DrewI hate the lies you tell. For as long as I could remember, everything in my world had been fake. The happy nuclear family. The loving parents. The close father-son relationship. The respectable family business. All lies. I’d had it with the pretense and the show, but I was trapped on a dizzying merry-go-round of deception, and I couldn’t get off. So when she was thrown unexpectedly into my … when she was thrown unexpectedly into my path, and I discovered she was just another fake, I needed to make her pay. Little did I know, the deceit ran deeper than I could have imagined, and nothing was as it seemed.
Kik
I tell the lies I hate.
I hated the lies and the pretense, but if I was going to achieve what I wanted in life, they were a necessary evil. Truth was, I’d mostly made peace with the idea. What I was doing was a means to an end, and the end definitely justified the means. Besides, it wasn’t forever—nothing ever was.
Everybody had to do what they had to do, right? I could live with that. Kinda. Sorta. Maybe. At least I thought I could until he came bursting into my life, and was determined to tear down everything I’d worked so hard to build.
**Fake You is a complete standalone dark, angsty, rollercoaster of a bully romance. However, it contains references to characters and events first depicted in book 1 of the Boys Of Trinity Hall series, and as such, although it can be read and enjoyed alone, reading Break You first will make for the best possible reading experience.

A great story about Kik and Drew and their journey to happiness. Drew is forced into doing something he doesn’t want to. But does the end justify the means? Another great story added to this series.
Wow what a intense, heart pounding love hate relationship Kik and Drew’s story was ! The chemistry between these two was off the charts and the emotions holy cow ! This is a bully romance on a whole other level and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough on this intense thrilling ride MV Ellis takes you on ! Definitely recommend although I’d recommend reading Break You first so you are familiar with all the characters in this story , but it can be read as a standalone. LOVED THIS BOOK so much ! Writing was flawless, plot was brilliantly developed and loved the characters development as well ! Definitely 5 stars for this bully romance story !!

A love/hate read that will have you at the edge of your seat. You will fall in love with the intense emotions that Kik and Drew pours out as they navigate their relationship. I loved the craziness that the author is able to bring to life with the drama, fierce hate, and entertaining characters. This was a definite must read if your love reading bully romance with a great storyline and the smoldering feelings that make it so good as you read each pages until the end.
Phenomenal Love/Hate Story!
This was an amazing, fast paced, love/hate bully romance that was highly entertaining! Kik and Drew’s story made me want to smash my kindle many times or at least reach in and smack Drew upside the head! The chemistry between these two is so thick and intense that it oozes off the pages. Their intensely heated push and pull power play is witty, funny, sexy and completely hot!
Kik is an amazing woman who is strong with so much wit and an unstoppable attitude. Drew on the other hand is a powerful, sexy and emotional man who will stop at nothing to save those he loves – even if it means destroying someone else. Kik and Drew are the perfect powerful couple. It may take a while to get there though.
This is one intense wild and sexy ride! I loved every second of it!!
MV Ellis does it again with Fake You. This enemies to lovers story was hands down so worth reading. Drew and Kik’s back and forth has you turning pages fast to see how things turn out. Drew is the asshole you love to hate!! This is a must read book!!

