A great book for readers of historical fiction. Factual events were well researched.
It is long, but stick with it. Great story, and you learn alot about the Middle Ages.
This is one I’ve read and re-read. One of the best books I’ve read … EVER. If you haven’t read it yet – you should. It will stay with you forever …
Very good book. First in the series of three that follows a couple families through generations. Long but very worth reading. Once you finish you are left with a feeling of loneliness as those characters became a part of your life.
Hard to put it down.
