When Jessa Talbot’s boss offered her a promotion, she agreed—no questions asked. Her family needed the money, but fighting the attraction she feels for her brooding employer is tough. Worse, she instantly bonds with his infant son she’s caring for. But this is a temporary solution and she can’t get attached to either of them. Finnegan Dean is cursed. He’s a nicely dressed monster, the wolf inside … wolf inside always looking for a way out. But there are two things he and his wolf agree on. They must protect baby Oscar and Jessa—his mate. While the wolf hungers to seal their bond, Finn fights the instinct. After all, if he really cares for her, he’d never doom her to the life he lives.

This is the first book in a series. I loved the world building and the writing style of this author. It was an interesting take on how people became shifters. The main female character has a LOT to deal with . In crisis, she was a act now and freak out later type of person. They made a good pair. And when they mated….I guess I like it when a character suffers because you then get to see who they really are. I absolutely loved this book.
Falling For the Billionaire Werewolf and His Baby by Sasha Summers
1st book in the Blood Moon Brotherhood series. Werewolf shifters romance.
A new twist on the werewolf origin.
Great characters plus an easy, pleasing read.
Loved baby Oscar with his intuitive reaction to danger. The connection between Oscar and Jessa is loving while the connection between Jessa and Finn is lustful and ultimately hot and sexy.
The group, or pack dynamics tell us who will be key in future books of this series. I’m looking forward to reading more of this author.
Cliffhanger in the overall arc. This couple and their relationship is complete. But I do want to read more of Oscar growing up.
A great beginning for a new series.
Don’t start this book until you can set aside a good four to five hours because I promise you will not want to put this down. I found myself turning page after page to see what would happen next. The story flows well, and the characters are memorable and engaging. I really enjoyed reading it and have the next one waiting on my Kindle because there is more, and I want to know what happens next.
There were a couple of things that bothered me enough to keep me from giving this book five stars because I really did love it. But the timing didn’t seem to gel with what happened with Mal towards the end of the book. It just didn’t seem that there was enough time for what happened, to have happened. I’m not getting anymore explicit as I don’t want to give a spoiler. The other thing, which I am hoping will be expounded upon in future books has to do with Jessa and the possible outcome of a dicey situation. You’ll know what I’m talking about when you read the book. Either way. I still thoroughly enjoyed the book. I will recommend it to others, and I will be reading more by this author.
“3 out of 5 stars. After dealing with the “curse” of being a werewolf and leading his “pack” of friends over the past ten years, Finn (Finnegan/Oscar Finnegan Dean the Third) finds out that he is unexpectedly a father and that the mother of his child is dead all in one surprising blow. Therefore, in the process of “picking up his life,” he interviews (within his company) for the perfect caretaker for his newborn son and finds it in Jessa. Not only is she the perfect woman to care for his son … she may just mean something more to him all together. And if only everyone will stop threatening him and those he cares about, than he might just be able to figure out how to keep Jessa in his life permanently.
This novel kept me guessing from beginning to end. Then to top that off…”

Headline Review: 5 howl-mazing stars!
Whaaa?
*points up*
The headline? Puh-lease! It’s me – I (just) had to go there *snorts*
*sigh*
What is it about shifter books? There is just something about them, isn’t there? When they’re done right it’s a full-on body shiver. And, oh freaking my, was this one done right. In fact, I have to confess that this is my second time reading Finn and Jessa’s story.
It’s so hard to come up with a new spin on the werewolf lore, but the author has done just that. I completely geeked out and my PNR loving heart was all of a flutter.
A much-needed promotion is about to turn Jessa Talbot’s life upside down. *whispers from side of mouth* In more ways than one *coughs* Losing her heart to a motherless baby is bad enough, but her attraction to his gorgeous father is a complication she can ill afford.
His son’s unexpected arrival heralds a new era for billionaire, Finnegan Dean. Oh, and he just happens to be a werewolf. Something which he has never really come to terms with. Guilt is an emotion Finn is very familiar with.
On two things Finn and his wolf are in complete agreement: protect his son at all costs, and Jessa is theirs.
Dontcha just love fated mates *sighs*
“He made her heart happy.”
*coughs*
Oh boy, Finn made more than Jessa’s heart happy – there I’ve said it!
One word: combustible.
This was a heart-stopping suspense-filled ride from start to finish. I felt every intense, explosive and passionate moment.
It’s hard for the first couple in a new series because you need to introduce the other characters whilst setting up the next book yet keep the focus on them. Well, Sasha accomplished that and more. I have so many questions and I’m already trying to connect the dots to work out who’s going to end with whom in the series.
Back to my original question about what makes shifter books compulsive reading. It’s the scent thing, isn’t it? Nothing gets by them – fear, *coughs* arousal *winks*
*sigh*
So, yeah, I think this is a series I’m really going to enjoy sinking my teeth into *smirks*
Exactly what he needs
This book is the start of one of my favorite series! I love the new take on werewolves and the different threads to the story. The author showed her versatility in writing when she brought the sweet heat she does so well with the dramatic action of the paranormal. I enjoyed the characters! The dominant, alpha male who rules the corporate world the same way he rules his wolf, and the darling of an assistant just trying to support her siblings come together in a HEA that made me smile and want to start reading all over again. The story was full of action and danger, and just an amazing read, I can’t wait to see what happens with the rest of the pack.
This is a 21st century method of becoming a werewolf. Very interesting…
Great book – I had to read the rest in the series.
A Twist on werewolf romance but very good story and builds for a good series. Love the Hero and his pack and the adversary is a good match. If you enjoy quick paranormal romance series you will enjoy this one.
An interesting take on werewolves. Fast paced, flows well and the characters have depth I didn’t expect they’d reach in a less than 200 page story (182 pages). I will definitely be getting more of the series because it whetted my appetite to find out what happens to the rest of the characters.
Very well written without any long winded explanations at every turn. The characters are enjoyable and believable, even as werewolves, and the situations flow well. I enjoyed it so much I ordered the second book.
Great new take on the shape shifter story. Loved it.
This book was going great, the story was solid, the writing good. Then it ends without the story being complete! So I thought there would be a sequel. Well, there is another in the series, but it is about another character who quite frankly does have much of a story to tell at this point. Not cool. I really wanted to know the ending.
Good
