I need a woman to help me shut up my big Greek family. And my new intern is perfect for the job, though pretending to have a relationship with her might be a little taboo.Good thing I’m in charge.Being a self-made billionaire, I haven’t spent much time looking for love.None actually.Lucky for me, it’s fallen right into my lap. This pretty American girl has zero sense of direction, but a good heart … American girl has zero sense of direction, but a good heart and a sexy smile.
I’ve always been smitten by a woman that needs rescuing, or so it seems.
Something tells me that she might be more than I bargained for.
Either way, I just need her to fake it for me until it appears real.
Funny how real it quickly becomes.

This was such an enjoyable read. I loved the destination being Greece, it really made me feel like I was on vacation there. Adrian and Bella were adorable. They had this connection from the very beginning even through casual conversation. They quickly evolved from a work relationship, to friendship, to a fake relationship and then to a real relationship. The real relationship might not last if Adrian’s mother has anything to say about it! Adrian was sweet and caring and Bella had a fun strong personality, they meshed really well together. I loved how much Adrian was willing to go through in order to win back Bella and give them both a happy ending.
Really liked the interaction between Bella and Adrian
This was an enjoyable book. It transported me to Greece. I could practically smell the salty sea water. I also enjoyed Bella’s character. She was driven and kind. The romance was a bit cheesy at times, but I’m a total sucker for that, so I liked it.
You will have trouble putting this book down, highly recommend
I listened to the Audiobook. I don’t know what a Greek accent sounds like, so I have no idea how close the narrators came. It did sound more like a slowed down version of a stereotypical Italian mob boss.
I could have sworn I read this book before but I have no record of having read it. Weird. A lot of it was like deja vu.
This story really dragged in many parts. I can’t remember her name, because it didn’t seem to fit her character. She seemed to come across as naive, but not really. The way she offered to help Adrian and she really didn’t know him. The way they kept crossing boundaries didn’t make her seem as naive as she seemed to want to come across.
She handled Adrian’s mother much better than I could have done. I think she had every right to be upset about Adrian not standing up for her. His mother was rude, childish, and disrespectful. I didn’t get Bella being so upset about their 10 day relationship that she initiated, and they never discussed.
They ended up with an HEA, forgiveness all around, and major life changes.
Fun quick steamy read.
The fairytale story of Bella and Adrian in the lovely setting of Crete.
I enjoyed the HEA, but despised Adrian’s mother Helen for her ignorant prejudice.
.
It’s a good read. Not spectacular, but enjoyable enough. Seems like both characters change in the end from who they were in the beginning. It does have a happy ending though.
A modern happily ever after. Everything is easier when he has mountains of money to fix every last problem the story-line might have. lol. But seriously, it was fun, sexy, I liked the two main characters.
Great read
I loved this book! Sexy, romantic, steamy!
I felt so sorry for the way the characters were unfairly judged by other people, but it was such a great reminder to look beyond the surface and treasure individuals for who they are. I loved the characters, the settings, all of it!
Ahhhh to get the chance of a lifetime for a job then meet your other half. I really liked Bella and Adrian. I liked how much family meant to him but I have to agree with Bella he should have stood up for something he wanted and demanded the respect he deserved. But I get where he is coming from in wanting to make your mother happy. All in all I liked the ending. HEA.
Another well written book by Weston Parker. Adrian is the owner of the company that Bella is going to be interning for. She is going to Greece for this chance and it doesn’t start out very well when she gets lost on the first day. When Adrian goes to rescue her, he doesn’t immediately tell her who he is. When she finds out, she is extremely embarrassed and afraid she will lost her job. Adrian is attracted to Bella right away and see something in her he hasn’t seen in anyone before. Will business get in the way of a romance?? Will a Greek mother get in the middle of a romance with an American woman?? You’ll have to read the book to find out. It’s a good read and very entertaining.
Loved these characters and the connection between them all.
Loved Adrian and Bell and so glad they got their HEA but what a family poor Adrian suffered ….well Mother …to start with. The way she spoke and treated Bell was unthinkable but I was so glad that Adrian stood up to her and also glad that Bell managed to talk him around about speaking to them again.
