He has the kind of influence most people can’t even begin to imagine.

so darn cute! Dannnnnnnnng
This book consumed my every thought and grabs you from page one Falcon and Layla are a breath of fresh air she is determined and feisty and down to earth with so much heart and common sense and I loved everything about her. Welcome to Trinity Academy the school of the elite, arrogant and the rich where Falcon and Mason, Lake rule these men are everything and so much more and I loved them all in all their different personalities but their bound is only something you dream about and so much more that we get a glimpse of. There are a lot of laugh out moments and very serious situations with flawless writing that you will devour. I cannot wait for more.
OH-MMM-GGG!! What a fabulous start to a new series. This is Falcon’s book BUT, I LOVE ALL of these characters. Falcon, Lake and Dark and Mysteriously, Mean Mason. I am so glad they are all such a big part of this book and hope that trend continues throughout the series.
Wealth, Power and Status! These boys exude it like a cloud of delicious designer cologne following them around wherever they go. Whoever , whatever they want they get, No is NOT something Falcon, well any of them are accustomed to hearing.
All of that gets flipped on its axis when Layla Shepard walks into Trinity Academy. Layla is there on a scholarship of sorts. Her mother is Falcon’s fathers assistant and he is covering the cost of Layla’s education, So that she can attend the elite academy.
This girl may only be eighteen, but I am in LOVE with her character. She is not a doormat. She may be poor in comparison, but she will not let those rich turds look down on her!! Hells Yeah, Layla! What will happen when Falcon sets his sights on the beautiful, and sassy Layla? What will Falcon’s family think when he falls for the lowly assistants daughter? What might the consequences be for the girl who helped him to throw caution to the wind, and plow through his carefully constructed, perfectly, mapped out and pre-arranged future?
“First, the clouds and then the rainbow.”
Without giving anything away I will just say. Falcon had so much pressing on him, so much you wouldn’t know just by looking at him. Layla was able to get beneath the beautiful yet tough exterior, to see Falcon. Things his own family never took the time to see. It was really sweet to see him open up to her. She was changing his life. He was looking at it with a renewed outlook on everything. She was his rainbow. His spot of color, in what use to be a colorless future before her.
This book is full of fun, sassy, witty banter. It has tons of throw your kindle moments (Falcons Family is Deplorable). It’s a relatively slow burn, but Jear Desus when it happens, PERFECTION!! Be ready to fall instantly in love with not only Falcon and Layla, but Mason, Lake and Kingsley too! Now i am DYING for book two, cause that cliffy though.
DO NOT miss this unforgettable, unputdownable first book in this fantastic new series by Author Michelle Heard.
*I voluntarily reviewed an advanced complimentary copy of this book.
My cr8zysockbookblock overall ratings for this book!
– OBSESSED!! I read this book in just over a day. Fast paced, funny, witty banter, great characters. Awesome beginning to new series. Highly recommend.
– This book was hot, yet perfect for these characters. Build up was great.
Cliffhanger Warning- MAJOR CLIFFHANGER!! NEED BOOK TWO ASAP!!
Falcon is the very 1st book in Michelle Heard’s new Trinity Academy series,
and I absolutely LOVED it!
This story pulled me in so quickly, and I didn’t put it down for more than 10 mins, from the moment I picked it up.
Falcon, Mason, and Lake are the best known heirs at Trinity Academy, and they are often looked up to by a lot of the students that attend with them. All of which are in their senior year of college, and on somewhat different paths of study. Their fathers all work/own the same business, and they have grown up together, describing their relationship’s between one another as family.
Senior year is starting for Falcon, and he comes to find out that his father’s personal assistant has her daughter Layla enrolled to be starting Trinity Academy that year as well.
Falcon & Layla had never met prior, but end up running into one another on their first day. Falcon later spots his rival, Grayson, with his eyes on Layla. From that moment on, Falcon makes the decision to do all he can to keep Grayson from her.
While Layla is extremely hesitant, because she isn’t exactly sure what to expect from the beginning of an “almost friendship” with Falcon and his friends. &Falcon doesn’t give her much of a choice either, because he always tends to get whatever he wants, whenever he wants it.
Because of Falcon’s newfound interest in Layla, Serena, the girl that Falcon’s mother wants him to marry, becomes angry and jealous, which created a complicated mess within itself.
It quickly becomes very clear that Layla will not be putting her head down and remaining invisible as a student at Trinity Academy as she had originally hoped.
Prepare yourself for drama, angst, STEAM, and some really beautiful and inspiring relationships between a few of these characters. Falcon, Mason, and Lake are a strong front, and always have one another’s backs. Layla’s newest friend, Kinglsey, is the type of best friend that we all wish we could have the chance of having in our lives. &Layla leaves a great impact on everyone around her, willing to take the time to get to know her
I highly recommend Falcon (Trinity Academy 1), and think it fully deserves the 5 star rating that I have decided on giving it.
