Would you tell your husband everything?Every torrid thought?Every dirty sexual fantasy?I shouldn’t have. I hesitated to. But I did.And my husband? He gave them all to me. Series Reading Order:Filthy Vows (#1)Twisted Marriage (#2)There are no other books planned in this series.
F V is the story of a wife who decides to share her most intimate fantasies with her husband – and explores how that confession affects her marriage- Alessandra Torre.
F V is a full length, standalone romance novel and the highly anticipated next book by this outstanding author. Every time a new book releases, I’m giddy to get my hands on it and F V was no exception. And what can I say, I fell in insta-love and loved every minute I spend with Elle and Easton. Their story is not the typical romance, it’s raw and gritty and had me sitting on the edge of my seat. When you liked Black Lies, you’re gonna love this book too.
I recommend do not read the blurb or reviews, go in this blind – I did and I’m glad I did. It’s a scorching hot, nsfw story, excellent written and beautifully thought out and beautifully told. The characters aren’t flawless and I loved it. I loved reading about their fears, their struggle, their fight and their victory.
I highly recommend the book and give 5+ Stars.
This book. This book was not at all what I was expecting, but I enjoyed it. Once I started, I couldn’t put it down. I really enjoyed reading a book that centers around a married couple that has a ton of chemistry. I find that hard to find, so I found it to be a refreshing change. There is also an underlying layer of mystery here that sucked me in, and I am left with so many questions swimming around in my head. It is definitely a story I feel invested in, and I can’t wait for the next book to see what happens!
When I started this book, I was a little worried that it would be all about erotica, lots of kinky sex, and I wouldn’t like it. But I had forgotten how brilliant this author is. She just doesn’t write anything tacky and this book is proof of that. This book is about the awakening of a woman’s sexuality, and it’s told in such a sensitive manner, including all of the questions and worries I myself would have had. It’s fantastically multi-layered and incredibly entertaining, a real page-turner.
Elle and Easton met in college; he was a baseball star athlete, she was a philosophy major with plans to study law. Before meeting Elle, he had a one-night stand with her college roommate and bestie Chelsea. Chelsea had a worshipful moment raving about Easton’s penis, so when they finally meet at a party, all Elle wants to do is escape. She evades him for several months until finally he catches her, and from then on, they are inseparable.
During the story, they are a married couple, with a different future than they one they planned for during college. Easton’s dreams of professional baseball died after he suffered a career-ending injury. Elle had desisted from studying law. They ended up with Easton working in a firm that manages athletes’ money and Elle is a realtor in Miami. They have a huge house and an even bigger dog, a Great Dane called Wayland. Their finances are rickety and Elle has fertility problems and constant sexual fantasies.
In spite of their situational problems, this couple has a strong marriage, they are faithful and very devoted, and have a very active sexual life, as in HOT. And yet, through all their social life with their besties, Chelsea and Aaron, Easton’s best friend, Elle’s constant fantasies and sexual cravings continue up to the point she can’t ignore the need.
We live with them the exploration of a new dimension in their relation and marvel at the loyalty, the desire to please and consider one another. They are a strong unit; nothing can happen that can alter that and they won’t allow it. This was the part I loved the most, their cohesiveness. Easton and Elle have some insecurities arising from their weak financial situation, and yet, when they see the fear in each other’s eyes, the other one immediately rushes to reassure. I got a warm feeling reading about this couple!
There are a lot of yummy sexy times and the same number of tender loving times. It’s a little exciting and always warmhearted with some historically funny scenes. The book ends in a manner that finishes and yet leaves room for more. I’m glad to hear there’s a sequel in the works because I want more Elle, Easton, Chelsea and Aaron!
Clever……Very very clever!
Just when I think I have this author figured out, she puts out a book like this and gets me all kinds of lightheaded again.
Elle and Easton are college sweethearts that get married and are very much in love with one another.
Seven years later, the love and loyalty is still there but not without some struggles.
And when Elle shares with her husband the sexy filthy thoughts she’s having, it truly puts their marriage to the test.
