When a blast from the past could blow up the future. Welcome to Seattle, the Emerald City and home to The Single Dads of Seattle. Ten sexy single fathers who play poker every Saturday night, have each other’s backs, love their children without quarter, and hope to one day find love again. This is Liam’s story … Single Dad of Seattle, Liam Dixon has a kick-ss life. He’s a successful divorce … kick-ss life. He’s a successful divorce attorney with a great kid, and an ongoing Wednesday night no-strings booty call. But seeing his fellow single dads fall in love and happier than ever, he begins to question his own life. He wants more with Richelle. A future. Finally ready to sweep Richelle off her feet, a woman who broke his heart over twenty years ago unexpectedly knocks on his door desperate for his help.
Single mom, Richelle LaRue might not be five-feet-tall, but her personality and strength are that of an Amazon. She takes no prisoners and gives zero fcks. A damn good divorce attorney, she won’t let any man push her around, including Liam and his ridiculous idea of a “relationship.” If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. With her past behind her, life is finally good and she’s determined to give her daughter a bright and shiny future.
But when Liam’s ex shows up, her story rocks Richelle to her core, and she and Liam take the woman’s case. What should be a simple divorce suddenly turns dangerous. Richelle finds herself–and those she loves–caught in the crossfire while Liam is torn between the past and the present, with their future dangling precariously in the balance.
Can Richelle let down her walls and trust when everything she holds dear is threatened, or will finally falling for the single dad be more than her heart can bear?
**Note: This book can be read as a standalone. It includes lots of steamy scenes, cursing, and of course as with all my books, this has an HEA and no cliffhanger or cheating. If you like single dads who take charge, this book is for you.
more
This is the end and what better way to do it than doing it with Liam, the one who came up with the single dad’s poker night. Liam and Richelle (Tink) had bitter endings to their relationships and are single parents and for the last three years have had a friends with benefits thing.
They’re strong-headed and explosive, and the story shows us what makes them the way they’re. Will their past be a hindrance to becoming more?

It all started with Liam starting poker nights for the Single dads of Seattle and this heartwarming series ends with his happily ever after. But first Richelle is more frightened of love and commitment than Liam. We find out the ugly truth behind her divorce and how it destroyed her life . When Liam’s ex comes into the picture needing a divorce attorney Richelle offers her services too because the world is smaller than we think. The friends with sexy benefits is not enough for Liam anymore … will he push her too far? This is by far one of the best series I’ve ever read. I’m excited for the new series to come! If you haven’t read all the books I highly recommend them, you’ll thank me.
I’ve been impatiently awaiting this finale to a favourite series of mine.
I’ve totally loved Liam’s story in this final book of the Single Dads of Seattle series.
Liam is an extremely sort afterDivorce Attorney, he has a son that he simply adores and lives for, with a side helping of a Friend with Benefits relationship going on with Richelle who is also an amazing Divorce Attorney.
They meet up every Wednesday evening when both free.
Once Liam starts wanting more tho Richelle bolts.
Their relationship is tested when they take on the divorce of Liam’s former girlfriend who is hiding from her abusive Russian Mob husband.!!!.
Lots of ups and downs but when Rochelle finally let’s down those walls she’s erected around her heart and she shares more of her past her attitude to love makes more sense.
I loved this book & all the Single Dads of Seattle Series.
Whitley I can’t wait to join you in your next series.
I love all the Seattle single dads but I think Liam and Richelle are my favorite! When you put two feisty people together you are sure to get an explosive relationship and this story just proves that! This book has been highly anticipated by me since the start of the series and it did not disappoint! I’m sad to see them go, but so glad they went out with a bang!
Liam has kept me waiting for so long!!! I couldn’t wait to find out what happens with him and Richelle! I thought I knew Liam but I definitely found a new side to this strong man. I got to see more of his daddy side, with Jordie and man was it so sweet! It took a lot for Richelle to even stay at Liam, nevermind him wanting more! She just can’t do it, and won’t. With all the past that comes to the surface it may just be that Richelle finally wants more. I loved these two! I am so sad that this is the end for the Dads but can’t wait for the next story!!
This book had me on a rollercoaster of emotions. I couldn’t stop reading it!
This book was so well written and the characters each had layers.
I absolutely enjoyed reading this book (the author is new to me) and I look forward to going back to reading the other “Single Dad” stories.
Really love this series. The chemistry is so good but also the chemistry between the characters and the children. I think for me that’s what makes this series, this book special. The steam was amazing too. Lol
I absolutely loved this book and the entire series. Storyline was beyond what I anticipated and definitely did not disappoint. The characters were amazing and so right for each other. I practically read this in one setting as I didn’t want to put it down. Although I’ve said this before I really mean it, this one is my favorite book. At least it is until I reread this series or the next new book from Ms. Cox. This one gave me so many feels and so many awesome scenes with explosive chemistry. Definitely a must read!!
Amazing and beautiful
This was an amazing and beautiful end to the series of single dads. Richelle and Liam not only had to fight their own demons but the attraction they felt for one another. And their private moments….steamy. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
This book was my most anticipated read to date. It did not disappoint. Great character progression. I loved each of the single dad books I have read. No i have not read them all and i have read out of order but I’m working on reading the rest. Amazing as always Whitley!
I really enjoyed this book. This book features a storyline that will capture your interest, melt your heart and have you perched on the edge of your seat. I liked the use of duality in this book. From the current state of Liam and Richelle’s relationship to taking the chance to move things to anther level or Liam’s past coming to call just when he’s ready to embrace a new future, there are many layers to be explored as this romance unfolds. The characters are well crafted, complex and likable. I am posting a truthful, volitional review.
An epic ending to a great series. Not one I wanted to read as it meant these men were all spoken for and moving on with their lives. But I was hooked on the blast from the past and the girl of now “love triangle” pull that Liam was involved in. I loved the soft side of Liam, how he can be so compassionate and yet be a shark when he wants to. The girls work hard at roping in Richelle though there isn’t much choice when they are involved. The sex scenes rival some of the best and I am so happy they all found the love they deserve, even if they took the long way around in some cases.
Falling For The Single Dad brings us the final installment to this series and Whitley Cox has saved the best for last. Liam is the last man standing in the single Dads and after 3 years of an arrangement with Richelle he wants more and decides it is time to push. Their story is overflowing with emotion and at times will have your chest tight as the angst reaches its peak. A story of trust, revelations, priorities and happiness. Liam and Richelle’s story will touch your heart and have you captivated and falling right along with them. As drama and chaos unfold, hearts will be placed on the line and the ultimate risk will need to be taken. This final installment is passionate and heartwarming with a huge dose of heat and steam that will have the pages sizzling. As the final single Dad brings this amazing series to a close, Liam gives us the complete closure to not only his journey but a huge bunch of characters that you couldn’t help but love.
This is by far my favorite book in the series! You can’t help but laugh, cry, scream and giggle your way through this one! The intensity and chemistry of richelle and Liam is OMG insane! Cheers to this series! Time to re-read them!!
This turned out to be a good book that had a great ending. I didn’t like Richelle for awhile. I like assertive, independent women, but she was not nice. She was really fortunate Liam put up with her with such good humor.
As the story progressed and more layers of Richelle’s life were peeled back, her rough edges were defenses that made a whole lot of sense. Why Rochelle didn’t trust men was very clear, but what was also clear is she realized she had no reason not to trust Liam.
The thriller part of this story was good but the best parts were with Liam discovering what he wanted and deciding to do what was necessary to get it.