This story had a little bit of everything. It was a refreshing and addicting read, and I absolutely loved it.
Get your copy ASAP, and don’t miss out on the start of what I am sure will continue to be a great new series!
OMG what a read that is a amazing start to this series. I ended up devouring this book in one sitting it was a very intense read that was you loving this high class read of steal emotions and hard love. This will have you on a ride of hard steel life and showing the darks and colorful read of this book. Can’t wait for the next book.
This is a really sweet book and not what I was expecting. Falcon, Mason and Lake rule over Trinity Academy and influence everything around them.
Falcon and Layla are up first in this new trilogy and be prepared to get swept of your feet. Falcon is swoon worthy and falls completely for Layla.
Layla is at the academy on a scholarship and doesn’t want people knowing this. Falcon, however, knows this, as it’s his family that is paying it. For his silence he makes her his assistant.
Layla is so down to earth, she lives in the real world and slowly shows Falcon that riches doesn’t matter.
Falcon is head strong and goes after Layla not truly realising that she’s changing him, he’s sweet, caring and protective and really steps up to help her when she’s in trouble.
The bond between Falcon and his ‘brothers’ is strong, they will always have each other’s backs. I like the unity between them and can’t wait for their books.
I enjoyed this read. There was a good storyline with lots happening although there was no major drama. The ending was a little abrupt and ended on a cliffhanger leaving me confused with what was happening, but I am looking forward to the next read in the series.

Falcon was the riveting introduction to the Trident Academy series and I was hooked from the first page. I adored Falcon and Layla together as they made me laugh out loud or tugged at my heartstrings. Sassy, kindhearted yet not afraid to speak her mind Layla intrigued Falcon from the first time they met. Falcon was such a complex and intriguing character and seeing behind the mask he wore for everyone else had me swooning fast. The chemistry between Layla and Falcon sparked off the pages. I loved all the amazing characters and after the stage was set so brilliantly for their upcoming stories I am eagerly looking forward to each of their stories. The bonds these characters shared were woven throughout each page leaving me constantly craving more. With a spellbinding mixture of drama, angst, humor, love, unshakeable bonds and characters I couldn’t get enough of Falcon was a fantastic introduction to the Trident Academy series.
Falcon is a story about fighting for life and love. It is an intense and sexy enemies-to-lovers romance set in Trinity Academy when money is power and power is control over everything. This story had intrigue, angst, mind games, power plays, sweetness and sultry emotions in spades. A great start to a new series by Michelle Heard.
Lylah is a simple girl from a simple background. But she is powerhouse on her own. She is sassy, fierce and mentally strong. And she has no intention of garnering attention from students of Trinity Academy, specially her mother’s boss’s son Falcon. He is the king and kingmaker with loads of arrogance, cockiness, attitude and ruthlessness. But their paths cross and Lylah brings rainbow tp his colourless world. The hate and resentment slowly gives way to true love. But the world never took a love story between a king and a peasant too kindly.
I enjoyed the evolution of Falcon’s character. He makes the first impression of a heartless almost bully kind of guy. But he has a big heart. He carries so much burden in his soul and his vulnerability is hidden by his apparent rudeness. But he is a confident and gorgeous guy and I just melt by his way of taking care of Lylah! He is not afraid to fight for his dreams once he realises his true one. And Lylah is his true partner. She sees him, heals him and completes him. The chemistry is amazing. It is hot and sweet. Since it is the beginning of new series, a considerable part of the story was spent in building backgrounds and the characters. I am really intrigued by Lake and Mason!
Michelle Heard made a perfect cocktail of seduction, romance, swoonworthy emotions and suspense. It was a beautifully crafted love story which left me craving for more of Trinity Academy world.
Received ARC for Honest review
Let me start by saying how much absolutely enjoyed reading this story. Falcon is the first book in the Trinity Academy series by Michelle Heard. I was expecting this to be a bully romance but it wasn’t and I’m so happy for that. This story was perfect. It evoked so many emotions from me while I was reading. This was Falcon and Layla’s story but we get so much more than just their romance. We get friendship and family, we get some drama without it being overly dramatic, and lots of laughs. Falcon, Layla, Kingsley, Lake and Mason were a group of characters you would not easily forget. They were all relatable, likable characters and you will love them. The banter between them all was hilarious and their group dynamics really added to the story.
The storyline will have you hooked from beginning to end and one of the things I loved was the inclusion of life lessons written into the dialogue. You will not want this story to end and I’m so happy there are two more books to come. Of course the cliff hanger ending left me speechless and I eagerly await the next book in this series – Mason.
Falcon, my first Michelle Heard novel, was a phenomenal page turner, worthy of a 5 star status. I loved it and would highly recommend it to all lovers of NA college romance.
