I really liked this book. It was different to me. It had surprising twists and turns that I wasn’t expecting. I really liked the main characters. I wasn’t happy about everything that happened in the book, but, that’s like real life – everything doesn’t always go our way. I would wake up in the middle of the night puzzling over who done it and why. I only wish the epilogue would have been more time into the future rather than just 4 months. I really wanted to know how the characters overcame their trauma and how their lives turned out. And that’s what makes a good book – caring about the characters like you know them personally.
I loved this. Didn’t want it to end. Read it in no time.
Really good.. finished it in a day.. wanted to know who did it…
I just discovered this author and I’m so glad I did! I really enjoyed Fear Me, Fear Me Not and have already bought the second book in the series. I found Erin and Dimitri to be very well-developed and relatable characters. The suspense kept me turning pages, and although I thought I might know who the killer was, there was a great twist near the end that I didn’t see coming. Highly recommended.
This is a YA suspense and romance story. It’s set in a small town in Texas. I felt like the theme and characters are appropriate for this genre. I saw several reviews about the language which didn’t bother me and it’s reality how young adults talk. I really enjoyed having the killers point of view woven into this story which you don’t always get to see that layer. The narrator was new to me and I thought she did a pretty good job.
I requested this audiobook from http://www.audiobooksunleashed.com for free and have voluntarily left this review.
This book definitely has some Criminal Minds vibes going on and is such an intense listen that you just can’t stop. I loved everything about this book, even with me being able to figure out who it is that is killing everyone. I will definitely be looking for more from this new to me author.
Fear Me, Fear Me Not isn’t going to make you smile and think only rainbows exist. There is a serial killer on the loose. They are afraid and they have a reason to be.
But life goes on…
Or does it? I giess that depends on if you are on the angel list. With increasing tension, increasing body counts, and still no one arrested, Gavert isn’t exactly making my bucket list.
Erin is in more danger than she could ever imagine. Her heart and her life are in jeopardy.
I really enjoyed Fear Me, Fear Me Not. It’s a great suspense, an appropriate twist, and enough shade to only guess at what is coming next.
An emotional roller coaster tale told through the eyes of Dimitri, Erin and a killer. In a Texas town, a killer is on the loose. Every Homecoming, a girl is taken and killed. This has taken a toll on Erin’s family. Erin try’s to be strong for her brother and mom. Dimitri, former high school football star, is learning to cope with his accident and his feelings for Erin. They struggle with their feelings while a killer is closing in.
A suspense filled novel that leaves you wondering what will happen. I couldn’t put the story down.
