Colton Allyster is relieved to be back home. After six months of rehabilitation, losing his career as a Marine along with his fiancé, he’s had to learn quickly what’s really important. Colton grew up wanting to serve his country. Managing his parents’ biker bar was never part of his plan, but after meeting Gia Caro, he’s beginning to think that’s exactly where he’s meant to be. Ever since Gia … Caro arrived in the small, sleepy town of Ruby Falls, Tennessee, her life has spiraled out of control. Between losing her grandmother a little more each day to dementia, and her hot boss’s constant attention, her once quiet existence isn’t so quiet anymore. After weeks of sidestepping Colton, things get out of hand, and before Gia knows what’s happening, she’s spending her nights in his bed and her mornings in his kitchen. And as he cleans out drawers and makes room in his closet, she starts to wonder if she’s falling too fast.

Another hit by Aurora, I don’t think there is even one of her books I have read I didn’t love. Such an amazing talent. Thank you
When I first read Until June, I was intrigued by Colton and Gia and hoped we would see more of them in the future… I got my wish!
I loved Colton. He is my ideal book boyfriend 🙂 he’s loyal, loves his family and friends, sexy, possessive, protective, gentle when it’s needed towards Gia, and a formal marine who went through hell but that didn’t stop him from getting back up, especially during the rough times, where his fiancée left him when everyone thought he would never be able to walk again. That was an awful thing the ex did to him and that same ex causes several problems for them, especially for Gia but thankfully that doesn’t stop the process of these two getting together
I felt sorry for Gia; she hasn’t had it easy, between her mother dying when Gia was a young girl, her father remarrying to Collette, a cold and heartless woman, who kept her away from her grandma (from her mom’s side), she’s a strong woman and at the same time, she’s vulnerable and Colton senses that and always tries to protect her heart There are sad moments with Gia’s grandmother ;( but luckily, she’s not alone anymore because not only does she have her best friend, Natalie (who I hope gets her story with Colton’s brother) her grandmother’s neighbors, Colton’s family and friends but also their small town community are there for her, its where she realizes that she has found her home with Colton and his family, who consider her family 🙂
Gia tries to resist Colton but his determination to have her, little by little mashes the erected armor steel around her heart and allows her to realize she has found her forever
Loved the epilogue
Where do I find myself a guy like Colton, total swoon
Colton and Gia meet when Gia moves to town to help take care of her grandmother. And it is BOOM at first site. When Gia gets a job at Coltons family’s bar she realizes she is going to have to try her hardest to keep Colton at a arms length. But what Gia doesn’t realize is Colton will do whatever he can to get Gia to realize they are meant for one another. He starts off slow with random lunches and dinners. Soon the whole town is talking about them but that makes someone from Coltons past very jealous and determined to break them up. Don’t worry ladies Colton has been through worse than this and won’t allow anyone to take away his happy after years of just going through the motions.
Go read this amazing book, you won’t be disappointed. It has just the right amount steaminess.
Good book, it has a lot for a story that’s not too long. It’s well developed and the author time the HEA just right. Reading books by author Aurora Rose Reynolds make me so happy, they’re the perfect escape from reality.
Falling Fast is a wonderful read. I love Gia and Colton’s banter. Gia’s life is thrown for a loop when she finds out all this time she was kept from her grandmother. I love how she does not hesitate about stepping up and help take care of her. Colton is just amazing. He will make you swoon a little as he tries and breaks down Gia’s walls. There is such chemistry between Gia and Colton that you cannot help but fall fast with them. I love the little bit of crazy thrown in with the sweet to keep you on your toes. This was such a fun, hot, sexy and sweet read. I fell fast for Ruby Falls and cannot wait to return soon.