Oh my gosh, this story is amazing!! I really loved this story and did not disappoint. It grabs you from the beginning and will not let you go. I did not want it to end because I enjoyed this story so much. It’s definitely a must read!
This book is everything. From the first page to the last page. I was sucked in from the moment I opened this book. I love the writing style. The writing, the characters and the storyline are well developed and flowed well. Very well done.
I voluntarily read this as an advanced readers copy.
Weston Parker is definitely an author I love to read. Fake it For Me was a great story it was fun, exciting with a twist or two and definitely some romance. Adrian is one successful business man he is CEO of Great Greeks and is getting ready for a meeting, when he overhears his partner on the phone with a lost intern and he volunteers to go get her. Bella is new in Greece and finds herself lost on her first day of work, she is relieved when a co worker comes to her rescue. This was just the start of a fun adventure with a delightful Bella and hot Adrian these two have some great chemistry and this story will have you finishing in one sitting. I absolutely loved and recommend this great story, I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book. Loved so much bought it to add my collection.
This is the story of how Bella, an American, who meets Adrian, A Greek, at work. In fact, he is the CEO of the company in Greece where she is to be a marketing intern. I liked that he isn’t a man whore as so many successful and good looking so called heroes tend to be in the books. However, he is frightened of his domineering mother who is wanting him married. To appease her, after spending some time and being very attracted to Bella, he persuades Bella to pretend to be his girlfriend and them visit his family to get his mother off his back. However, the visit ends badly when his mother is rude about Bella, Adrian doesn’t come to her defence so Bella leaves. She is so upset that she doesn’t just leave his family meeting but her job and Greece! He’s devastated that she’s left him as he now realises that he loves her but is it enough to go after her? Meanwhile how does Bella feel about him?[Other than he was awful not coming to her defence??]I liked both Bella and Adrian [apart from that last instance]. There was a fun and natural attraction and chemistry between them that flowed and was good to read in this page turning story by the nest selling author, Weston Parker. The characters were engaging and realistic – as was the storyline. If you haven’t read any of Weston’s books before [where on earth have you been?] then this is surely a book that will encourage you to read even more of his stories. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most Definitely Recommended.
Combing two cultures this time Weston Parker has presented an interesting book that kept me bound to the book. Every girl’s dream to have a man like Greek God, then will it hurt to fake a relationship with a self made Greek Billionaire? This is what happens in the story. Bella, an American girl who works as an intern in Adrian’s organisation. He wants her to fake a relationship with him but fate had other plans. I enjoyed reading this book and hence voluntarily reviewing.
This was the first book by Weston Parker that I have read and it will most definitely not be the last! It is the story of Adrian and Bella – Adrian is a good-looking, wealthy, kind CEO of a marketing company in Greece that Bella (small-town girl from the USA) is interning for. Sparks fly the first time they meet (Bella, has gotten lost on her way to her first day on the job – we learn that she is navagationally-challenged – and Adrian decides to go get her and helps her find her way to the office) and initially she is not aware he is the CEO – the instant attraction is mutual. After a few days on the job and some time spent together outside the office, Adrian decides that Bella’s talents are being wasted in her intern role and asks her to accompany him to Athens for a business meeting. After the meeting, they both let down their guard and follow through with their mutual attraction. During this time, Bella has agreed to play the role of “girlfriend” for Adrian at a family get-together with the hopes of convincing his mother that he is in a relationship and she will stop trying to fix him up. That turns into a disaster – no one is happy that he has brought an “American” to the party and horrible things are said about Bella. When Adrian does nothing to defend her or stand up to his mother – Bella realizes she has made a huge mistake getting involved with him and leaves her job and Greece and goes back home to the United States. It’s a fast-moving love story that shows the sweet, innocent and also fierce side of Bella as well as the strong, sexy, pampering side of Adrian… when he learns she has left, he has a decision to make. Does he let her go and forget about her and also avoid conflict with his family or does he fight for the woman he loves (as he is realizing this now that she is gone)? Bella is facing the same conflict – does she stay home and try to forget about her time in Greece or does she return to the country and the man and the job she was starting to fall in love with and fight for all of them?? It was an enjoyable read and once I started it, I really liked the characters and found myself rooting for them and their new-found relationship…. if you enjoy a good romantic story, you will enjoy this book.
