The playboy of the Walker men meets his match.
Wyatt Walker won’t fall victim to the same spell that ensnared his twin brother and cousin. Whatever force compelled both men to become whipped by their mates, Wyatt wants nothing to do with. He has his hands full with his bar, and their ever-growing wolf pack. Besides, someone needed to stay available to the single population of Walker County.
… population of Walker County.
When he meets Kansas, a customer just passing through, it’s Wyatt’s job, his duty, to show Kansas a good time for the night—or a few hours. Then Wyatt wakes up in a daze, his bar has been robbed, and Kansas is gone.
Energy vampire, best friend’s with a cat, is it any surprise he’s on the run?
Kansas, hasn’t regretted his way of life in a long time. He’s also never used his mysterious powers to take from someone quite as alluring as Wyatt Walker. But Kansas operates under a strict set of morals. He never takes from a person who can’t afford to lose a little and he never dips in the same well twice. That Kansas even considers returning to Wyatt’s bar proves how dangerous he is. There was something different about that man, a fact that only proves true when Wyatt becomes the first person to ever catch him.
And now, he’s demanding that Kansas pays up.
Wyatt’s got everything under control. He’ll handle the cunning thief and his demented cat, without developing the F word—feelings. He’ll handle the elders’ latest attack. Those cowards couldn’t intimidate Wyatt’s family so now they were using pack politics to attempt to control them.
When a horrible crime rocks the Walker County wolf pack, all eyes look to Wyatt, the last man to fight with the elders. More importantly, that F word went and became a whole heck of a lot more and Wyatt will have to figure out not only how to keep his family’s freedom, but how to keep his mate. Stubborn determination didn’t work. He’s gonna need faith.
Faith is the third book in the Wolves of Walker County series. It is packed with fun, humor, and steam. A playboy finds his mate, a man in need of help finds his family, and the Walker cousins fight once more for their freedom. For maximum enjoyment, this quartet should be read in order.

This is the third book in the Wolves of Walker County series and the books should be read in order in order to fully understand and enjoy the stories.
This third book revolves around wolf shifter and playboy Wyatt Walker and Kansas, a human conman with a special power. When Kansas eyes Wyatt as a mark things don’t go as planned and when Wyatt becomes a target of a manipulative pack elder things heat up for all of the cousins and their mates.
The storyline here is more about manipulation and power involving pack politics, something the four cousins have stayed out of and want no part of. They have no choice this time as safety concerns for their growing families limit their options. There is a vagueness to the story that had me continuously thinking there were better options than the way things played out. It didn’t read true to the characters we’ve seen develop to appear so powerless here. We don’t get a lot of character development on Kansas either. I don’t feel like we were able to get to know him as well as we were able to get to know the mates in the first two books.
While I don’t think this book is as strong as the first two it was still an enjoyable read and it continues the overarching story arc of the series well. The ending leaves us on a major cliffhanger for what will happen in the final book of the series.
**I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my objective review.**
An absolutely, delightful MM shifter romance with an intriguing “enemies to lovers” undertone & it was an absolute pleasure to read. I found the plot quite humorous yet at times there are some suspenseful situations/events. The characters have good chemistry between them but are inclined to be a bit confrontational but stand together when outside forces interfere, in particular I like the way the relationship developed between Wyatt & Kansas.
There is: a alpha wolf shifter (Wyatt) with a playboy attitude definitely has no intentions of becoming romantically involved with anyone but then he comes into contact with a snarky thief (Kansas) & his attitude promptly changes, Kansas’s deranged cat (Mr. Boots), Kansas’s conniving uncle (Sean), a devious pack elder (Delia Walker), adventure, action, wolf shifters, pack politics, power struggles, rivalry, special abilities, a caring family, friendship, drama, intrigue, suspense, humor, deceit, betrayal, enemies, danger, threats, conflict, twists & turns, complications, confrontations, disagreements, surprises, love, contentment, steamy scenes & a satisfying conclusion. I would recommend this book.
The thief who knocked you out is your blessed mate? Oh boy!
What a rush! The Walker boys are back in a stunning third book. I was pulled back into their lives from the first pages. All our old friends and enemies are here. There is humor, danger, unexpected courage, steamy sex, intrigue, loyal, if unexpected, friends, an amazing cat, kindness and pack politics. Did I mention another blessed pregnancy? I love this book!
This is Wyatt’s story. His playboy rep is well earned. But he secretly years for the life his twin has; one with a mate & family. His attraction to Kansas is as intense as it is inevitable. Too bad Kansas is a thief with a secret ability. Kansas is running from his uncle. He steals to survive. He feels so bad about stealing from Wyatt that he is going to return the bulk of the money. Wyatt finds him first. Their relationship gets off to a rocky start. But pack politics drive them together.