I found another new to me author that I need to read other books from after reading the first book to the Trinity Academy series, Falcon. Falcon is the first book to three books of the series, and this one is all about the sexy male protagonist Falcon. He’s due to take over his family’s business if he wants it, but he has only so many shares with it, and his older brother wants those shares. He’s working on his degree and has his mind made up on what he wants to do after college, and it’s not run the family business. He’s also being told that he needs to marry Serena by his mother who has arranged him to marry her. He doesn’t want anything to do with that unstable girl.
His world is about to rock when he meets his father’s assistant’s daughter, who is attending Trinity Academy thanks to Falcon’s Dad. Layla wants to go to classes and get her degree, so she can finally travel with her father around the world. She wants to keep out of the limelight of the three boys that she has been told about from her mother. Unfortunately, the minute Grayson sets eyes on Layla inappropriately is when Falcon, Lake, and Mason step in to help her. Falcon knows that Layla is not one of them and enlists her to be his new assistant. Layla doesn’t want to be his assistant, so she will do anything to get out of it, even give him coffee with salt in it.
The first book to the Trinity Academy is all about Falcone, who is one of three young men that are powerful, rich, and sexy. Falcon and his friends have pulled at the Academy due to their families. Falcon and his friends are not to be messed with, and I loved how Michelle Heard made me fall in love with them. This book is all about a couple that would’ve never hooked up with if it wasn’t for the Trinity Academy. They come from two different social statuses, but they are perfect together. Layla knows how to handle Falcon and Falcon is confused by the girl at first in the book. It takes a tough situation to bring them together.
Forewarning, there is a problematic scene in this book that involves violence and an almost rape scene. If you are bothered by any violence, then you may be bothered by that scene. I pulled through it because a particular character fought back. Let’s not forget the steam factor in this book too, which was a steamy one.
I enjoyed Falcon and Layla’s book, and now I’m counting down to Mason’s book next because he’s one that will be difficult to change, but the girl that will win him over is determined to know he won’t break her although he is one scary character.

“My life is black and white, and I didn’t know what color looked like until I saw you.”
Falcon kicks off the start to the new Trinity Academy series like a pro. I loved and enjoyed every page, every chapter from the first word to the last.
What I found most refreshing is the fact that we encounter some drama but no overly engineered unnecessary drama. This story has a bunch of everything, but totally in the perfect doses.
“Instead of being your weakness, let me be your strength.”
All characters, not only Layla and Falcon but all others who we obviously will meet in the next two books were introduced so well. I loved each and every one of them, their strength and their weaknesses. The bound and the dynamic between the whole group is addicting. And the attraction and chemistry between Layla and Falcon sparkles from every page.
I love Layla’s wit and sass and the way she sees the world. She’s so down to earth and never falters seeing the good in people. And Falcon, despite his upbringing and the golden spoon he was fed with, is everything but. He clearly enjoys the perks of his status but also misses evidently the most important thing in his life.
With her tendency to ground the people around her, Layla and Falcon couldn’t have been a better match. She’s the light in his dark. She’s the color in his black and white.
“”You sleeping?” “No,” I whisper back. “Why not?” “You haven’t said it yet.” He lets out a chuckle. “Sleep my rainbow.””
Falcon is a sparkling and intriguing college romance that will color up your day.
“Thank you for seeing me and not everything I have”
Wealth and power. It’s a combination that makes a person untouchable. It creates a life of self-indulgence, and the mentality that everything is obtainable. All things have a price, even people and people can be bought. It creates a world of black and white, the power enabling a person to become ruthless without a care in the world.
But what happens when the wealth and power is your ruining?
When it destroys your very being?
Then what?
This novel explores this in exquisite detail……And guys it was perfect.
We meet Falcon and Layla in this beautifully written read that literally took my breath away.
I devoured this novel in one sitting, so captivated by it, and to be completely honest it just commanded my attention.
Yes I will admit the first few pages had me a little unsure, because I thought that I’d be reading all about a world surrounded by wealth, greed, money and power, but it was the complete opposite.
What I got was a read that opened my chest and tore out my heart. A read that I found myself consumed by, chipping away at my every emotion, taking me on a heartbreaking journey of insecurities, self-doubt and uncertainty. I kid you not my heart broke, and yes there were even real tears, I just couldn’t help it.
Yes I know, I know it sounds all kinds of grim, but believe me it’s not, it’s actually far from it, because once you delve into this sublime read you soon find that amongst the grief and heartache, there’s also an array of hope, color and more importantly love.
Falcon in all honesty is a dazzling read that I know that anyone will fall for, because believe me it’s so very easy. My heart will stay with both Falcon and Layla, and I am so grateful I got to share in their moment.