This book is about love, marriage and the two people in it, but it pushes the envelope into that naughty little corner of the room and explores what true love can endure and what could possibly destroy it.
Like I said in the beginning, clever. The plot line is very clever and I love how this author can elevate erotica with such class and elegance that it reads as pure genius.
The side characters are fantastic, it’s well written and the sexiness of this book is sauna steam worthy.
My only complaint is that I wish there was more of everything happening a bit more earlier on in the book.
This can be read as a stand-alone but I understand that there will be more from this couple in a future book-which trust me, you will want because their story is absolutely addictive.
I would highly recommend this book and any other book by this author.
I have yet to be disappointed.
This wasn’t a cliffhanger or was it, it can’t end here. I love Alessandra Torre’s book, they always leave me wanting more and Filthy Vows is no exception. It starts with a glimpse of how Easton and Elle meet in college, then how they thought they had it all and lost it, but they always had each other and their love. Doubts, insecurities, dwelling on what they don’t have and fertility drugs drive Elle to wild fantasies. Does she want them to come true? If given the opportunity what would she do? This story is about the bond of love and marriage between this couple and what it means to them and what the want and or need. I enjoyed the characters (flawed as they might be) and the story up to this point but I need more.
A steamy read to heat up between the sheets!
Filthy Vows follows the married couple Elle and Easton, from when they met in college to their current relationship as man and wife. While sensuality hasn’t ever been their problem, they feel that something is missing, and Filthy Vows is about exploring that as well as possible repurcussions. It’s hot, intriguing, and all kinds of filthy, so of course I loved it! I did feel as though I wanted more back story, more history about the characters themselves, but it left a bit of mystery as to who these characters are. Alessandra Torre is a queen at twisty and passionate stories, and Filthy Vows is right up this alley. Can’t wait to see what happens with these two next!
Holy mother of all kinky stuff! this book was wow.. it was way out of my comfort zone, but man so well written!!! I wanted more!
Wow! This is a scorching new book from Ms. Torre that takes marriage vows to a new level. I wasn’t sure that I would be able to complete the book when I first began because it seemed like there may be some marital cheating in the story and I just don’t feel comfortable with books whose focus is on that. I know it happens in lots of books and I can accept it as part of the story but not of the main hero/heroine.
That said, Filthy Vows, does an exceptional job building up the marriage commitment. Neither person is wronged and in fact, they have a marriage and a love story most people wish for. But they are ready to challenge themselves and spice things up for the better. Be prepared because this isn’t your “buy new lingerie” story. But Ms. Torre handles the steam with class!!
I read this book as an Advanced Copy. At the time it was touted as a standalone. When I finished reading, I was very disappointed as I felt that the story was incomplete. The story really came to life at the end for me. The big epic event occurs, the culmination of what the book is all about, and it’s over. I wanted and needed so much more about this couple. So while I was very conflicted, it came to light that the author decided that she had more to write for this couple and that this would possibly be a trilogy now. So while I’m super happy to be getting more, my review feels jaded somehow.
I will say that this author writes magnificently and this story was really fascinating. It wasn’t drama fueled, it was humorous, it had a great cast of secondary best friend characters, and it had a couple that really really loved each other and have a great and satisfying sex life. The way this author presented this couple and their relationship felt very real and organic. They met in college, fell in love, got married, had dreams and then realities that changed their course in life. But through it all, their intense love for one another kept them together. The catch in their marriage was that the heroine started to have erotic fantasies. They discussed these fantasies because of their solid marriage. The idea of fantasies in the mind can be exciting and taboo but the act of fulfilling them can be tricky and there can be consequences that arise. Sometimes even the best of marriages need something extra. The only twists in this story is the fantasies and because this author writes exquisitely, it is .
I’m looking forward to the next book, Twisted Marriage. Will Easton and Elle survive their fantasy fulfilled or will it lead them to a new sexual chapter in their life? How will Aaron and Chelsea, the best friends, fit into their filthy puzzle? I’m quite sure that this author will continue to knock my socks off with these characters, their sex life, their fantasies and possible consequences.