Welcome to Ruby Falls. Gia Caro came to Ruby Falls to take care of the grandmother that her evil stepmother told her was dead. Not only does she find out she is not dead, she also has late-stage dementia. Gia wanting to spend as much time as possible with her grandmother, drops everything including taking a leave of absence from her job. Unfortunately upon arrival, Gia realized she would be in Ruby Falls for a while and needed to find a job.
Her job search ends at the Rusty Rose. Gia meets Colton and Colton has an immediate reaction and connection to Gia from the start. Colton has been through a lot with a crazy ex-girlfriend that made it known that Gia should stay away from Colton. After a very unfortunate series of events, Gia finds herself living with Colton and her grandmother at a nursing home.
This crazy cast of characters that includes Colton’s parents and best friend, Tide, and Gia’s grandmother’s neighbors. Gia will win your heart just like she won over all of Ruby Falls. This book is not only a love story, but a mystery as well. Readers will fall in love with his town and want to know more.
If you’re looking for a lovely story that will leave you satisfied and hit you in the FEELS then Falling Fast by Aurora Rose Reynolds is absolutely the book for you!
Colton is utterly DELICIOUS and charming and sweet and just the perfect amount of growly!
Gia is so endearing and lovely and kind and I adored her and wanted to give her the biggest hug and also cheer her on as she navigates her way to her HEA.
Also, everyone needs best friends like Tide and NAT.
The story has twists and turns and takes you on one HECK of an emotional rollercoaster ride of a journey and it had me smiling, swooning, giggling, and wanting to reach in and shake characters sometimes, which is always a good thing because it means that I’m invested and want the best for the characters that I have fallen head over heels in love with!
Gia and Colton and the whole surrounding friends and family situation made my heart happy even as action took place and things got intense and had me on the proverbial edge of my seat.
So, you basically need this book in your life! You’ll thank me later!
P. S. Cannot wait for Tide’s story!
Enjoyable, low angst romance. The heroine is shy, good with kids and just all around sweet. Maybe a little too sweet. The hero is former marines, owns a bar with his family and a protective hero. His ex is a total disaster and creates drama but I do like how the hero handles it. Overall a sweet romance.
I absolutely adore everything this author writes, so much so, I just went back and re-read her entire Until series, but have to admit this was one of my favourites. Thank you for bringing Gia and Colton’s story to life because they really did deserve their happy ending.
Lacy Laurel and Gregory Salinas did a great job of narrating this book. They brought out the emotion so beautifully.
I enjoyed this story. It’s on the gentler side and to me is very much about the relationships of the characters involved and the life changing things that happen to them and around them and how they cope with it all. I like being able to see the story from more than one persons point of view. It almost feels like getting the inside scoop before the other characters do. I really like these characters and would happily have stayed longer with them and their world.
I love Aurora Rose Reynolds, I’ve never read/listened to a book of hers that I didn’t like. Colton has some heavy baggage and is trying to figure his way around his new normal. Gia is soft hearted and sweet, and really just kind of perfect for Colton. I loved all the side characters they were really fun. Lacy Laurel is a new narrator for me but Gregory Salinas is an old favorite. They both did such wonderful jobs with the characters, and the flow & feel of the story.

