I’ve built a life, a home and a business from the ground up with Andrew by my side every step of the way. Fame, fortune and a family was the promise I made him ten years ago; and with hard work and dedication we did it, together. Neither of us even realized something was missing until a skittish young man with a haunted look in his eyes walked into our office.Victor never doubted who he was, even … doubted who he was, even when he lost everything.
Still a boy when he came to America with his strict, traditionalist Romanian parents, Victor’s Romani upbringing taught him their traditions as well as discipline and perseverance. When he told them he was gay he knew it would be difficult for them to understand, but he didn’t expect them to disown him.
Andrew knew Victor was his soulmate after spending just one night together.
Raised by a single mom, his father disinterested in his role most of the time, Andrew thrived in the chaos. The only thing his dad ever did for Andy that stuck was buy him a camera for his thirteenth birthday. When he went off to college on a scholarship to study photo journalism, he wound up finding so much more than he expected.
Together they created an online businesses that blossomed and grew, the result a family that was as different as they were committed to one another.
Matthew was homeless, jobless and… broken.
At just sixteen he ran away from home after a brutal assault, his parents tossing him aside like garbage. Matthew has done a lot of things over the years living on the street in order to survive. When he finds the flyer for All Cocks, he decides to call and see where it leads. What has he got to lose?
Can three men that did not know they needed each other get past the stigma of society to find a place of happiness, together?

Great book – Throuple
I was fortunate to receive both audiobooks 1 and 2 of this series for an honest review.
I think this should have been book 1 of the series, but we wouldn’t have had Joel Leslie read it.
Great characters, full of depth, hurt, comfort. Lots of sex. Throuple, MMM. Pasts that need to be kept there in the past. A few triggers for people.
The narration was so much better than book one, but Joel Leslie is a great narrator.
It brought the characters to life, and the story becomes so much better.

Victor and Andy are inseparable and also have a business together: A gay porn website. Matthew lives on the street and accidentally finds a flyer from All Cocks. He has no one to care about when he’s shooting porn and he’s making money. It seems to be perfect for Matthew.
At the job interview, he meets Victor and Andrew for the first time. The two immediately notice that Matthew has deep-seated scars.
I quite enjoyed the storyline surrounding the three men. My heart broke for Matthew as you learned piece by piece in flashbacks what happened to him.
But also Victor and Andrew have to carry a baggage from their past. The only question is whether the three of them will be able to put the ghosts of the past to rest and look forward.
I really liked the protagonists. Victor and Andrew are interesting characters and I liked Matthew right from the start.
It was nice to watch the relationship of the three develop and how they interact with each other. I was captivated by the story and listened to it in just one day.
T.M. Smith wrote the story in an emotional and compelling way.
The narrator of the first volume wasn’t bad, but Joel Leslie is just better. He narrated the book very emotionally and engagingly. Victor had an authentic accent and it was an absolute pleasure to listen to Joel Leslie bring the story to life!
I recommend “Fame and Fortune”: There are lots of emotion, hot sex, hurt/comfort. I’m looking forward to continuing the series and am glad to hear them narrated by Joel leslie.
Terrific narration and great story.
Fame and Fortune gives us the story of Victor, Andrew, and Matthew.
Victor and and Andrew met in college as roommates and within hours were in the throes of sexual prowess. Victor was from Romania and a heavy accent Andy absolutely loved.
Who knew one night in the dorm could lead to years of love and growth for one another.
As with any relationship, it didn’t thrive without its share of ups and down. Yet the two men endured.
Fast forward ten years. Vic and Andy are going strong and have built a beautiful life together. A happy home, a business, commitment to one another, and all the spice they could handle.
Through the years, they’ve thrived on love and compassion their relationship. So in hindsight, it was not surprise to add a third to their family.
Enters Matthew, who has a tragic story of his own. Vic and Andy decide to take Matt under their wing and get him the help he desperately needs.
The coming together of these men was quite a ride and its nice to see them have the happy ending that’s deserved.

This revised version is so much better than the original and I would highly recommend it!

This is a story of triumph from great pain and extreme adversity. It’s a deep dive into the trials and tribulations facing members of the gay community. Andy and Victor formed a partnership that worked well but there was a feeling of incompleteness. Mattie comes along and brings enlightenment through challenge and survival. Victor, Andy and Mattie come from three totally different backgrounds and three value systems that build characters that give them inner strength. These three men form a stronger partnership. It was not easy, but they pushed through. The author did an excellent job showing their strengths and vulnerabilities. The development, the growth, the compassion and the patience are heart clenching and heart warming. Dificult story, good story. I received an ARC from Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Nice cover art.
This was another emotional journey for some really great characters. I enjoyed watching Andrew and Victor open up their hearts to Mattie, they were patient and loving and that is exactly what he needed.

And Emotional Journey well worth reading….

This is truly one spectacular story that covers a variety of emotions from one end of the spectrum to the other and everywhere in between.
Unfortunately this world is full of mean spirited people who have no problem hurting others just because they can.
The day Mattie walked through the door for his interview is the beginning of something he didn’t even know he’d wanted let alone needed.
The kindness an patience given from Victor an Andrew help transform a scared young man into something more.

I really enjoyed reading this book and that there were three people together. I also enjoyed the surprises along the way. There are some steamy scenes to enjoy.
I’m not a big fan of more than one pairing in a romantic relationship but I’m not averse to reading about them. And I have read many books with multiple people in a romantic relationship that I’ve enjoyed. But Fame and Fortune by TM Smith is my favorite thus far!
Mattie’s background story pulled at my heart strings. It made me cry and made me angry. And I just love Victor and Andrew. I want their kind of love!

This story was very touching to me. I read the first one and was a bit confused at the beginning of this one as it actually predated, for the most part, the first book. I loved the tenderness that Andrew and Victor showed Matthew. I really loved the love and steam between Andrew and Victor from the get go. Though Matthew was young, he was such a sweet man. Behind all his hurt, he was able to recognize love and a family. I recommend this story.
I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
Even better the second time around.
It’s a little unusual for me to read a book after having listened to the audiobook but that’s what happened with Fame and Fortune. I originally listened to the audiobook, performed by Joel Leslie, back in April 2018 and I loved it so much. Author TM Smith has been reworking the stories from her series previously called All Cocks. She is releasing them with new content, new covers and a new series name: Stories from the Sound, so I’ve revisited Fame and Fortune by reading the new ebook.
While book one, Gay for Pay, focused on the main character of Christopher Allan Roberts and his journey to becoming an All Cocks model named Kris Alen, Fame and Fortune focuses on the triad/throuple of Victor, Andrew and Mattie who own/run/manage All Cocks. They were introduced in Gay for Pay but Fame and Fortune is their story and gives us the background on how they came to be in their ménage relationship.
Victor and Andrew have been together since college; they are much older than Mattie. They meet him when he applies for a job to be a model for All Cocks. Mattie has been through some awful things but he’s reluctant to tell Victor and Andrew everything.
Victor and Andrew take Mattie into their home to care for him and help him get his GED. As they spend more time with Mattie, they both begin to realize that he means more to them than just someone they want to help.
I have to be honest, since it’s been two years since I listened to the audiobook, I can’t really remember everything well enough to be able to tell where there was new content added to the story. But I can tell you that I enjoyed it every bit as much this second time around. Getting to know Victor, Andrew and Mattie all over again was a joy.
When I listened to the audiobook I was brought to tears in places and the same thing happened while I read this refreshed version of the ebook. I’m looking forward to revisiting the remaining books in this refreshed series as they are re-released.
A copy of this book was provided to me but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author.
