Not everyone deserves a second chance. My brother’s best friend surely doesn’t after leaving home without a concern. Even when my brother died, he couldn’t handle it. Good for him. Life moves on and changes. After years of trying to make it in New York, I find myself headed back home. This time with a little girl and no hubs to help. I’m a big girl though. I can make this work in my favor. Until … big girl though. I can make this work in my favor.
Until he shows up. And fate would have it that I’m forced to go out for coffee with him to make up for an accident I caused.
He’s beyond gorgeous, a billionaire, and stares at me like I’m the only woman in the room.
And he wants to help me dream again.
First about business, then about love.
I try to refuse, but he has this way about him.
He’s bullheaded and dominant, unwilling to relent.
Scarily enough, he’s exactly what I need.
I’m doing the one thing I hoped I wouldn’t—falling for him.
Again.

Sweet and spicy; these are the two words that I think best describe this story. Either that or ‘love’ and ‘hate’. Noah and Maggie feel them for each other, and I was feeling them towards our leading couple. It may be a bit of a cop-out to use the line, but it’s where my mind has gone: when they were good, they were very very good, but when they were bad, they were horrid. Maggie and Noah together were a beautiful sight to behold. Sweet and loving and reaffirming my belief in second chances. When they weren’t together, I wanted to take the pair of them and smack their heads together because all it would have taken was one adult conversation to clear up everything that was going wrong. It’s become a pet peeve of mine when the romantic leads fall apart because they can’t work up enough nerve to talk to one another. Mind you, they do finally talk and that leads into one of the cutest, sappiest endings I’ve read in a while. Now I’m looking forward to more stories about their extended “families”.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
Falling For Him by Ali Parker is a sexy heartwarming story of love and second chances. I just loved this story of Maggie Hampton and Noah Sims. It’s well written, a great storyline, a cast of amazing characters, hot as sin chemistry, sexy scenes and a captivating HEA. I highly recommend this little gem to add to your collection. Hopefully Ali has Jordan’s story coming up.

This second chance romance story captured my heart from the very first page! The storyline was well written and the characters were so well developed which made this book a real page turner! Maggie and Noah was a couple that truly belonged together and they kept me totally engaged throughout the entire book!
Jump off a cliff and free fall
Maggie, a single mom, returns to her hometown where she runs into Noah, billionaire engineer and her first love, at the dry cleaners she just started working at. As the story progresses their pasts meets the present, waves are created for them to surf, and wading through the past is the only way they will not drown in the future. Ali Parker’s Falling for Him
let’s the reader jump off a cliff and free fall into a tumultuous relationship. I would love to see Jordan and Angela get together after reading this.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
5 stars
I received a free copy of the novel FALLING FOR HIM: Single Mom and Billionaire Romance by Ali Parker and this review was given freely.
Noah finds love, inner peace and balance when his childhood best friend’s younger sister and Noah’s first love, clothing designer hopeful Maggie, moves back to town with her daughter. This is a steamy and rocky reformation of a sensitive, but at times self centered, bad boy billionaire romance with wonderful caring families who are down to earth despite loss of loved ones and Noah trying to spend his money to “make their lives easier”.
Another great read by Ali Parker. This is a sweet second chance romance with strong, well developed characters and an interesting story line. The author brings tons of drama and emotion. and takes them through heartbreak and pain along with a few obstacles along the way. She brings it to life with her descriptive writing and detailed scenes. It moves at a steady pace and had me hoping for a happy ending for them. I enjoyed and would recommend this book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
Finally a second chance!
Maggie and Noah met in elementary school where he was her brother’s best friend. He went away to college and didn’t return until years later. She had also left going to college and then to New York to pursue a career in fashion design. Returning to Spokane with her daughter, the two reconnect; however, things do not go smoothly. The characters come to life, and you’ll be drawn into their story by Ms. Parker’s talented writing.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
This was a sweet, heartfelt love story. I enjoyed the dynamics in this book, as well as the strong friendships and family relationships. I would have given 5 stars if it had had some action and a little more drama, but overall I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it, especially if you want a nice, sweet romance! I received this book at no cost in exchange for my honest review.
Enjoyed this second chance romance!! All sorts of misunderstandings to be sorted out by both parties so they can get their HEA!! Hope you grab this book it is worth it!!
Loved this second chance romance. Noah and Maggie over came some misunderstandings.
This is the latest love story by the wonderful best selling author Ali Parker that will leave you craving for more. It is all about young love, they first meet in kindergarten, to high school [where she is in ‘love’ with him and he doesn’t realise that he’loves’ her too] before he ups and offs to college without a backward glance in the mirror to see her. Noah is Maggie’s older brother’s best friend and she has loved him most of her 27 year old life. She longed for him when he left for college and made his fortune but he never even returned for her brother’s funeral which broke her. When she comes back home from New York, now a single mum of a lovely little girl, with her fashion dreams in tatters she runs into Noah and he now appears to ‘see’ her really for the first time in their lives and he can’t get enough. Noah is gorgeous and determined to make Maggie happy and , hopefully, return his love. But can she trust him?he has a considerable amount to prove and it was certainly fun reading about his relentless wooing of her. A delightfully romantic read. Yes, there were some very sad moments but we all have them. That helps make this realistic which Ali is renowned for. I enjoyed this very much and if you love romance, good writing and a real page turner then this is the book for you! I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here for you. Most Definitely Recommended.
Loved it must read . Maggie and Noah dated in high school . Noah broke her heart . Years later she comes back home to rebuild her life with her little girl Lydia and finds Noah again fate trust love .
They met as kids, grew up, didn’t end well and now, years later, they are back in the same town.
Will they have matured?
AMAZING! A fantastic, well written read. An intense storyline that holds your attention as you get caught up in the fierce twists and hot chemistry. Plenty of excitement and emotionally heartfelt. A thrilling must read.
You know what they say about baseball, three strikes and you’re out. But in romance, the third times the charm when it comes to Maggie and Noah. A beautiful romance between two people who were destined to be together but fate kept throwing curveballs. Plenty of drama, lots of angst, trust issues galore and broken hearts. The two Noahs, ‘full conference’ Noah or sweet, kind Noah. A page-turner that’s hard to put down once you begin. Well written with lots of twists, some surprises and emotion galore. The chemistry and pull between Noah and Maggie was explosive and they were definitely soul mates. A beautiful HEA. I read an advance reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.
I loved this story so much. A Single mom down on her luck forced to move back home. And the man that wants to help her and be a better man. Very well written, I couldn’t stop reading.
I couldn’t put this book down as soon as I started reading it. This story line was well written and there were many turns throughout this sweet second chance romance. I loved reading not only the current chemistry between Noah and Maggie but, the past chemistry. I feel that how Lydia was written, was perfect. I found myself hoping that there would be a second book about Jordan and Angie after finishing this book. I voluntarily agreed to leave an honest review of this book by receiving an ARC of this book.
Maggie and Noah were meant to be. At least that’s what all their friends and families thought. But after 13 years apart with no explanation on Noah’s part, does Maggie dare to give him another chance? Especially since there is a child in her life now! A wonderful second chance romance by Ali Parker!
Noah and Maggie have known each other since childhood. He was her brother’s best friend and her first heartbreak. When she lost her brother he didn’t come to his funeral or send a condolence causing further hurt. Now Maggie is back in town as a single mother and she has reconnected with Noah. Will this time around provide them the opportunity to get their relationship right and a happily ever after? I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.
