It was only meant to be a one-night thing.I work hard and party harder. Women come and go and I’m happy to show then the door when their time is up.The moment my eyes land on her I’m captivated. There’s only one place she’s spending this New Year’s Eve, in my bed.But what if she’s not like all the others, what if one night isn’t enough?I’m falling for a woman a stranger who’s too young for me but … for a woman a stranger who’s too young for me but I can’t resist a taste.
Falling For Daniel is a hot and steamy older man younger woman standalone novella from her Falling series world.

I have no idea how I missed this when I was originally reading this series back in 2018 but I’m so glad I ran across it last week!
After having her heart broken by someone she was completely invested in, Beth’s attention is captured when her eyes meet Daniel’s for the first time at a New Year’s Eve party. You could almost feel the room stand still when their eyes meet for the first time. I love reading intense first glances like this one in romance novels. The fact that he was older than her and that she was a game changer for him made it that much better!
This was such a quick little read that I enjoyed!
I want more. I feel like it ended too soon and we don’t get to see them in the future. Love their meeting and their instant connection. Daniel finally gets the woman that has him falling to his knees and she’s not who he expected. This is short and moves quickly. It’s sexy and exactly what I needed for short listen but I need more of them!
I love Tracy Lorraine’s books. She is a wonderful author. One of the best in writing novellas, although I’ve always wanted MORE once it’s over. This was no exception! I loved these two characters. I’m so invested in this world that she has created. I was thrilled to see that Daniel (Molly’s brother) was going to find his match. I wasn’t disappointed.
Alex Bates and Kelli Tager are great narrators. Their performances were excellent. Looking forward to hearing them again in the future.

This was a quick short story of Beth and Daniel. Beth is back home from the states recovering from a bad break up. At a friend’s party she sees Daniel and their is an instant connection. What was suppose to be a one night stand turns into a weekend away. This is an insta love story. I enjoyed listening to this story.
This short novella is part of the Falling Series. This older man younger woman standalone novella is sweet, sexy and romantic. I loved it! Kelli Tager and Alex Bates did a great job with the narration. I am looking forward to listen to the other books in the Series. #ALC #PinkFlamingoProductions

This novella pushes all the buttons! Daniel is not looking for a relationship. He spots Beth, a much younger woman, and instantly is attracted to her. It’s New Year’s Eve, and who better to ring in the new year with? Only Beth is not a one night stand. But how can this happen and what will Daniel do? It’s sweet and romantic and all the things I love about Tracy Lorraine’s writing. She creates characters that are easily relatable and I find myself living with them. Perfect length for these two and I can’t wait to see them pop up in other books.
Kelli Tager and Alex Bates bring this to life with a wonderful narration. Tager always finds her character’s personalities and brings them to life. I enjoy her interpretations. Alex Bates is new to me, and what a voice. This man is perfect as the older Daniel. He has a touch of class in his voice and the nuances are spot on. I look forward to more from these two.
This is okay if you’re looking for a quickie with no plot, basically. It’s mis-categorized as romance, as really it’s erotica. There’s not much in the way of development or exploration of any actual romantic relationship here, it’s literally just hooking up.
A younger man and an older woman are described as being impossibly turned on at the mere site of one another and they proceed to explore that.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it; it just seems to be mis-labeled. If you’re looking for something with a bit of substance, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for some porn, this has you covered.
Continuity/plausibility could be a little bit better, but it isn’t bad by any means.
This author has some skill and with more experience, I expect could write more substantial plots that prompt real feels and excitement. I’d try more from them.
3.5 stars
Note:
I listened to the audiobook:
The female narrator has a smooth, pleasant voice. I’d listen to more she’s narrates.
I was blessed to receive an Advance Listener Copy (ALC) of the novella Falling for Daniel and WOW!! The insta lust, character development and chemistry between Daniel and Beth is off the charts!!! The narration for this book was awesome. I was captivated by the passionate voices of Kelli Tager & Alex Bates….they truly enhanced this books experience and turned this story into a believable HEA. Now I’m hoping for part 2.
I really enjoyed this book. Daniel and Beth were one hot couple! I’m really looking forward to reading the rest of the series especially since they’re about British couples and as a Brit, I appreciate the Brit Banter
Love a playboy that turns over a new leaf
I really enjoyed Daniel and Beth’s story. It’s a quick read with all the swoon worthy hot bits. I love when a player finds the woman worthy to have him changing his ways. I hope they have cameo appearances in future stories so I can check in and see how they are
I love Tracy’s work! This book is no different, I was so hooked I couldn’t even put the book down to go to the bathroom. I mean who doesnt enjoy a quick steaming hot read.
Beth is trying to recover from a heartbreak, she swore off men. Then New Years Eve she locks eyes with Mr. Dark and Delicious and thats all it took.
Great story. The exchanges between Beth and Daniel are fabulous. The pain that each experience feels real as does the joy.
I was provided this book as an ARC by the author; however, the review is my honest opinion.