Come. Share their journey. As the pack deteriorates, power struggles ensue. The Walker Men, their mates, and Nana are caught up in the pack they broke away from years before. When Kansas turns up pregnant. Wyatt goes into full alpha protective mode. Throw Kansas’s uncle into the mix and things really heat up. You will love this book!
This is the third book in the Wolves of Walker County saga. I recommend reading the first two books, in order, as this one picks up where the last book ends. You will be glad you did.
This book contains adult themes and language, mm sex and is intended for mature readers only.
You can run, but you can’t hide, from a shifter. Wyatt, bar owner lightly flirt with customers, but Kansas was the exception, he got the heavy flirt. He felt drawn to Kansas. He asked Kansas if he had any curses or powers and Kansas, denied the question. Kansas’ superpower was his ability to drain energy forces. He didn’t deliberately over do it, just enough to manage & slow down. Kansas, stole from those he thought could afford it to feed his cat, Mr Boots and maybe a little room and board for himself. He always tried to stay two steps ahead of his exploitive uncle. In spite of his circumstances, Kansas was likeable. Wyatt is a nice guy too. Wy, is in for a nice bit of teasing from his brother & cousins. Will Wyatt find Kansas? Will Wyatt ever get his repair money back? Will Kansas stop running? Does Kansas’ uncle find him? They go on an interesting explorative adventure. This story flows well. Kansas faces a few unexpected challenges that cause concern with the family. Nice story, well done!
**********Contains Spoilers**********
This book was way more intense than the previous books but I would’ve loved a bit focused on Wyatt and Kansas instead all the pack politics even if that was an integral part of the story as it’s obviously leading up to the finale. Wyatt finally met his match in Kansas. I was weary at the start of the book whether or not I’d take a likely to Kansas like I did with Riley and Phin because Kansas uses his power to steal money off different pushy rich a*seholes by draining their lifeforce until they’ve passed out but it’s mainly to feed his cat Mr Boots and to try and escape the clutches of his uncle that has a binding legal document saying that Kansas can’t look after himself. He steals both money and Wyatt’s energy off him and then leaves, he stole $10k so Wyatt being Wyatt decides to track Kansas down and get his money back as he was going to use that for renovations. When Wyatt finds Kansas he basically blackmails him into coming back to Walkerton to work for him to pay back the money that he used. I loved their connection when they both finally let down their walls for each other and realised that they both felt the same, it just took them awhile to admit it. Delia and the rest of the pack Elders are either trying to get the guys kicked out of town since they’re a pack now there is so many members or for them to join the pack. I think it must have to do with controlling the blessed omegas’ and blessed babies’ but who knows what’s going to go down in the final book since Alpha Walker is now gone. I also wonder if Wyatt and Nash’s mum Julie is actually still part of the Elders scheme for them and was just pretending to be nice since she went back to the pack to try and calm everyone down, since the pack was trying to force the guys hands. I think Aver’s book is going to be the best out of the series as we’ll finally see if he ends up standing up to his parents once and for all. I’m hoping we find out whether and Tyrone end up together as Paul deserves a happily ever after, after everything Delia has put him through. I’d recommend this book, series and author to everyone.
This one is the third in the series and is well written with a ton of humor as well as the mixes in action/drama the series has so much of.
There are tears in all the books but there is also the love and family you expect by now from the series.
I love these Walker alphas so much. Their omegas just get better in handling their alpha ways and are each obviously perfect for their men!
Buckle up it just gets bumpier too!
Wyatt and Kansas went from a fast enemies to lovers in this shifter romance. Their chemistry was undeniable as there were several steamy scenes in this book but on top of that was love and even though neither Wyatt nor Kansas knew how to show love to each other, they eventually figured it out for their happily ever after. There was of course lots of pack drama for these four alphas that aren’t even in the pack and their three mates and hopefully in Aver’s book there will finally be peace within the island.
Faith is the third book in the Wolves of Walker County by author Kiki Burrelli. I love this series. It is action-packed, full of angst, and has a love the keeps me coming back for more. This book is written in dual pov which is very helpful in this story’s case.
Wyatt is a playboy bar owner. He doesn’t want to settle down as his twin has. The Greasy Stump is the only thing in the world he owns and he is very proud of that. He is also smart, sex, and kind. He has a huge heart he tries to hide from everyone.
Kansas he is a grifter. He just wants enough money to support himself and his kitty cat. He does have a special power that helps him out. He is also kind, sweet, and has a wicked sense of humor.
I loved getting to know both of these men. They each bring something very special to this story. I also liked getting more pack politics. There are blessed babies, action, adventure, snark, and a whole lot more inside these pages. I for one love this series and cannot wait for more in the future.
