NoahI need the money. Now. It’s not my fault that the bed and breakfast my grandpa left me is a big fat failure. My only hope is to sell the place and cash in on what little it has to offer. The only problem? I have to convince her, my Grandpa Jay’s pseudo-grandchild, that it’s a good idea too. And she’s even more stubborn than I am.BeauNope. There ain’t no way I’m gonna uproot my two-year-old … my two-year-old daughter by sellin’ the only home she’s ever known for an entitled city boy unwillin’ to give his granddaddy’s bed and breakfast a chance of thrivin’. Jay, why did you have to partner me up with him? He’s even more stubborn than I am!

Fifty-Fifty is a new novella by one of my fave’s Kelsie Rae. She delivers a warm cup of romantic goodness in this new world. Lover’s Landing is an anthology novella series about a fictional town called Love, GA. The series consist of 8 novellas by 8 different authors.
In Fifty/Fifty Kelsie introduces us to Noah who is left a bed and breakfast in Love GA by his grandfather. Noah is in need of money and immediately wants to sell the B&B. The catch is half of it is owned by Beau, a single parent living and running the B&B.
Kelsie sets up this enemies to lovers story perfectly as Noah races to Love, GA to claim what he believes is his only to run into the stubborn, tough as nails Beau. Their clash and eventual meeting of the hearts is delivered with all the feels I’ve come to expect from Kelsie as this story will have you wishing Love GA existed for real.

A perfect book for a rainy weekend drinking a cup of coffee.
Fifty-fifty is part of a multi-author series centering around a coffee shop and romance in Love,GA. This is an enemies to lovers story which is one of my favorite kind of books to read. Noah comes off as a jerk in the beginning of the story. Beau is a single mom who has had a rough life. The chemistry between these two really heats up when they spend more time together fixing up their B & B. I really enjoyed reading this book. Kelsie Rae is one of my favorite new authors. I plan on reading everything she writes in the future.
I enjoyed this book. It was entertaining and well written. Kelsie Rae is a fantastic writer. Fifty fifty started out with me not liking the characters and I wasn’t sure I would get through it, which is shocking based on my complete adoration for the other books by Kelsie Rae that I have read (all of them). It was about a quarter the way in where the characters, Noah and Beau, started to grow that I actually felt like this is the writing style I know and love. Noah just seemed like a selfish jerk and Beau made flash decisions about Noah that I thought were too judgmental for someone you just met. I know there are people that are like that and so Beau is realistic, I just didn’t care for it. Overall, the book was enjoyable and I will continue to one click everything Kelsie Rae has to offer.

Noah grandfather leaves him an Inn with a co-inheritor, Beau. Noah sees this legacy, from a grandfather he does not know as an opportunity to get the funding he needs to open a tattoo shop. For the Beau, his grandfather was a source of light and he helped her and her child. She does not want to sell. They do not start out liking one another. But the best love stories start out with the lovers having to really cross an emotional distance to earn the love the find in the end. They start out on opposites sides and wind up working together towards not only a solution but a future.

A simple, feel good story set in a small town, this book has a lot of conflict & strife with the main characters being thrown constantly together. From young crush, to head on competition, some magic and a small girl there’s a lot to keep this book from dragging.

Good and interesting read. I liked the plot and the pace that it moved. I am sure others will enjoy it too. I think the characters were believable and it was easy to understand their points of view. I would probably read another book by this author.

Enemies to Lovers!
Fifty-fifty is Kelsie Rae’s novella in the Lovers Landing Series. It’s a stand alone though, so don’t worry if you haven’t read others in the series.
Noah is a tattoo artist who dreamed of owning his own shop. He is left half of a B&B by his grandfather who he really didn’t know. The other half of the B&B is owned by Beau, another Noah didn’t know. Noah decides he should sell the B&B as it’s not doing well, but now he has to convince Beau. When he meets her, he is stunned by how beautiful she is (inside and out). And she’s as stubborn as Noah! But she is not going to sell the B&B, the only place she felt was home for she and her daughter. They agree to spend a month improving the inn before determining the future for the B&B.
This is a great enemies to lover novel! As with Kelsie Rae’s previous books, she weaves the plot and characters together so well, you just have to sigh and enjoy it!

This is the first book I read in the Lovers Landing Novellas.
I knew from the first couple chapters that this series was going to be special and they would all be amazing!
I want wrong and Kelsie did not disappoint with this books.
Noah and Beau were a fun enemy to lovers couple. And a great book that reminds us that sometimes what we think we want, isn’t necessarily what we want at all or what we are supposed to be doing.
The story is a bit too much on the sweet side for my liking but it’s still pleasant to read.nothing too over the top , it bring a feeling of faith is always possible

Noah’s dead set on moving to where the inn is located and wants to sell the inn and buy into a tattoo shop where he currently lives at. He comes off as this total jerk when he meets Beau. Beau is a single mom with an adorable kid who has had a rough life. She thinks her dream has been ruined when she meets Noah. Noah thought he was meeting a man – this was an enemies-to-lovers story and I loved ever moment. The chemistry between them really heats up when they spend more time together fixing up their B & B. Such a sexy sweet read with heart.
My Rating: 4. 8 stars *****
I thought was super cute novella! I loved the characters and all. Mac is adorable and kinda stole the show for me with all her cuteness. I mean she can probably steal and get anyone she wants wrapped qround her fingers. Beau and Noah…. sigh oh these two. Im so glad they found their happy ending. Im so happy Beau decided to stop being stubborn to her feelings. Gah i might just have to try to catch the other few books in this little town series.
A feel good read. Noah discovers he is able to the best of both worlds. He is making his dreams come true, one step at a time. Beau has had the rug ripped out from under feet when she got the short end of the deal. Beau did get blessed with her beautiful daughter , Mac who is the star of the show. Welcome to Love Georgia, pull up a comfy chair and get lost in the small town book.
