Is she falling in love? Evie pleads the fifth.
Evie Hart has no time for romance. Poised to take over her father’s billion-dollar business, she won’t let anything or anyone stand in her way. Especially not the protesters fighting her company’s newest planned development.
Or their handsome but irritating lawyer, Liam Durant.
Sure, he makes her feel a little dizzy with his windswept, sandy hair, … with his windswept, sandy hair, bluer-than-blue eyes, and passion for his hometown. But Evie’s climbing the corporate ladder, and that means she can’t get distracted by a pair of nice shoulders or a charming smile.
Can she?
Add in a few romantic horseback rides, a crazy camping trip with a not-so-rabid raccoon, and a knock-down, drag-out Easter egg hunt, and in the end, Evie’s objections to love might just be overruled.
FALLING FOR HER OPPOSING COUNSEL is the fun and flirty third book in the LOVE IN HOLIDAY JUNCTION series of standalone romances. If you love small town love stories with strong heroines, swoony heroes, and a quirky cast of characters, download today!

Another super addition to the series this is Liam and Evie’s story I thought these two were just lovely together. This is another super read from Tami I have read and enjoyed the entire series and would definitely recommend it.
Evie is set to build a development in Holiday Junction and take over her father’s business. But first she has to go thru the lawyer that’s trying to block the project. Liam wants to protect his hometown and is the lawyer determined to stop Evie. But the more they work together, the closer they become. Good ending.
This book was gripping, well written & the chemistry between the characters sizzled throughout this wonderful read. Well done.
I look forward to more!
They are on opposite sides of a legal battle, but the biggest thing at stake is their hearts.
The classic “Enemies to Lovers,” Evie and Liam are on opposite sides of a huge legal battle with serious repercussions for Holiday Junction. These two had every reason to continue to fight one another, the stakes were his for both of them, but they couldn’t get rid of that pesky attraction. Ahh, attraction. The book is cute, we all know how it was going to end (*spoiler** you HAVE to save the town!) but it was super enjoyable to read.

The Holiday Junction town meetings still crack me up! I’m glad Liam finally gets the girl. He’s a sweetheart and the attorney for the town to stop Evie’s company. Evie is a hard-core businesswoman but doesn’t like how things are being done in her own company. Her company wants to replace a historical building with condos and the town is in an uproar. Her attorney will do anything to make it happen and she’s not for it. Will she be able to make a compromise?
This is an awesome story of two from each side of the world. Your city girl meets your country boy. This story is about Evie and Liam. Evie is a strong city woman whose heart has not been truly filled. Liam is your hard working lawyer who follows the rule and doesn’t believe in dirty work to get what is achieved. Evie is trying to win the CEO position of her family’s business, but the Tobara project in Holliday Junction is important to her and needs to break ground in order for her father to see that she is capable of handling the business. Liam is Holliday Junction’s attorney and who works for the town. He is there with the mayor to receive them as Evie brings Gray, who is their attorney to represent, but Gray’s idea of representing is to bribe them. Well Liam is stuck with Evie and this is where the story takes off. It was awesome, but Evie in the end has to make a decision now does she really want the CEO position in NYC or live in Holliday Junction?

He’s the small town lawyer, she’s the big city wannabe ceo.
First off, I loved Liam Durant, the lawyer of Holiday Junction. He’s fighting to protect the small town way of life.
Evie Hart is the daughter of the big city company owner that wants to develop Tobara, on the land that sits the towns textile mill.
She honestly came off as cold and entitled.
But it’s a great story where two opposing sides maybe meet in the middle.
Recommend.

Evie and Liam go from enemies completely against each other to lovers in “Falling for Her Opposing Counsel”.
Evie is determined to win the battle against the lawyer standing in the way of her family’s business development.
Liam just wants to protect his hometown so when he’s hired to go up against the company building the luxury development, he thinks he’s completely prepared for battle.
Evie and Liam are on opposite sides of the battle but spending time together, their attraction to each other begins to grow. Can they come up with a compromise and let down their guards around their heart to let happiness in for each of themselves?

