I just woke up with Mr Gorgeous One Night Stand. He just happened to ‘forget’ to mention he’s my neighbor.Turns out he’s my billionaire boss too… is a rich entitled jerk.
Yeah, I know it’s all fake,
But when he pulls me in with his strong arms,
When he kisses me—it feels real.
The heat of his body makes me forget everything.
He’ll lose his business if the truth comes out.
In public we act like we’re in love.
In private we pretend we’re not.
How are we going to get though a whole year of marriage
Without tearing each other’s hair out,
Or worse still, falling in love for real?
Get hitched to this gorgeous and steamy billionaire boss fake marriage romance. Famously Wed is a stand-alone novel with no cheating, no cliff hangers and of course a delightful happily ever after.

So, I really enjoyed this quite a bit. I’ve decided I’m not massively into enemies-to-lovers and at first Max was just outright rude and I intensely disliked him. I’m glad I persisted, but it did all feel a bit rushed and unrealistic. A good read, though, and I have already downloaded another one by the same author to read!
He calls her his fearless pink haired demon. He is a rich, nice guy. She’s her own person. Their attraction off the charts hot. Easy 5 stars. Very entertaining.
Oops……….what happens the morning after???

This is a well written fun romance that has some sweetness and spicy to it. The story is about Max and Ella. He is a billionaire who has a one night stand with a lovely young woman. Ella turns out to be his new PA and from there things take an even more interesting turn. There is a fake engagement with is all business until it isn’t, after all they have already seen each other naked in all their glory.
I enjoyed reading Famously Wed and would recommend this novella to anyone that would like to laugh and just get lost in a fun story for a while.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Another nice book from Roxy Reid.
Sassy Ella and Max with the unpredictable Banks family.
I enjoyed the book
Behind Every Good Man Is a Better Woman
In Famously Wed: A Billionaire Boss Romance, Roxy Reid provides the reader with a modern Cinderella story told with clever twists and updated turns. Consuella Diaz—Ella—has finally reached the first rung on her career ladder—she has been offered and has accepted a job as a PA with one of New York’s most prestigious architectural firms—Banks Industries. Yes, she is hired as a glorified secretary when her dream is to be a glorious architect, but she is in the office and she will receive a paycheck at the end of the month. Life is good! Now she can begin to chip away at her college debts and her mom’s medical bills.
And, to celebrate, she goes out drinking. Awakening the next morning in the company provided apartment, she only had a little hangover, but somehow, she had acquired a very handsome bedmate! The delightful alcohol fuzzed night is shattered as Ella and her awakened Prince Charming part ways throwing snappish insults—luckily, they will never meet again—until she notices that he doesn’t take the elevator down to the Lobby; he goes up to the Penthouse. What are the chances that last night’s pick-up lives in the same building? Those chances are about the same as last night’s Prince Charming, who morphed into a toad upon awakening and who rode the elevator to the penthouse is the new boss and he needs a wife—pronto!
Ms. Reid’s romantic tale not only entertains, but also offers the reader the opportunity to reflect on the value of money as possession that comes with a price—the love and happiness of the individual. The author nudges the reader to consider how the choices of an individual can be for good or evil and can impact more than just that individual. This modern-day tale of Cinderella’s encounter with Prince Charming is a sweet romance with a morality tale all in one.

Wow this book. I love Ella an her sassiness. She is the perfect opposite for Max. They’re relationship started rocky, and with Max’s family, doesn’t always go easy.
Max got with Ella for one reason, and wasn’t expecting to develop feeling for her. He’s not sure himself what to do about it, and doesn’t alway handle things well.
Ella for the most part just wants to help her family and the people. A bit of a humanitarian and she has her own motives in this. She says right off, being friends isn’t in the contract.
Their chemistry and connection to each other is strong from the start and not something easily ignored. No matter how much they wanted to. I loved this book, and the story of Ella and Max. It’s a definite recommend.
I received an arc of this book and first of all would like to commend the author for her proofreading. Even though i read an advanced copy i only found a few errors and as an avid reader i find a lot of published books have poor proofreading and editing, so i was pleasantly surprised with this copy.
I did read the whole book in one sitting and was entertained by the story. I would have liked to see a bit more heat and chemistry between the main characters. It did end rather abruptly, and though it does have an HEA, an epilogue would have been nice.
Overall i enjoyed the book, it was a quick and entertaining read and sometimes that is just what you want.
