It will take every ounce of strength and training Brielle has to survive year three. Meanwhile, Lincoln will also be fighting his own battle for survival. Each of them worlds apart.
3.5 Stars Darkness Abounds!!
(Read using Kindle Unlimited)
After the traumatic ending of Year Two, Year Three spends much of its time with Brielle, trapped with the sick & twisted Lucifer in Hell!! She’s put through so much until she’s a broken, depressed shell of the strong & sassy woman we know & love – Its dark and heartbreaking!!
Her loved ones all believe she’s dead. Lincoln is a mess that’s barely functioning She’s been gone for a whole year now – she sees no escape on the horizon!!
This was a much darker and depressing book than the two previous ones, I admit I didn’t enjoy as much! Lincoln is barely in it, which I missed a lot, As I love these two together We do finally meet Michael’s daughter, she’s really intriguing!! Roll on Year Four, hopefully it’ll be back to the group together again, more like the other books This one did have a gorgeous ending though!!

‘Fallen Academy: Year Three’ is book three in Leia Stone’s Fallen Academy series.
Bri wanted to focus on her future with Lincoln, the Fallen Army and her family and friends, whilst also coming to terms that she would not be aloud to leave the Academy’s grounds in fear of Lucifer getting her. What she didn’t expect was for Lucifer to show and steal her away from all that, and her loved ones will think she dead the only one that knows she isn’t dead is Sera her Infinity Weapon but she can’t help cause she is locked in a box.
I don’t know where to start, Bri is in Hell, Sera has been locked in a box, her loved one think she dead, she being held hostage by Lucifer. This book has had to be the most enjoyable read thus far. The overall journey and character development is off the charts.
This review is going to be all over the place and most likely won’t make sense half the time as my head is just in turmoil atm. Plus it’s hard to write what I’m thinking as it’s going to be major spoilers if I do, and that is something I will NOT do, you need to experience each and every word for yourself. But I will say this, buckle up cause you are in for one hell of an emotional and action packed ride.

5 stars for Fallen Academy Year 3 by Leia Stone. This is book 3 in the Fallen Academy series. Ok, Leia Stone is killing me right now with this series and the cliffhangers. This one was a doozie. Brielle is faced with situations that will show her what she is made of. They are going to test her beyond belief in this book. This book even had me shedding some tears. Bri does form a relationship with someone in hell that will affect her more than she knows. Bri is a true bada** in this book and we are seeing what she is truly made of. She is tested and tested in this book. I can’t even wait . I am starting book 3.5 now which is Lincoln’s side of this book.

Hm, who would have known Lucy is the perfect name…
This series only gets better and better. This book actually brought tears to my eyes at one point! So good but heartbreaking! But the connection between the characters is a strong one and only got better each time. You won’t want to put your book down!

I love Author Leia Stone I can’t think of a book of hers that I’ve read and not loved. This series is no exception. I sure plan on reading a lot more of her stuff. I have been enjoying this series so much. The characters are the best, so relatable, the bonds between them the good characters are beautiful, very close and tight. They will willingly go into danger, risking their own lives for each other….literally. The writing is spot on word building perfect!! I couldn’t stop reading this book, it’s truly amazing. As where all the books in this series. I just haven’t put up all my reviews yet. I definitely recommend…..enjoy the ride!!!!

There’s no surprise these stories have darkness in them; yet this book takes it to a new level for the series, which makes me rank it lower than the other books that I read and enjoyed so quickly that I’ve read three in a day. I can understand the turn to the darkness and forcing Brielle into Hell, but it doesn’t make it any more enjoyable. We see a lot of internal conflict with all of the main and secondary characters. I’m glad Brielle stays true to her roots and values despite extreme adversity and fight against the darkness again and again. However, it still does not take away from the darkness in this book. I can applaud the Light in the ending of the story because it was much needed. And I’m appreciative of the lack of a cliffhanger after the enormous one in Year Two. The tone of the book though, really made me step back and rethink binge reading the novella that comes in between years 3 and 4 and the final book in the series, Year Four. And I really wish it hadn’t since I was loving this series so hard.

I think personally Leia Stone is one of the best authors out there, it was witty, funny, a real page turner. I would definitely recommend this book to people who love action and fantasy I love all of Leia Stone’s books!

I was really looking forward to reading this one, especially after the super crappy ending from book two. This time out, we get a much better ending. Brielle has been taken by Lucifer and is a prisoner in Hell. Separated from her blade, Sera, and drugged so she can’t use her powers, she’s going to have to be on top of her game and acting skills to find a way out. Back at home, her family, Lincoln and her friends all believe she is dead.
So half the book, Brielle is working on a way out of hell, and when she does manage to escape, she finds that Lincoln has gone undercover in one of the worst demon infested cities – San Francisco. If he’s alive, Brielle is determined to bring him back. But Lucifer is still pissed – and she’ll have to utilize all her skills with her friends, to get in and out of San Francisco in one piece.
A lot of good action – a much better ending, and a good lead up to book four. I don’t know how many books are planned for the series, but I’m looking forward to the next one. Reviewed by Cyrene