I devoured Break You and this was no diffrent. We met both Drew and Kik in Break you and i loved them there and now is the time for there story.
When Drew gets called into his Dads office he has no idea what his about as him and his have a very bad relationship so what ever it is it cant be good. Drews dad Victor is horrible the way he talks to Drew and even about his own father and Wife OMG this guy doesn’t deserve a family at all, all about money and power and that is all he thinks about. So when Drew gets called he has no idea what to expect, when his dad tells him he needs to make sure a certain person keeps quiet, as this person is blackmailing Victor. When Victor shows a photo of Kik to Drew he originally thinks is a boy only to reliase its not. So when he goes to her place of work and confronts her , he corners her while she is half naked and this is where the sparks first fly.
From then on Drew basically starts stalking Kik he is everywhere she is. When Kik finally tells Drew the truth about his dad lets just say things are not what it seems, and you realize just how ruthless Victor is. Even after finding out Drew will not leave Kik alone. Their chemistry is off the chain hot even if Kik keeps fighting it with every fiber of her being. This book had it all the passion, the secrets, and also the heartbreak. Loved it all.
I loved both of these characters both were feisty and stubborn , both have been through hell and back but at the same time that is what brought them together , no matter how much they fight they can’t deny their chemistry . Recommend this book to anyone. I suggest you read Break You as you meet them both there.
WOW! If you love to read love/hate relationships, then you need to read this book. I fell in love with Kik right of the bat. She embodies what a good person with morals should be. Drew, well you never start off liking the bully, but he finally won me over. Kristina Sanchez aka Kik is on a mission to bring down a corporation that is hurting people. You will find out why as you read the book. Kik story is sad to read. So then you through in this hot as sin guy coming in telling her that she needs to back off this mission she is on only spurs her. However, Drew did not know what he was expecting when he met Kik. He was just trying to do what he was told to do. So naturally, you have an alpha male and an alpha female going at it. It was like game and was fun to read to see who will be the one to give or have the better hand. I was so involved in the book that when I got to the end, I was in tears. Dang, I was not expecting some of the things that happened but OMG did it make it just that much better. So yes, make sure you have some tissues handy cause you will need them. I love it and need more Boys of Trinity Hall.

This is the second book in the Boys of Trinity Hall series, and the story of Drew, and Kik. This book take you on a roller coaster of twist, and turns, lies, and deceit, and highs, and lows. This book was well written, the characters captivated me, and they had hot, fiery chemistry. This was intense, suspenseful, mysterious, dramatic, dark, emotional, and steamy.
Fake You is a bully romance that will have your anxiety levels high and your pulse racing. Drew is the guy who has an attitude a mile high and is having his hand forced by threats to his family. Kik is the girl who will suffer at the hands of these threats. As their lives intertwine you will be kept guessing, immersed in the chemistry that surrounds them and you will get swept up in the push and pull of their connection. An enemies to lovers story that will have you on the edge of your seat and captivated right to the end.
Intriguing from the prologue, I knew this little girl was going to be something special. I adored the woman Kristina “Kik” Sanchez had become. She had grown into a vision of beauty and her attitude was as real as it gets. Her determination, strength and devotion were the reason Drew had found his way into her life.
Andrew “Drew” Edgar Cavanagh was surprisingly so much more than the young rich, hunky asshole that he portrayed himself as. His father had set him a task, knowing how to play it to his advantage.
This is a fantastic story. I marvelled at the way it was put together with wonderful side characters, delivering the witty banter I always enjoy. Grampsie is a legend. I’d call it enemies to lovers with some hot, sexual, visual scenes that just seem to fit so well. You could just feel this escalating. Love the internal dialogue.
“Fuck, I hated him. He was the epitome of an entitled smug prick. It was too bad I also really wanted to sit on his face.”
I was so captivated as we learnt things along the way. I didn’t want to put it down, I needed to know the ending, and it was just pure perfection. This is a book that I felt was going to stay in the memory bank, the next time I hear of the game of “Two truths and one lie” and snow angels I will be thinking of Angelita. Another one of MV Ellis books ticking all the boxes for me.
Fake You by MV Ellis is book Two in the Boys of Trinity Hall Series. This is the story of Kik (Angelita /Kristina) and Drew. I have read the previous book which added to my enjoyment of this one but it can easily be a standalone book I thought. Drew’s father is a power hungry total awful man who has nothing good to say about Drew behind or to his face. So when his father comes to him on his birthday he knows it for birthday wishes. No his father wants him to handle an issue of the company being blacked mailed by Kik. Of course Drew doesn’t want to do anything for him but his father brings up his mother and grandfather…that he will no longer help them if Drew doesn’t help him.
Kik has her own family issues. Kik is working several jobs to help her father and to help her go to school. Kik father is not well and she has to provide for him. Drew is hard to like at first even when you know why he is the way he is but the more time he spends with Kik the more he starts to become more human. This is a Dark Romance so it may not be for everyone but I did enjoy it. I can’t wait for more stories from this author.
I’m loving the Boys of Trinity Hall series! An enjoyable read that has you entertained from start to finish. The dislike that Drew and Kik have for each other makes for some hot and intense scenes!! Kik especially is not happy with having to spend time with Drew. Her one mission is to protect her family and he is getting in her way. They both don’t realise that this is also bringing them closer together – although they are enemies so it’s not as simple as you may think!
Drew is a wealthy guy who is set on ruining Kik’s life. Things in this story are not what they appear to be. The love/hate relationship between Drew and Kik is undeniable and the chemistry is off the charts.
Book two of the Trinity Hall series picks up in the middle of the first book. We get to see who Drew really is and how he became to be. I enjoyed this story. The struggle Kik goes through is believable and something that I can relate to.

