“If I can’t have you, no one will.” Trance: It was love at first sight for him. It didn’t matter that she didn’t feel the same way. Hell, she didn’t even notice him though they were enclosed in a vehicle together for fifteen full glorious minutes. All she could do was stress over being late to get off work.Leah: She noticed the hot Xeno Sapien, all right. But what could she do? “Hi, I’m Leah. … hot Xeno Sapien, all right. But what could she do? “Hi, I’m Leah. I’d love to get to know you, but I’m covered in bruises from neck to toe. And when I get home tonight? He’ll notice exactly how interested I was in you. It might be one word. It might be the way your eyes follow me as I walk out to my car. But in any case, he’s gonna know.”
This time, it takes Leah two weeks of hospitalization to get back on her feet. And once she does? She has a plan.

I really love the Xeno Sapiens series and my favorite romance trope is alpha male saves female in distress! Falling for Trance hit both of those buttons. Leah is a top notch chef in a very bad circumstance. She is married to a very abusive man. The last time he beat her she was in the hospital for two weeks. Luckily, she works for the Xeno Sapiens now and she has a plan, divorce and escape. Trance is completely taken with Leah, but his power is invasive and he doesn’t control it well. When Leah moves into the Xeno’s city Trance becomes her sponsor. Leah dreams of being Trance’s wife. And she still has to testify at a trial for her abusive ex-spouse. Dreams and reality can be confusing when you’re absolutely exhausted… Trance is a sexy, sweet male who will try everything in his power to keep Leah safe and in his embrace. (He can invade my dreams anytime he wants.)
Falling for Trance was a page-turner. We got a little bit of a preview of their relationship in Tempting Tempest and I really enjoyed reading the full story! 4 stars!
An entrancing tale!
I love this series! Away from her abusive husband, when Leah is working in Zenia, she is so carefree and such a sweetheart. I love seeing her interact with her clients. There are definitely communication issues between her sponsor, Trance, and her. As time passes, Leah is in such a surreal state that I, too, am unsure what is real and what is not. Well done, Ms. Marks!
This is such an exciting story! I’m really pleased to see Brock get his just deserts, and Leah to find a male who treats her with loving respect. Also, we get a tiny little taste of who may be getting a story next. Or maybe someone else will get demanding!
Amazing read maybe some trigger warnings about abuse but it’s eye opener to what it’s like from both sides as a person who has been abused and as a person dating someone with a history of abuse and trying not to carry that baggage with you into a new relationshi
I enjoyed every written word of this book. The author gave us well developed and engaging characters that have plenty of chemistry. The easy flowing storyline made it a great read.

Great Story. Unable to be around people, Trance is considered a loaner. He spots Leah one night and falls for her immediately. Leah’s unsure what to do about the man that’s staring at her, but he is handsome. If only she didn’t have an abusive husband.
Falling for Trance is another well written and interesting addition. I literally couldn’t put it down and had to read it in one sitting. It pulls you in and won’t let you go, then you’re left with a book hangover. Hoping we get another addition soon!
I do have to say this may have some triggers for some people in the beginning of the book. It deals with some after effects of domestic violence, so please be aware when you go to read. If this bothers you I would skip this book.
That being said , don’t let that keep you from reading it. Marks handles it very well and done tastefully. Marks writes the lead female, Leah, and a very strong person. She’s scared yes, but creates a plan to get out and sticks to it. With the help of Trance she becomes stronger and eventually confront her abuser.
Trance has some unique abilities, which kept me interested in reading more to try to figure them out. He’s a genuine guy who’s been putting himself on the outside of their society due to his abilities and how everyone responds to them. I enjoyed now Leah reacted to him and thought it wasn’t right that people treated him that way.
I would highly recommend this book! It won’t disappoint, just keep in mind the warning I mentioned earlier.

Another great addition to this series. Due to his abilities Trace keeps himself on the edge of society but when he meets Leah is in an hes knows she is the one for him. Unfortunately Leah is in abusive relationship but when she is put in the hospital she decides she is finally gonna get out. Now living in trhe xeno sapiens city and working for them Trance is her sponsor and the chemistry between them heats up. Can Trance show Leah that he only wants to love and care for her. Wow this was so well written Trance is such a great character he is so understanding and sweet with Leah. Once I picked this up I didnt want to put it down Trance is a Xeno Sapien with some seriously unique attributes.
.
Rena I really loved this!!! Trance was so sweet an caring. He was first reminded me of when I was a teenager (they both did) kind of quite like. Then he want’s her to teach him to cook even after her being in the hospital for such a long time! And then their chemistry!! This story-line is so Amazing! You guys HAVE to read it!! I can’t even explain what the man has in his pants! All I know is that I have GOT to find THAT!!!!!
