NoahI need the money. Now. It’s not my fault that the bed and breakfast my grandpa left me is a big fat failure. My only hope is to sell the place and cash in on what little it has to offer. The only problem? I have to convince her, my Grandpa Jay’s pseudo-grandchild, that it’s a good idea too. And she’s even more stubborn than I am.BeauNope. There ain’t no way I’m gonna uproot my two-year-old … my two-year-old daughter by sellin’ the only home she’s ever known for an entitled city boy unwillin’ to give his granddaddy’s bed and breakfast a chance of thrivin’. Jay, why did you have to partner me up with him? He’s even more stubborn than I am!

When Noah inherits his grandfather’s B & B in a little town in Georgia all he wants is to sell his half and get his money but the other half belongs to Beau and she loves the B & B and wants to make it a success. They butt heads throughout this book and I love Beau’s daughter Mac – she is adorable and a highlight of the book. Will Noah and Beau ever see eye to eye on the B & B and their relationship?

Noah is a tatoo artist and dreams of his own shop. When his grandfather dies and leaves him 50% of his inn, he believes that his dreams might become true. But the other owner does not want to sell. To persuade her he stays on and falls for the irresistible charms of a 2-year-old, with her mother a close second.
A lovely story, well-written with interesting characters. The description of insecurities and the support of friends make this a “feel-real” story.

I really enjoyed Noah and Beau’s story, these two meet when Noah’s grandad leaves his b&b to both of them but he needs the money so needs her to sell. I have to admit it took me a little while to warm to Noah but I did get there. A really good read to curl up with.
Kelsie Rae has quickly become a one-click author for me. Her stories are charming, sweet and romantic and I have devoured every single one of them. In Fifty-Fifty, a Lover’s Landing Novella, we get the story of Noah and Beau and it was both sweet and angsty and will pull you right in.
Noah has dreamt of owning his own tattoo shop for as long as he can remember and finally, it seems like it could be reality. It seems like things are finally falling into place for him. He just inherited a B&B from a grandfather he never knew. The only catch, he has to share the inheritance and decisions with Beau. When he realizes it may not still be enough, he heads out to convince Beau to sell and split the profits.
Imagine his surprise when he meet Beau and SHE is beautiful and feisty and nothing of what he expected. And she definitely has no intention of selling the only place that has ever felt like home to her and she has more than just herself to think about. Noah was a good guy, but determined to get what he wanted. He just never saw Beau and her adorable daughter coming. Beau has been through so much and even so, she was sweet and caring. Could they come to an understanding before putting their hearts in danger of being broken?
The A Lover’s Landing Novella series are standalone books about different characters in one town. I absolutely loved reading Fifty-Fifty by Kelsie Rae and look forward to reading all the other novellas as well. Fifty-Fifty by Kelsie Rae was sweet, charming a bit angsty and a great read and one I highly recommend.

Happy reading!
Wow! What a sweet and endearing heartwarming romance with some of the hot stuff thrown in. I like a strong and independent heroine and Beau certainly was that, she had her independence and pride and was set on earning her own way which I admired. I thought Noah was a bit of a jerk to begin with but he soon won me over and him and Beau together with little Mac were everything. This was another great read and I’m super excited to see what’s next.
You’ve probably heard the phrase, there must be something in the water. Well, in Love, Georgia the townsfolk claim there is something in the coffee at Lover’s Landing Diner. Fifty-Fifty by Kelsie Rae is a Southern, small-town romance. It is entertaining, well written, and a delightfully easy read. The novella cuts to the chase in terms of plot but there is no shortage of character and story development; proving her skills as a storyteller, Ms. Rae’s tale feels like a full novel.
From the start to the finish, the characters and story are engaging. An inheritance from the long-lost grandfather and a mistaken identity create an acrimonious start for Beau and Noah. City-slicker, Noah, is an inked-up tattoo artist who sees his inheritance from his grandfather as a solution to his cash flow problem, but he doesn’t know about all the baggage in bed and breakfast/inn! While Beau is pretty as a picture, she is no wiltin,g hothouse flower. This single mom is running a business (into the ground according to Noah) and taking care of her daughter who is a scene stealer! Mac, the charming cherub steals Noah’s heart from the start.
The enemies-to-lovers is a well used base, but Ms. Rae has added her own special charms to the premise. There is no vile antagonist and the angst is minimal in Fifty-Fifty; it is a small-town romance that is sweet as a Georgia peach pie!
Fifty-fifty is part of a multi-author series centering around a coffee shop and romance in Love, GA.
Another absolutely adorable story by Kelsie Rae! I am a total sucker for an enemies to loves story, and Noah and Beau’s story did not disappoint. Throw in a sassy, sweet two year old and it’s the icing on the cake! Beau’s daughter, Mac, stole the show and my heart. Mac’s relationship with Noah was beyond adorable. Snuggle up and get comfy, you’re not going to want to leave Love, Georgia! I can’t wait to see what the other novellas bring to this town!

I enjoyed this story so much! The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because “y’all” was used way too much! Betty and Harold didn’t even seem like themselves because they don’t talk like that 😉
I have nothing against the word because I say it a lot but it felt forced in here somehow.
You will love Beau, Mac, and Noah.
This was such a cute love story about Beau and Noah. Noah blows into town after thinking the man running his dead grandfathers inn is jipping him out of money. When he gets to town, his whole world is changed when he meets Beau and Mac.
I enjoyed this story and I’d definitely recommend this book.
Noah has one chance to realize his dream of owning his own tattoo shop, and the only path toward that is to liquidate the inheritance his grandfather left him. Never having known his grandfather, this seems to be a simple matter. But he only owns fifty percent of the property, and he must contend with the surrogate granddaughter who meant so much to their benefactor.
Beau and her young daughter were rescued by the kindly owner of a bed and breakfast, and upon his death his grandson threatens to take away the only home she has. Somehow, these two have to figure out a way to work together, and Beau has to convince Noah that the inn is an investment worth keeping.
Light on the steam, this heartfelt romance focuses on the emotional depths of the main characters and how they figure out how to chart the rest of their lives. It’s a gripping story, filled with memorable people and problems that go straight to the heart of what life is all about. I couldn’t put it down, and happily devoured every page. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
If you love a sweet, small town romance then Fifty-Fifty is a perfect story for you!