4 Star review of Falling Fast by Aurora Rose Reynolds
Audio Review:
This is my first audio book from Aurora Rose Reynolds although I have listened to a couple by the narrators Lacy Laurel and Gregory Salinas.
This is Colton and Gia’s story and it was a fun, fast paced, slightly suspenseful sweet and at times a sad read that had me invested from the start. Not only were Colton and Gia easy to relate to but the secondary characters were just as entertaining.
My heart went out to Gia as she struggled to look after her grandmother who was suffering from dementia. I thought that this was dealt with realistically and with dignity by the author.
Both Lacy Laurel and Gregory Salinas did a fabulous job of narrating the characters in a variety of voices and this enhanced my listening enjoyment.

Falling Fast
By: Aurora Rose Reynolds
Narrated by: Lacy Laurel, Gregory Salinas
I loved everything about this book, from the entertaining storylines to the great characters. Gia relocated to Tennessee after finding out her Grandmother was in a bad way and needed assistance. Unable to find a job in her field she finally lands one at the Rusty Rose, a biker bar. I loved that awkward interview with Colton, he really threw her off of her game. I thought those two were great together from the start. I liked how their story played out, there was a lot going on, there was family drama, drama from the drama, some twists and some hot romance. I really liked his family, how supportive they were of Colton and Gia, like her friend Nat too. I hope she gets her story, hope Colton’s brothers do too. Aurora Rose Reynolds, thank you for this great story and the emotional rollercoaster ride.
I listened to the Audible edition narrated by the talented Lacy Laurel and Gregory Salinas. They are wonderful storytellers and voice performers. They brought these characters to life, gave each their own voice and personality. They did an awesome job projecting the emotions of the character and the drama of the story into their performance. I loved Lacy’s take on Gia and Gregory’s Colton, they allowed you to hear the chemistry they had between them. Thank you for another great listen

I love the ending. Lacy Laurel and Gregory Salinas did a great job with the narration. They both have a great voice!, and I love to listen to them together.
Falling Fast
By: Aurora Rose Reynolds
Narrated by: Lacy Laurel, Gregory Salinas
This Aurora Rose Reynold’s novel had me falling fast! Gia finds out the grandmother she thought was dead is very much alive and suffering from dementia. She goes to her to help out and finds more than just the grandmother she has missed for years. Colton, a veteran runs the local bar. When Gia comes looking for a job, we can feel the boom! I know it’s not the same series, but their instant attraction and chemistry still gives me that feeling! Reynolds creates the best characters. Gia is a sweet woman, very giving and is willing to do anything for her grandmother. Colton is incredible, with a will to survive, succeed and nurture. I loved these two together. The supporting characters add a whole lot of fun to the story too! Gia’s best friend, Colton’s brother and his parents all add some laughter and love! Add the little underlying suspense, and the story is perfect!
Aurora Rose Reynolds picks her narrators so well. Lacy Laurel portrays Gia to a T. She is able to let us feel her innocence and fear of the unknown as she comes to Tennessee. We see her blossom as the performance goes on and Laurel emotes the love and maturity as her character grows. You can’t help but love Gia. Gregory Salinas as Colton lets us feel his physical and emotional scars, yet gives him a confidence and feeling of security just with his voice. I loved this combination of narrators and hope to hear more from them.

Aurora is definitely a one-click author for me. She’s one of my favorite authors and I always wonder how she does it; to write a beautiful story that touches your heart every single time! I adored Colton and Gia; their chemistry was off the charts. Loved this from beginning until end…
When Gia gets a call from someone to tell her that her only relative is still alive but not doing well, she doesn’t waste any time and drops everything to fly all the way over there to take care of her grandmother. It doesn’t take long for her to fit in and when she meets Colton, sparks fly.
Colton has had a hard life and when he meets Gia, everything seems to fall into place. It doesn’t even scare him that he is falling so fast for her. But when his past collides with his future, he’ll do whatever it takes to keep her safe..
Gia Caro has had enough grief to last a life time and after finding out that her Grandmother is suffering dementia, she leaves Chicago to take care of her in Ruby Falls, Tennessee. Gia knows she needs to find a job to stay afloat and when nothing is available she ends up getting a job at biker bar.
Colton Allyster knows there is something special about Gia, her slight blushes when he flirts with her and sweet nature has Colton realizing that she might be what he has been looking for. After a bad breakup that left him questioning his old relationship, Colton has been gun shy about getting involved with anyone.
Gia is there for her grandmother and Colton has made his interest known but Gia is nervous about getting involved with him. When Colton decides to let Gia know that they are together, she decides to see where it will lead. The only problem in their path is Colton’s ex who wants him back.
Another wonderful read from Aurora Rose Reynolds. I loved this one and it is a slow burn romance. I liked that Colton was alpha male when it came to Gia and she is a bit of a spitfire herself. Excellent and look forward to the next book.