Alessandra Torre’s latest novel is a sexy feast that will delight fans of her perfectly crafted erotic writing and engaging storytelling. We meet the couple at the heart of this story when they are married and deeply in love. Easton places his wife at the centre of his universe empowering her to be honest with him about her sexual desires and fantasies.
The story in itself is pretty straight forward, light, easy going, sensual and very, very sexy which I believe is exactly what the synopsis suggests. The usual push and pull of whether a couple will get together is clearly not a factor in the story as they are already married and secure in their relationship. The risk taking is all about how far the couple will go in terms of bringing their sexual fantasies to reality and how that in turn may affect the foundation of their relationship, that is the push and pull of this story, the will they won’t they take it all the way there?
I felt invested in the characters, including the supporting cast of best friends, and was engaged in the narrative. I confess I would have liked to experience more layers and depth. Perhaps I would have benefited from the story going back in time to the early days of this couple’s relationship, when they met at school, a time when Easton and Elle were young and with other partners, a time when Easton had a sports career all mapped out. However, as I said earlier, it appears this was not the intention of this story so perhaps it’s perfectly set in the time period of their established married life. It certainly makes the story feel fresh, unique and unexpected.
‘Filthy Vows,’ is written as a standalone but I’m so pleased a follow up has been announced as it is at the end where the story really took flight for me, and I would have loved more of this couple! I felt the possibilities of their story and would love a front row seat to their future escapades together and whatever conflicts that may arise as a result.

~ 4.5 Filthy Filthy Stars ~
How much of your secret fantasies would you tell your husband?? Would you be completely honest about all your deep dark secrets?? Well read this story and find out how Elle and Easton handle this.
Filthy Vows was the perfect title for this book…..It was completely filthy but in such a delicious way. This story was a truly erotic escape for any romance reader.
I was sucked into this story right from the start and it kept me gripped all the way until the end. This story was different from anything I have read before. It had me so enthralled I finished this book in just a couple of hours. I couldn’t put it down!!!
What I loved the most about this book was that it was about a married couple with no drama, but something that I believe most couples face in their marriage. I loved the realism of the story. I felt that the thoughts and feelings that both Easton and Elle had felt very real. I also think this book will make other married couples think about how they would handle this situation. I don’t think I could do what they did.
My only complaint about this book is that I felt the ending was kind of abrupt. I felt like there was more to Elle and Easton’s story and that it just stopped. It left me wondering about them and where they will go in the future. Now maybe that is Alessandra’s plan and we will get to see more of them in the future….who knows?!?!?! But even with the faster ending, this book it totally worth the read!!!
I’ll just finish this review with this, if you haven’t read anything by Alessandra Torre, I suggest you fix that and pick up one of her books!!! If you have read her books before then you already know that you are in for a real treat when you pick up one of her books!! Add Filthy Vows to your TBR list, you won’t be sorry!!!
Holy mother of everything naughty… I finished reading Filthy Vows a couple days ago and I’m still drooling and panting just from thinking about it. Alessandra Torre created incredibly sexy and steamy story about married couple and their life together. In some moments I felt sad for them, while in other I was really close to feel envy. Because despite the passage of time Elle and Easton are still very much in love and attracted to each other.
Real love means that there’s nothing you wouldn’t do for your significant other. Unfortunately there are situations in life you can’t control, which results in broken promises and feelings of non-fulfilment. There are also thoughts that you’re not enough for your partner if you can’t give him what he wants or needs. But what if you could fulfill your beloved’s desires instead? That’s exactly what happened to Elle and Easton. Life threw at them some mean curveballs and their life doesn’t look like they have planned. But what they have in spades is love, passion and extreme sex drive. But when Elle is getting these uncontrolled fantasies, she’s a little scared to share them with her husband, because what it would mean for their marriage?
