cannot explain it clearly. from me 4 stars ..

I really enjoyed this best friends to lovers story. There were moments of giggles and tears as Sophie and Chase realized what they really had. I loved how Chase was very willing to help his best friend with her heart’s desire. He was so sweet and remembered all her favorite things. Sophie trusted him so much but worried about their friendship. They were very hot together, and the emotions were strong. Jenna, Hunter, Bryce and Carter were great support for this couple. I recommend this story.
I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
This book was so cute!! I loved Chase and Sophie’s story so much! I love a good friend to lovers and plans that don’t always go the way it’s supposed to. These two obviously have a connection but when Sophie brings up her plan, awkwardness happens but soon they find themselves thinking about the other more then they ever did before. It was great to see them bond and fall in love with each other!! Great book with fun characters!!
This is the 4th book in this awesome series and is Sophie and Chase’s story. These two have been best friends forever, and as Sophie is worried about her biological clock ticking, and having no luck with relationships, she asks Chase to help her out. This is a beautifully written story which is fun and with witty banter which all lead to an entertaining and all-consuming read. I highly recommend for all readers.
This was a great book that was full of pages with well developed characters and an engaging storyline with plenty of chemistry to keep me entertained.

Sophie has made a decision that will change not only hers but her best friend Chase’s life. I loved the twists in this story and as well as the humor, I was chuckling out loud quite a few times. This book truly took me to a happy place that I never wanted to leave. Amazing characters that were complex and riveting. I have to say this has become one book I will definitely re-read again and again.
