He warned me what would happen if he lost control. I didn’t listen. He told me to stay away from him, that if I got too close he would not be able to stop himself. He would pin me down and take me so fiercely my throat would be sore from screaming before he finished wringing one savage, desperate climax after another from my helpless, quivering body.Part of me was terrified, but another part … terrified, but another part needed to know if he would truly throw me to the ground, mount me, and rut me like a wild animal, longer and harder than any human ever could.
Now, as the feral beast flips me over to claim me even more shamefully when I’ve already been used more thoroughly than I imagined possible, I wonder if I should have listened to him…
Publisher’s Note: Feral includes spankings and rough, intense sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

So hot!
Super hot and super interesting! Totally recommend for lovers of Cyborg Romance.
The government is up to no good and snoopy reporter Cosima wants to bust it wide open. She sneaks into a top-secret military base that’s sort of like Area-51 and finds way more than she expected.
Scientists have cooked up a brand new species—alien-human hybrids they genetically modified to create an endless supply of (mostly) human-looking super soldiers. They’re much bigger, stronger and faster than humans and have heightened senses (smell, hearing, sight). They’re 8 foot tall killing machines. There were some problems and not many survived. I think it’s just Axel and his crazy brother, but I’m not sure.
Axel is a genetically-engineered, super soldier—a dominant, dangerous, alpha-male predator who knows he wants to keep Cosima (and spank her). His desire for her brings out his humanity. He’s developing real feelings for her and is becoming more than those twisted experiments and strands of alien DNA.
I hope this will be turned into a series because I really want to read more about these characters and this world.
This was one wonderously, trippy, intense sci-fi romance.
Cosima (h) is a journalist with a scientific background & she KNOWS there is SOMETHING going on in Echelon 67, something dark, wrong & secret. Sure this will net her ‘the scoop of a lifetime’ Cosima manages to infiltrate Echelon 67 & make her way to one of the buildings. And so she makes her way down several levels to find files that explain EXACTLY what abominations & horrors have been perpetrated & then encounters one of the ‘experiments’ to her horror. Only the arrival of a 2nd one of these experiments saves her life: but for how long & at what cost?
IMO this was a very interesting take on aliens & a VERY believable scenario of what foolish things humanity is capable of committing.
Axel (H) was feral, primal, intense, intelligent & while not a complete slave to his hormones & emotions he was always on the cusp of losing control & descending into a primal ravaging male. Gorgeous, muscled, DOMINANT, HOT!!!!
The writer does a very good job detailing the interactions (rough, intense & some of the best steamy scenarios & descriptions I’ve read). Although it initially seems Cosima isn’t on board with Axel’s overtures, she (& the reader) very quickly realize she is & is aggressive in her own way & manner.
It can be a delicate dance for a writer to create such a dominant overpowering male in such a way the reader actively likes him, but IMO this author did. And I also liked how Cosima is upfront with herself & her feelings for Axel. I really found myself with my fingers crossed hoping against hope that Cosima & Axel would be able to have a HEA together.
But in order to have that, they have to overcome themselves, a government as well as a rogue experiment so violent & out of control he makes Axel look almost tame. Almost. Because now Axel has someone to protect . . . .
Excellent erotic (very, very!) sci-fi romance I recommend.
Ummm, Axel also has an extra ‘something’ that is very, very imaginative & beyond satisfying ;0)

Firstly…Bo Alexander and that voice…he could read me the phone book, love it! I was a bit confused at the beginning as I thought the first character was male, ummm yeah, then the male voice kicked in and my tummy did little rumble. Absolutely no complaints from me….
I really enjoyed the set up of the story, and that extra bit that Axel has, lol, you’ll know what I mean when you get to it. I could see the world and the characters around me as I listened, which was great. A few parts made me chuckle out loud but not for the reasons you might think.
What a unique version of an alien creature. I enjoyed this book and the details are so thorough you see everything in your mind perfectly and can I also add HOT!!! These characters are such a great fit for each other regardless of how they came to meet. The author gave this book a perfect ending as well. All wrapped up with a pretty little bow.
Narration in this book was done very well. I loved the deep throaty voice the best.
Feral by Sara Fields is a Standalone Dark Sci-Fi Romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Bo Alexander. This is the first book of Sara’s that I have read and look forward to reading more from her in the future. Bo did a great job narrating. The only down fall was that he did not change tone for each character. I liked that the book switched between Axel and Cosima points of view so you could really get into both characters head. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Dark Romance and a bit of Sci-Fi.