Book three to the series brings Evie and Liam’s story. Sparks fly when they meet .. in more ways than one. She does a great job building the story and their chemistry and once again brings strong characters, and weaving another entertaining romance. It’s well written , moves fluidly and I enjoyed reading.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

Though Liam was a little too clingy with his ex, he is pretty much the definition of the “nice-guy”. He is afraid that it might be true that nice guys finish last both in love and in business. He is the David in a legal battle against the Goliath, Hart Enterprises.
Evie Hart wears her professionalism like a coat of armor. But her job is eating away away at her soul. Thanks to losing her mother at 17, and feeling it necessary to care for her brother while proving herself to daddy; she eats antacids like they are candy.
It was fun to read a story that proves that nice guys and moral business practices can lead to happily ever after.

Evie needs to complete her deal to tear down the old mill on the land her father’s company purchased and build a new complex in Holiday Junction, but the townspeople are protesting and working towards injunctions to delay the project. Completing this deal means her father will finally see her as capable of taking over as CEO, something she has worked for her entire career. Evie and her slimy lawyer Gray fly to Holiday Junction to work with the townspeople. He just wanted to use his usual underhanded tactics like bribery. But she ends up spending time with the townspeople and falling for them and the town and in particular one citizens Liam, the opposing lawyer. She thinks she’s found a way to compromise, but will Gray and her father get in the way and cause her to lose Liam and the townspeople’s trust? There was plenty of humor in this enemies to lovers romance. My favorite scene was when she thought a bear was in the campground when it was really a raccoon.
What a clean sweet romance read that pulls you in and keeps you absorbed. Tami Franklin spins a fantastic story that paints a picture you can see in your mind, and characters you can’t help but love. This was a first by this author for me but I can’t wait to see what else she has out there.
I fell in love with the sweet, small town of Holiday Junction, WA. It was the perfect place for the unlikely romance between Liam and Evie to develop. They were opponents in the fight and opposites in many ways. She was the big time developer and he was the small town lawyer putting roadblocks in her way. This was part of the Holiday Junction series but is read as a standalone. Evie and Liam are cute together and he manages to put a little small town love into the big city girl. Written from multiple pov and has an happy ending. I read an arc via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review.
This is an addition to the Holiday Junction Sweet Romance series and I am in love with this series. Holiday Junction seems like the perfect place to live and and am so happy each time I see a new book for this series.
I loved Evie and Liam. Two great characters with great personalities. Each bringing their own unique way to entertain the reader. Evie is trying to prove to her father that she is ready to take over their Billion dollar company, and Liam is the man to help save the town from being ruined by Evie’s company. They but heads a time a two making for an entertaining read.
Strong story line, awesome characters, fantastic description to detail, and entertaining dialogue. All in all, a fantastic read. Written as a 3rd person, multi pov with a HFN ending.
Would I recommend this book? Absolutely!
Would I read more from this author? Yes

I fall more in love with this series with each book I read. Best so far!! They make you feel as if you belong in the town and make you feel like your a part of the story with them, not just reading about the characters. Author has done such an outstanding job with this book/series and just wish I could give more stars as it totally deserves more. Happy reading!
Liam and Evie are on opposite sides for the town. When her company wanted to come in and change the character of the town they went all out against them. Liam was enthralled right from the start with Evie but he had a job to do. Evie wanted everything to go off without a hitch but the townspeople had other ideas and the time she spent with Liam changed her perception not only of him but the town as well. When he colleague tries to run interference will it cause a problem between the relationship she and Liam has developed?

Liam Durant is an attorney hired to fight the builder of a new development that will wreck the small town’s appeal. When Evie arrives in town to make them tow the line, Liam immediately butts heads with the pushy company vice president. Both of them feel drawn to each other. Forced to spend time together, their attraction grows but it remains to be seen if they can trust each other enough.
This is the third book in the LOVE IN HOLIDAY JUNCTION series. Each story is a standalone contemporary romance. The glue that binds the books together is that each of these fun and flirty stories is set in the small town of Holiday Junction, WA. The characters are wonderfully crafted complete with faults and engaging personalities that seem to pop off the page and pull at your heartstrings. This is a great story and is filled with enough emotional drama and obstacles, to overcome to hold your interest throughout the story. The narrative is great and the dialogue interesting. I really like the addition of humour, I thought it added a lot to the storyline. If you love small town heartwarming romances that have intelligent, strong heroines, and handsome heroes, the you’ll enjoy this book.