Great read… although at times I didn’t know whether I loved the characters or hated them.
Drew struggled between pleasing his father and his growing attraction for Kik.
The struggle that Drew goes through is real and what had me totally absorbed with this book.
Loved also that Kik was such a strong female lead… someone who stuck up for what she believed in… worked hard and was not only smart but also had a strong sense of family. Someone you would look up to.
Well done.
I was given an arc for an honest review
Hmm, I think because I loved book one in this series “break you” and they are in the same series Trinity hall I automatically expected to love this, but alas I didn’t.
It’s set in the same world and place but I expected it to be a continuation time wise and it wasnt.
This book is set in the same time frame meaning you get some repetition, both event and conversation wise, which was a little disappointing.
Kevin, aka Kik but known as Angelita and also Kristina. Gosh the girl has so many names, personalities add her dual gender capabilities into the mix and my head was spinning! She really wasnt my favourite character.
Her story is very Erin Brockovich and I didnt enjoy the film so I guess that wasnt the best start.
Drew puzzled me with his repetitive behaviour and comments and whilst I wasnt rushing to add him to my book boyfriend list I was curious as to how he would “sort everything”.
When you get to the point that you want the end of the book to be within sight it’s not good folks, and that’s honestly how I was feeling at just gone half way through.
So therefor I’m giving this a disappointing 3.5 stars.
Book #2 of the boys of Trinity Hall. Wowza. So that every thing else will cease to exist until you’re done. Fake you takes you on a journey of growth, forgiveness and love. Love this book.
Fake You is book 2 in the Boys of Trinity Hall series and is set around the same time as Break You. Drew is your typical rich Ahole that is told to take care of a situation by his father that he absolutely hates. However, due to him threatening his Mother and Grandfather he does it for them, the situation is Kik! She lives a lie so she can look after her dying father her path crosses with Drew and it’s explosive from the start. Fake you is a bully romance that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat.
3 1/2*
Kik (Angelita) isn’t taking things lightly so Drew’s father makes him try to intimidate her.
Drew is determined to protect his mum & grandfather but has he got all the facts?
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
TWISTED Explosions!
Holy Crap this was a mind blowing Twisted explosion read that grated on my nerves had my hungry with desire and heartbroken not sure whether I loved it or not but damn it sure as heck had me glued to my kindle with no will power to put it down. This story takes you on a brutally twisted rollercoaster ride that is impossible not to feel the insanity that seeps through the words all while clinging to the edge never know what the heck to expect. It’s twisted, dark, hot, racked with emotions with a thunderstorm of a storyline that will definitely keep you on your toes from one blind siding twist to the next. It’s a hot mess of endless excitement that explodes from the pages and has me anxiously awaiting for the next book in this fantastic series.