This is a Dark, Very Steamy, Sci-Fi Alien Tale. Cosima is a strong woman, curious and intrepid. Axel is an alien/human/super soldier, very alpha and dominant, protective and possessive. The story is set in the future (2172) on Earth, in the Echelon 67, a Top Secret Government Facility. Cosima entered the site to find more about the place, and what happened there. The storyline is dark, filled with very steamy scenes, but also action packed, twisted, and suspenseful. Bo Alexander has a great voice, and he did a good job with the narration. #AudiobookObsession
Sara Fields is a new author to me and I was definitely excited to have found her. Feral is the first “Alien” story that I have enjoyed and I was pleasantly surprised with how quick I was to start enjoying the story. Cosima is a medical journalist after the biggest story of her life. She takes a huge risk to infiltrate a government facility but the risk was more serious than she ever thought possible. It was life threatening and scary as hell. Cosima stumbled on a facility that not only researched and experimented on aliens but they lost control of the facility to one very angry pissed off alien that is killing everyone and his brother Axel who is trying to stop him. Axel is a sexy and very strong being. He finds Cosima about to be ravaged and saves her. He protects her and falls in love with her. The whole story starts off based on sex and it’s hard, fierce and without limits. Ince you get past all the hot sex though the story starts to unfold and it’s a sad one for Axel. Cosima is the one good thing that has ever happened to Axel and he will fight to his death to have her.
Bo Alexander does an impressive job with the narration of this book and bringing to life a story so dark and twisted. A great audiobook that I would highly recommend and if you have never read an alien story before than start with this one. You will want to read more.
Audiobook version:
Let me first tell you- I have read Sara Fields book before so I had some expectations going into this. I expected some serious steam and I expected a commanding, dominant Hero (or 2). Sara did not disappoint! This was less sci-fi feeling than her Vakarran Captive series but still gave a dose for those that love her alien storylines.
This was my first encounter with Bo Alexander that I am aware of and I must say, I really enjoyed his performance!
This was a great, dark, captivating, sizzling Listen.
P.S. I LOOOOVED the extra “bits” Sara!

Feral by Sara Fields is a Sci-Fi Alien romance set in a future where unethical scientific experiments and possible government involvement exist.
This story was a fast-paced, imaginative erotica and a quick read. With heart-pounding action, off the charts hott steamy scenes and a couple of likable characters this story held my attention until the end. There were slight hints of mystery, secrets and genetic experiments included in this tale but the main focus was the explicit steamy scenes.
I listened to the audible version of this novel which was narrated by Bo Alexander. At the beginning of this novel it was difficult to determine the gender of the character as there was no distinction in the narrators voice and no actual mention in the story so it was a bit confusing to start. Eventually it became obvious and I was able to better follow along with the story. Apart from that beginning I did enjoy this narrator.
If you are looking for a quick steamy read check this one out. I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

The storyline was good and the characters were interesting enough to keep my attention as I turned each and every page until the very end!
Great read
Cosima is out to explore a sector that is a mystery to humans. She discovers all scientists dead and only two human like creatures left alive. Axel is a creature of science, enhanced for war and experimented on. His brother is a total savage and kills everyone he comes across. Will Axel be able to protect Cosima? This story has spanking, dubious consent, and other aspects of BDSM. I enjoyed this story.

Loved the storyline….the things that can happen without ever leaving the planet. I loved how Cosima could get thru to Axel even in his beast state. Wish there had been an epilogue… .all that sex and no baby?
A reporter finds an alien-human hybrid, a secret she was not meant to know. Now he has to protect her from them, as well as himself…
Okay, let’s start by establishing that this is a dark science fiction romance story. It is intended to titillate and entertain, not to be scientifically accurate or socially acceptable. It contains wildly impossible rough sex and elements of D/S. But let’s also point out that our hero and heroine enjoy what they get.
So working from that perspective, this was a well written story with interesting characters and lots of action, not all of which takes place in the bedroom. I found the story to be fun to read and an easy way to spend a few hours reading. If you enjoy stories with dominant alien males and lots of hot steamy scenes, you should be right at home here.
Highly recommended

He warned her to stay away but she wanted him. She was also scared and she still went after him. He will push and push but just how far will be be able to push her. See what they will get up to

A journalist wants to find out what is happening in Echelon 67 a secret government facility. Cosima goes undercover to discover the secrets and gets a little bit more than she bargained for when she meets Axel who is very alpha and dominant. It is a very sexy read and Sara Fields at her best. I do feel there is more to explore with Axel and Cosima, so hopefully Sara has more to write about this couple.
Very enjoyable read.
Intense and fast paced story. I loved the premise of this book and was quickly drawn into the story. The story is told mainly around three characters and ends up centering on a battle between good and evil. Cosima is a brave woman, smart and independent. When she is captured by the guards and first meets Saleos you really get the idea that her time is up and maybe the story isn’t about her after all. When Axel finds her, the story amps up both the action and the sexual heat. They get busy a lot. The only complaint that I have with this story is that the intimate scenes are all almost the same, and also, the time line for the back door parties is off because they go to one party there but then the next time she acts like she’s never even been in that neighborhood, you know what I’m trying not to say? I think it’s cool that the dudes are like Hellboy’s cousins and they are massively aggressive, but does no one ever do TLC in a rough love kind of relationship? Regardless of my little sexual behavior etiquette meltdown, the story is strong, easily imaginable and satisfyingly violent enough to keep the greater plot interesting right to the end of the book.
