One outrageous weekend with two men, that’s what Faye Evans dreams of, but when she meets Jai and Garth — and their live in ghost — she gets much more than she bargained for.Faye Evans is a woman on a mission. Both her older sisters have had ménage a trois relationships and now Faye too harbours a desire to sample the pleasures of two men, if only for a single wild weekend. The opportunity … The opportunity arises when architect Garth Connor calls her in to investigate the ghostly presence in his business premises. Both Garth and his business partner, Jai Nilson, are gorgeous hunks, and Faye can’t help being attracted to them.
Garth and Jai are friends and colleagues but their relationship is competitive. When the mischievous ghost medium walks into their life and shows interests in them both, the edge between them sharpens. While Jai often walks on the wild side, Garth has never shared a woman before, but his desire for Faye makes him rise to the challenge. Especially when Jai quickly picks up on Faye’s secret wishes and pushes things along, orchestrating their interactions until the simmering eroticism between them demands hardcore action.
But Faye’s fling isn’t as straightforward as she’d anticipated. She soon worries that she’s endangered Garth and Jai’s friendship by getting involved, and even more so when the shadow of a secret, long held grudge between the two men falls over their threesome and their growing affection. To top it all, dealing with the resident ghost only adds to the emotional entanglement, making Faye feel she wants to end it and run. But are Garth and Jai about to let her get away?

I quite enjoyed this story from the very start. It is filled with humor, ghosts, fascinating conversations, and steam. The story has several subplots because of Faye’s befriending the ghost and trying to help solve the issues holding her to the house along with her fabulous relationship with her sisters all the while getting to know the two guys. In most ways, this story is very different from the first two in this series because the guys know that Faye is a psychic who talks to ghosts from the very start of the story. Well written and entertaining.

Faye can work with ghosts and is called in to help at a manor owned by Jai and Garth, who want to turn it into their offices. The characters work into a steamy relationship. The storyline had some different surprises and twists from the usual. I really enjoy this author and can not wait to read the next one.

The great plot was beautifully written, and the characters were so well developed that as I turned each page the chemistry between the characters kept me totally hooked until the very last page!
Faye is the third sister in this series, and now she hopes for a relationship like her sisters have. When she is called in to help with a ghostly presence, she meets Jai and Garth. They have such a great chemistry together, and it is steamy hot! However secrets from the past, and a ghost makes it so much complicated, and they will really need to figure it through to get to their HEA. I have really enjoyed this series and found them entertaining.
I received a free advanced review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my fair and honest opinion.
This is the last book in the Erogenous Zones Series and Faye wants what her older sisters have in their ménage a trois relationships. All three sisters also share a psychic gift. Garth and Jai are long time business partners and friends and both are attracted to Faye, but have never shared before. They have purchased an old manor house for their office, but it seems to come with a ghost. That’s where Faye comes in. The book is well paced, compelling, steamy, and has a few twists along the way. What a fun 3 book series from Saskia Walker

Speaking to dead people 4 stars – It’s a very steamy “I speak to dead people” romance story. I like it because it is not a cheesy take on psychic powers. The plot has a good blend of steam and supernatural. Faye’s reason for the conflict doesn’t feel natural to the story though. Her reaction to Jai and Garth’s bickering doesn’t make sense for someone who is really enjoying her time with the two friends. Anyway, still entertaining and interesting to read. I received an advanced copy and voluntarily chose to review it.
I received an ARC from BookSprout and am leaving my review voluntarily. It was previously published in 2014. This is book 3 in a paranormal/menage series.

Spoilers:
Faye, youngest of the three sisters, she has the ability to sense spirits. After observing her sisters find happiness with 2 partners, she wonders if she can as well.
Jai, business partner to Garth. He becomes intrigued with Faye at their first meeting. He has a laid back, casual attitude.
Garth, a businessman, hires Faye to investigate possible paranormal disturbances in his building. Garth is the more formal of the two men.
This story didn’t have the same vibe as the first two. Yes, there was some paranormal happenings and a few sexy adventures, but I felt like this was more about hooking up and less about being in a relationship. Still a decent read.
Faye’s story was much better than her sister, Holly’s story. I’m glad I decided to stick with the series to see how the sisters turned out. While Monica may have had the most fun out of the 3, I think Faye may have had the most unique story. It’s hot and steamy and full of angst

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with!
By the time you’ve figured out who is who and how deep hate can run, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter!
Can’t say I didn’t warn you.
This series is amazing each book reads as a standalone however, why would you read just one when you can read about all three sisters and their abilities. Faye like her sisters has the psychic ability in dealing with ghosts. Jai and Garth two sexy as all get out competitive best friends who just bought an old manor with plans on renovating it for their office, but something isn’t right with this manor. Seems they aren’t the only ones in the manor, they feel a presence there that isn’t alive and that is when they contact Faye to get hopefully get rid of the ghost. However, what the three of them didn’t count on was the chemistry between them being so intense and the magnetic pull was so strong that they couldn’t ignore so do they give in to the pull, can they find happiness?
This is a stand-alone, but book 3 of a series about psychic sisters. That may seem like a bizarre thing to read about in adult erotica, but it really works.
The first book is about older sister, Monica, and this book is about middle sister, Holly. And this book is about the youngest sister, Faye. Each sister has their own unique psychic ability which comes with its own challenges.
I have loved Faye’s free-spirit, loving, and supportive character in the previous books of this series and was very happy with how her story played out. You might think being a free spirited psychic who can talk to ghosts would make her character a kook, but she really isn’t! I love how down-to-Earth and grounded she is and recognize the true artistry the author has in making that work.
Faye has seen how her sisters ménage relationships have made them blossom and is curious to have one of her own. She soon learns that there is much more to how these relationships come together and work. The added side story of our resident ghost is also heart wrenching and worth the book all by itself.
I love how the author doesn’t repeat the same scenarios or repeat the same challenges to pleural relationship. Each book is unique, but all still have hot love scenes. So much more than just a quick, steamy underdeveloped erotica. This author knows how to deliver wonderful stories, amazing characters, and hot, sexy love scenes. I highly recommend this series.

Spicy, Sweet and … Ghostly
Faye finally gets her story, and her men! The bantering relationship between Garth and Jai was a hoot to read, and Faye gave it just as good. I loved how the ghost situation got resolved – happy endings all around!
This book was a very sexy read.
The story was well written and was a change for an afternoon read.
The characters had very steamy chemistry.
I would recommend this book to others.