Filthy Vows might be the hottest book I’ve ever read! Alessandra’s writing made the scenes so real, that I felt like a voyeur watching a couple in their most intimate moments. It was dirty, but also sensual and arousing. And the love… Good heavens, the love between Easton and Elle is so deep and honest! It’s like the fate rewarded these two with the power of this feeling for all the disappointments in their life. As a reader, I felt the sizzling chemistry between main characters from the moment they met, up to the very end when they were together for years. And can I mention how much I love sexy, cocky, filthy Easton, who’ll do anything for his wife? I WANT HIM!
Great storyline. Flawless writing. Brilliant characters. Filthy Vows is a delicious manifest about something we sweep under the rug in fear of being judged. It might be controversial to some, but what Alessandra created left me in belief that the world needs more couples like Elle and Easton- couples that are honest to each other, even if that honesty is risky. The ending of this book caught me a little off guard, but I hope that means that we’ll get more. Maybe secondary characters stories? That would be amazing, because I loved both Aaron and Chelsea !
4.5 Stars
This book had a very different feel to it than any other I’ve read from this author. It’s erotica at its best with a really good storyline. These two characters are so in love with each other I wasn’t sure at the beginning how the storyline was going to work. I’m completely anti cheating so I was a little worried about that aspect of the story but it absolutely isn’t cheating. Easton is a very understanding husband and I think his past definitely has a huge impact on how he sees and understands his wife’s needs.
I did find that Elle grated on my nerves a little bit at times and that’s the reason for missing off that last half star. I didn’t always like her attitude surrounding her needs as felt there was a little bit of a double standard going on when it came to Easton. It felt very much all about her and not so much about him although I’m sure lots of people might disagree. He certainly got plenty out of it too.
The intimate scenes were brilliantly written, the heat factor was off the charts. They certainly don’t lack any chemistry in that part of their relationship. Each scene varies from the next which keeps it very fresh and compelling to read. It’s a brilliant start for these characters and I think their story will continue to get better and better. It does end a little abruptly for me but I can see why and cannot wait to continue this story.
I’m really hoping the two main side characters get a book too as they were both brilliant.
From the minute I started reading I couldn’t stop!!! Sooooo hot! I instantly fell in love with Elle and Easton and couldn’t get enough of them, from the time they met in college you knew with how the sparks were flying things were going to be hot once they got together.
This story takes us on a little journey, first on how Elle and Easton met in college, their slow seduction which was definitely foreplay because you knew these two were bound to be together but with their banter it only made things hotter when they ran into one another on campus, then through the early years of their marriage along with the struggles of fallen careers and other obstacles life has thrown in their way, and finally when they are together facing a realization that neither ever saw coming. Elle has sexual fantasies and she is about to share them with her husband.
I absolutely LOVED this story, the struggles were real and I could feel the pain that Elle was dealing with as if they were my own. This story left me wanting MORE, MORE, MORE of Elle and Easton and I really hope Alessandra Torre graces us with another book about them because I honestly couldn’t get enough of them.
This book is perfect for anyone (over 17) that enjoys erotic romance that has an established couple as the H and h, and enjoy some very HOT sexual and as well sensual sex scenes.
Happy Reading!!!
The start of the story was an absolute tease! In some ways, it is a precursory for what’s to come. There is a slow simmer that allows the reader to go crazy with the possibilities. But there is also hot passionate fire to bring a house down. And when Elle tells her husband Easton her dirty thoughts… what is going to happen?
And when Pandora’s Box has been opened, can anything ever be the same? I hope it doesn’t impact on her marriage because you can see the love and support that exists between Elle and Easton.
Aside from the unbelievably hot chemistry and debauchery, we have two people who face uncertainty and experience insecurity. This real side of Elle and Easton makes them more likeable and relatable. The two of them face real issues and both Elle and Easton are going through life while trying to find their place. Trying to find what gives their life meaning when the typical purposes like children don’t happen as quickly as some would expect.
I loved Chelsea. She was a no filter kind of girl and I loved her refreshing honesty. She cares about her friends but isn’t afraid to tell them what they need to hear. This is one example of her no filter:
“Finally Confess? You told Becca you wanted him to stuff you like a Build-a-Bear.”