5 stars
This was a really good book! It was a nice break from all the dark books I’ve read lately! This was a sweet college romance, and I’m really looking forward to reading the next one!
They say opposites attract and Falcon and Layla couldn’t have been more opposite to each other, Falcon’s never known what love is, it’s always been about mergers and acquisitions, the mergers being to get further in life, never about love. Layla doesn’t see how it can work, he’s the heir to CRC Holdings, they’re from different worlds.
They both try to fight it, misunderstandings, but Layla gives up fighting him, she knows she loves him when he kisses her as if she’s his cure. Falcon’s found Layla and he’s not going to let her go, she’s feisty, she makes him feel alive and she sees him not Falcon Reyes.
Falcon didn’t know it would cost so much being someone’s last breathe, she can crush him, nothing lasts forever. Layla realises that Falcon’s had everything, everything but love, she’s going to show him how to love.
Falcon realises he only saw black and white and he’s found his rainbow in Layla, with the reaction from his mother he knows he’s going to have to fight to keep her, to keep them, and he’s prepared to give up everything for her. Being with Layla has made him see everything differently and he knows it’s a fight he’s going to win – no one will take his rainbow away from him.
Awesome start to the beginning of what will be another great series – can’t wait for Mason’s book.
5+ STARS FOR FALCON!! Wow, I devoured this book in one sitting!! I am already loving this series…..I was hooked from the first page. Falcon is one of the best book boyfriends I have ever met. Falcon and Layla story will give you all the feels and more. I need Book 2 like now. Michelle Heard is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. This is the first book in what will become a phenomenal series, so go ahead and 1-Click this book and starting reading.
Falcon is a new adult romance that had me falling in love with the characters.
This is no slow burn romance. The characters fall and they fall fast. But their chemistry is off the charts.
Falcon is one of three guys that run Trinity Academy. Mason and Lake are his best friends that are by his side. They all live the millionaire lifestyle with their dads running a business together and wanting their sons to be the heir to their throne.
But when Layla comes to Trinity High, Falcons world tilts on its side. Layla is his fathers assistants daughter, who’s schooling is getting paid for by his father.
I thought this story was a tad slow. I loved the characters so much, especially Mason, but the whole plot of it was… lacking? There wasn’t a whole lot of action that really pulled me in. The very last paragraphs is the part that really got my heart thumping.
Omg! What an awesome new series!
This book captivated me from start to finish. I laughed, cried, and I had so many emotions while reading. I couldn’t help but fall in love with all these new characters. Can’t wait to get my hands on book two – Mason’s Story.
Falcon, Mason, and Lake practically run Trinity Acadamy and when Layla is set to attend, none of them were prepared for her, especially not Falcon. Layla is the daughter of Falcons dad’s assistant and is a sassy spitfire who is not intimidated by Falcon or any of his friends. I absolutely loved this first installment of the series and love how Falcon and Layla’s relationships grows. Falcon goes from annoyed, to protective, to intrigued. I definitely recommend this book and cannot wait for Mason’s book.
4*
This is my first book by Michelle and I will definitely read more from her.
I loved the characters Falcon, Mason & Lake three very close friends with strong personalities. The three rule the college thanks to their parents wealth.
We then meet Layla who has been given a scholarship opportunity to the school been Falcons father’s secretary Stephanie’s daughter. She meets Kingsley their friendship grows when she sticks up for Layla giving her the confidence to be herself.
When falcon decides Layla is going to be his assistant he gets more than he bargained for. I enjoyed the lengths Falcon went to in the hopes of getting a reaction from her and the sass of Layla.
I’m loving the start of this series and can’t wait to see what’s in store for Mason, Kingsley and Lake.
A bit of an abrupt ending leaving us with questions whilst also making us excited and desperate for the next book.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
Falcon (Trinity Academy Series #1)
by Michelle Heard
***5 stars***
What an amazing start to what’s sure to be one of my favorite series. I loved everyone and everything about this story, including the villians aka Mommy Dearest and her evil sidekick, Serena the she-beast.
Falcon comes from money and prestige, not knowing what it’s like to want for anything. That is until he meets Layla, who sparks light into his dark and mundane world. From the outside, he looks untouchable with no cares to be had. On the inside, he longs for love and all the things money can’t buy.
Layla is an outsider in the strange world of Trinity Academy. She doesn’t feel like she belongs but is strong and feisty, not giving in to the pressures of others.
Together, Layla and Falcon will fight against all odds to be together, no matter the cost. They have some of the greatest friends to help them along the way too. Let’s just say the boys…Falcon, Mason and Lake are hysterical and stooge like, while Layla and Kingsley are soul sisters from other misters. I love them all so much!
Definitely a must read! I’m so excited to find out what happens next when Michelle brings us Mason’s story, who happens to be my current book boyfriend crush. Stay tuned!