I’ve been waiting for Liam’s book since the first Single Dad story because he played a role in every book, supporting the other single dads and growing the group. But I have been surprised ever since the cover was revealed; Liam looks so hot, not like the old stogey I envisioned! With each new romance in the group, he complained about the evils of getting attached to a ball and chain. He set himself with his regular Wednesday night ‘hump day’ encounter without expectations as the way to live. He threatened he might not represent them next time they needed a divorce lawyer. I laughed out loud when, after a quick visit (the first encounter not on a Wednesday) by Richelle to return his hoodie with a thank you BJ, the fellow attorney in his law firm, Atlas, closed their roasting of Liam over poker with ‘Liam, we’re all really happy for you. However, I like Richelle, and I only tolerate you, so if this thing ends in divorce, I have no qualms leaving the firm and representing her.’ it could not have been as funny if I had not read each of the nine books before with Liam’s regular threats. This book is full of the single fathers, their women and children, as Richelle is eased into the group while Liam and Richelle face danger and share secrets breaking down big walls!
I couldn’t wait to read Liam’s book! I love this series and Liam’s book was a perfect addition. Rochelle is so strong it’s inspiring. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a great read. I received this ARC in return for an honest review.
This was another great read in this series. Sexy and sassy with a hefty dollop of gritty reality to keep it more believable. Glad Liam finally got his own story.

In the first chapter of the story, his thoughts are expressed as “She was not his girlfriend. They were not dating. They were not a couple. This was about sex and only sex.” Liam had a firm belief about relationships. The further away he was, the better he felt. But seeing the gradual fall of his “single dad” buddies started to make him question whether he was missing out. And would Richelle be the one to change his mind? Learning the backstory of not only Liam but Richelle really ties the series together. Trust, hope and love are just words until they are put into practice. Liam’s chivalry is most apparent and especially a great lesson for his 7 year old son when he gives over his sweater to a stranger (young teenage girl) who was being made fun. This understated action just goes to show that despite his stand-offish behaviour, the feelings of being ridiculed stay with you longer than you think
So this is book 9 in the series. Do you need to read the first 8? Not necessarily but it will give you a better background to all these wonderful men and the women who have stolen their hearts. So this book. First off, Liam is mine. I claimed him back in book 1. Second, Whitley Cox has outdone herself with this. Liam was the single dad who swore off love. He teased and chastised his fellow single dads every time one of them fell. To see the same done to him? Priceless! I laughed so hard, soda was spewing everywhere. Lol!!! But Liam has shown his heart throughout the series in different ways. His own book just magnified why I love him so much. He has a no strings relationship with Richelle. It has worked for both of them for so long but now he wants more. Richelle is awesome! She is a woman who takes no prisoners when it comes to defending her clients and her personal life is fine as long as she depends on no one but herself. She is strong. She is independent. She is scared. Her former life is something I was afraid to hear since I knew it had to have shaped her into the person she has become. I have so much respect for her now I can’t even tell you. The bond she and Liam have is perfection. I rooted for them both and cannot say enough about this couple. They will remain at the top of my best couple reads, ever
