Sam and Mason return to Fallen Crest for a camping trip.
They head north, meeting up with a few friends from Roussou and enjoy a night of booze, some leapfrogging, and there’s a small therapy session to air out some tension in the group.
Empty chair, anyone?
Enjoy a novella crossover between the Fallen Crest series and the crew series!
It was wonderful to revisit the Fallen Crest and Crew world again in this fun crossover story!
Loved this novella between Fallen Crest and Tijan’s Crew Series! Characters with depth, steamy times and some seriously funny moments!
A fun crossover novella from Tijan!
Oooooh a cross over? Yessssssssss!
An entertaining and satisfying quick read.
Fallen Crest Campout is a Crew/Fallen Crest Crossover novella by Tijan. I haven’t had the pleasure of reading the Fallen Crest series yet but I have read the Crew series. You don’t have to read both to enjoy this book. If you read Crew then you have met most of the characters!
Now that is a Campout!! It’s not only Samantha and Mason enjoying a weekend alone in the woods. It’s the whole circle of friends and Bren’s crew. All together for one fun and wild weekend. Drinking, games, conversations that need to be had. Everyone is on their own journeys and this is a good way to bring them all together for a weekend of shenanigans.
I just love this group of family and friends. The adults and the just graduated. The connections are deep. The couples are adorable and sexy. It’s a perfect story for this time of year. I camping. Talking around a campfire with friends is one of my favorite things to do. It was nice catching up with everyone and I am looking forward to what’s next!
Quotes:
Taylor came up beside me. “She has a feeling?” I nodded. Yep. I knew that feeling.
“Sam.” Mason’s voice was coming out strangled. “Honey.”
Oh no. I recognized that one, and I was having déjà vu. Not a good déjà vu too. I looked at Heather. “I’m talking out loud, aren’t I?”
“What the fuck? I’m not a bruh. I’m a bro. Get your terms right, jeez, old man.”
“What do you usually say? ‘My bad?’” Logan started laughing.
“Jackass.”
“That shit, I learn from you.”
Oh my gosh! What a wonderful surprise release. It was great catching up with all the gang, a true mix of everything that is a Fallen Crest and Crew. It was funny to see Sam and Mason all grown up and taking responsibility, yet still having the fierce protectiveness of earlier days. All the fun of the campout, followed by all the usual tensions found at Manny’s, but it was all turned out good, because Bren ‘had a feeling’. Oh how I love Bren (and Cross). Then Mason ‘had a feeling’, I love it when they get feelings. Can’t fault the writing, or the story, except maybe to say it was too short. I can never get enough of Tijan’s words, or Fallen Crest, or Crew. What a wonderful novella. A must for all a Tijan fans.
Yessssss!
I’m an addict getting a quick hit. I’m high from the purchase alone but as soon as I turned that page…nirvana. Absolutely flying high just by reconnecting with my crew.
I’m a Kade for life. Heather is my girl crush. Channing is a fantasy. But I will and forever be Mrs. Mason Kade.
I freaking squealed seeing this and then i smiled, smirked, giggled, and cooed through the entire thing.
Tijan made my day!
