She just has to fake it once… just has to fake it, pretend to be my girl, and I can seal this deal. Fool them once then move on. Paige gets paid, I get this new hotel, we all win. Totally simple, right?
Except when I see her fake it, I know I have to taste the real thing. The way her eyes lock on mine, the way she grips the bathroom sink, her whole body shaking, I swear…
I don’t care if it might sink decades of work… I’m taking her for real.
It’s time for another hot one! Fake It For Daddy is a steamy billionaire older man / younger woman romance with some Sugar Daddy themes. If you like over the top crazy characters, lots of sizzle, and a guaranteed HEA, this one’s for you.

So hot and sexy! I really enjoyed this novella. The plot was fun and the characters were great. I’m also a sucker for daddy themes. So taboo but hot if done correctly and this one was great!
This is a really good boss/employee romance. Paige hates her boss and Leon likes to push his assistant’s buttons with impossible tasks. It’s an interesting business development that brings Paige and Leon working together more intimately where their passions are able to be explored. The sexual tension builds as the business seems to fall apart. The drama has intrigue and twists to keep the story moving and the sexual relationship is hot enough that you can’t put the book down.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
The “Daddy” thing threw me. I know, the title. It just was so prevalent that it threw me. Lots of steamy bedroom scenes. Little building of the relationship. A happy ending. Just a strange book for me.
Loved it.
Cute story. HEA after the story line picks up.
This w a s a terrible book. — can’t say anything good about 8.
Quick, steamy read. I liked it.
It was a nice, short read–easy to get lost in for an hour or two!
This was a ton of fun. I will definitely continue on with the series!
Wasn’t really my cup of tea. The whole “daddy” bit seemed a bit contrived.
I wanted to start 2020 off right, so I read a book in one sitting … which was easy to do considering I couldn’t put this book down! Now before we go any further please read … I’m not a “Daddy” fan in the romance world. I just can’t get into it, not sure why, cause even some of my favorite authors have daddy series but it’s just not my thing. Faking It For Daddy by B.B. Hamel however is definitely a book I could read, even with the “daddy” talk. The “daddy” wording in this book is totally fine, it’s subtle, not in your face, every other word, etc which was so enjoyable cause I instantly fell in love with the characters. Leon is your typical hot A F asshole boss that you secretly want to take into the copy room. Paige is his assistant but I LOVED that she was a strong, smart, independent woman … definitely not a push over.
Paige has just about had it with her boss Leon but she needs the job and knowing she’s getting paid a pretty dollar is what makes her stay. She keeps thinking that just a little longer and she can tell him where to go, but then, as she’s gathering herself in the bathroom, there’s a knock at the door, it’s Leon, he’s asking her to fake it for $10,000. That means Paige could possibly quit sooner, so she fakes it, and Leon writes her the check. Soon enough the faking act needs to go on a little longer while Leon is working out a business deal. Leon may be working on the biggest deal of his career but he’s also realizing his “little Paige” is better than any business deal he could dream of …
The story flowed so well with hot steamy sex, flirting, typical asshole boss scenes, and secondary characters that weren’t annoying to read about. (I truly hate when secondary characters are just filler, yah know?) One of my “go-to” book boyfriends is Nick Bateman, I know he’s overused but that’s immediately who I pictured Leon being. Paige I saw her as Anya Chalotra, which could be cause I’ve just immersed myself in The Witcher over Christmas but she’s got that dark hair, doe-eyed look & I could see her going toe-to-toe with Leon.
Very well done enjoy
This book was such an amazing read! The HOT chemistry between Leon and Paige kept me totally glued to my kindle and the storyline was so well written that I felt like I was peeking through a window watching the relationship develop between Paige and Leon!
I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book.
This is the first book in the Sugar Daddies series, it is a standalone older man/ younger woman romance. Paige is Leon’s personal assistant and now due to a new deal, she’s pretending to be his secret girlfriend. Their relationship becomes complicated when things become intimate and feelings become involved. There is more interesting drama and intrigue. Definitely entertaining. Can’t wait to see more in this series.
This was book 1 in a new series by B.B. Hamel ,,,,,
Paige Turner is a 22 year old Personal Assistant for Leon Price whom is one of the wealthiest and most popular Real Estate Developers in the whole country whom must own at least half of New York,,,, this is her 2nd job out of University ,,,, she is good at her job and really hates her boss ,,,, but, boy she really wants that man ,,,,,
Leon Price has buildings in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, Berlin, Madrid and Stockholm and wants to build a luxury hotel in Monaco ,,, business contacts Cerise and Maxime are apparently “helping out” Leon to get approval to build at the sight in Monaco,,, and they have to bring Princess Charlotte into the deal ,,,,, Maxime is the husband of Cerise whom seems to want Leon but Leon doesn’t mess with married woman and now he needs Paige to tell him out ,,,, and he really wants to help Paige out too,,,,
This is a great 1st story in this new series ,,,, It had a great story line and Paige and Leon have great chemistry ,,,, I look forward to the next story in this series ,,,, I would so totally recommend this book to anyone,,,, I have gotten this ARC voluntarily to do an honest review
Who doesn’t fake it some times?! This is not just an older man/younger woman boss/assistant romance, this has a fabulous story line complete with an overbearing boss, his rich and connected and slight crazy clients and scheming and secrets….so good! Paige is over worked and under appreciated by her boss Leon. She is his personal assistant, but she often feels like his indentured servant. A business dinner at his place is nothing out of the ordinary until he corners her in his bathroom with an unusual proposal. He needs her to fake an orgasm to help finalize his business deal! She is shocked, but when he tells her he will pay her 10k to do it she agrees. Thus beings their intense and highly charged fake relationship. Their chemistry is off the charts, though she thinks he is an asshole. The longer they keep the rouse up the more they are drawn to each other. No spoilers, but the banter between them and the increasing passion and the business scheming is off the charts!!! Love this!