“That was a compliment, Elle.”
I also loved watching Elle and Easton’s flirtation especially before they started dating. It was sweet and funny.
I do hope we have another story about them. The ending left me vaguely disappointed. I’d hoped for a resolution but found myself wondering what’s to come. This does however leave a vast amount of possibilities and this may have been Alessandra Torre’s intention.
This book was so raw and real, I loved every second of the ride. This story was hot, passionate and will draw you in from the get go.
Elle and Easton were a wonderful couple. I loved watching them fall in love and then exploring things within their relationship after they are married. Their communication is everything. It was so refreshing to read about a couple who actually talks to each other. They don’t just sweep things under the rug, they deal with things.
I haven’t read a story this HOT in a long time and it was so enjoyable because it was done so well and was so real. I will say though, some of the moments are not for the faint of heart. If you love steamy hot scenes, you’ll love this story!
I can’t wait for the follow up story! While this book can be read as a stand-alone, I’m so glad we’re getting more of Elle and Easton! I loved the secondary characters so much! They were so funny and a perfect addition to the story! I hope we get to see more of them in the next part of Elle and Easton’s story as well.
Grateful to have received a complimentary ARC copy to honestly review.
Filthy Vows was, WOW. Just wow! It was one of those books that pulled you in and you couldn’t stop reading it because you had to know what was going to happen.
I had so many mixed feelings when reading it. It was hot and steamy, but sad too. I’m dying to find out what is going to happen next! I think my jaw is still on the floor.
Filthy Vows wasn’t what I expected. I thought it would be about fulfilling of fantasies, basically a sex driven story and while those elements are present there was a lot more to it than that. It’s hot and steamy with depth, it deals with a host of issues. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely read more books featuring this couple or their friends.

I don’t think I’ve ever read a love story about a married couple quite like the one that Alessandra Torre just released. In some ways, it feels like a marriage case study, analyzing and illustrating the evolvement of Easton and Elle’s relationship, taking readers back to the couples’ beginning and then focusing on their present struggles as well as delving into Elle’s sexual desires and what they meant for their marriage and their future.
I will admit that it took me a bit to get into the story, partly because I couldn’t see the connection of the title to the content presented early on but also because even though I understood why the flashbacks needed to occur, it slowed the plot line now a bit, leaving me impatient to get to the heart of the story’s conflict.
Every time I read an Alessandra Torre romance, I’m never quite sure the path the story will take or the dynamics that she’ll put into play when it comes the main characters’ journey. And while there were typical marital issues that Easton and Elle needed to contend with, especially their individual insecurities, it was beyond clear that love and passion were not concerns for these two, but that didn’t mean they had the perfect marriage; it just meant that they were willing to work, willing to communicate, willing to compromise in order to stay together.
By the time I reached the end of Easton and Elle’s story, I felt like there was more to tell about these two and where their lives together were headed, so I’m hoping that the whispers of a follow-up are true and that Torre plans to continue examining their marriage and perhaps even give the supporting characters their own story, offering further details about who they are and how their relationships work.
Filthy Vows is an intriguing and sexy story that allows readers an intimate look into the ups and downs and highs and lows of a marriage, illustrating that even a solid marriage can have its issues, but as long as honesty takes precedence and they’re both willing to give and take and give their partner their heart’s desire, any obstacle can be overcome and even the deepest desires can be told and maybe even explored.
4 Poison Apples
A deliciously, filthy story that is a sinfully build up of highly intoxicating trust with the ones you love!
Author Alessandra Torre brings us a wickedly sexy married couple who you wish were real so you can hang out with them and have them as friends!
I loved how raw, sexy and the intense the story was on the mind of a married woman who loves her husband deeply and has such a beautiful connection with being open and honest with her sexual desires.
Every chapter was a climax to finding out what the outcome would be if things are taken to the next level and then some.
Go grab this steamy read that will have you needing a VERY cold shower to cool off afterwards.
5 popped!
