This is such a fun book! Ginny goes on her first vacation in years to celebrate the approach of her 50th birthday and the hottest man she has seen in years saves her after a wave knocks her over, stealing the top of her bikini. As Scott shows her around the island, their chemistry goes through the roof. Scott has encountered very few wolf shifters in his travels and he is pretty sure Ginny is his mate. So Scott sets out to prove to Ginny in 7 days that they are meant to be together. And that makes for a really great read!

FIFTY, FURRED, AND FABULOUS is the tenth book in the Malsum Pass series. This was the first book I have read from the series and I can honestly say that it stood on its own with no loss. That was probably because Ginny was on vacation, so none of the other characters were around.
As a woman over fifty, I admired the author’s understanding that life is not just for the twenties and thirties. Ginny Weller is about to have her fiftieth birthday and she is still fabulous! Scott Sloane certainly thinks so. Their vacation fling becomes so much more as is the way of wolf shifters.
I love that he was sure, but patient. She was hopeful, cautious, but uncertain. There was less of the almighty paranormal “must” and more room for the couple to grow together. To me, that made their love more real.
I loved that they had fun together to allow that love to grow, even if it was in a short, vacation week.
As I said, this is the first book that I have read from this series. I’d love to read more… to get to know more of the people who mean so much to Ginny.

A sweet story about Ginny Weller & the first vacation shes taken in years. Tired of the cold, Ginny takes a vacation to a tropical island where she meets a handsome stranger who takes her on all sorts of adventures.
I enjoyed the book the first time around when it appeared in Silver Wolves & liked it just as much as a stand alone book. It includes an epilogue that the original didn’t have & gives readers a little slice of the characters happily ever after back in Malsum Pass.
