War is brewing between the vampires and the fae.
And my mother is to blame.
She wishes to dominate both Faerie and the human realm through blood and fear.
I’m determined not to let that happen.
But I never imagined that saving so many lives would come with such a steep price—after all, the fae do nothing for free. Or that I’d encounter so many personal demons when trying to do the right … that I’d encounter so many personal demons when trying to do the right thing.
I’m one of the strongest creatures on Earth, but am I strong enough for this war?
Faerie Blood is the final book in the Fanged Fae series. It’s a paranormal thriller with cunning vampires, charming fae, sassy witches, and romance.

Exciting and action-packed. I love how this one expands on the story and also gives more background on the characters involved. Really enjoying this series.
A Great World But I Didn’t Love This Book! 3.5 Stars
(Read using Kindle Unlimited)
I usually love this Author’s work but this series just didn’t capture me for some reason?! I really liked Elizabeth, again, in this book, her character is great. Mauri’s character was much easier to like in this book too Eldon, Anders & Rowan all had her back when ever she needed them – so loyal!!
Faerie really doesn’t seem that of a place to me!! Although I’m enjoying it in the companion series ‘The Bonegate Series’!

Part two of the Fanged Fae Series brings our characters into Faerie, so half-fae, half-vampire, all nosferatu Mauri can meet with her grandparents. When the meeting doesn’t exactly go as planned, Mauri and her friends must make other arrangements to prepare for the battle to come.
The characters in this book are good, and you are definitely rooting for them. Queen Nyssa/Asyns is not going to give up without a fight, but you start to see that there may be something good in her – but it’s REALLY, REALLY deep! I like the developing relationship with Anders and Mauri, and I wouldn’t mind a book three to delve into their dynamic
This series is a fresh take on faeries, vampires, demons, et cetera that are so prevalent. There is no formulaic demons=bad, faeries=good, vampires=could go either way. We have a story that evolves and changes, introducing new elements to change perceptions.
War is on the horizon between the Fae and the vampires.
Mauri’s mother Queen Nyssa is a vampire who wants to take control of the Fae world and the old world. Mauri decides to go to Faerie to see her grandmother and grandfather to ask their help in obtaining an army to help stop her mother from gaining control of both worlds.
Mauri is half fae and half vampire who don’t agree with the way her mother wants to take over both worlds. If Mauri’s mother had not gotten herself exiled from Faerie land then she could have taken over as the queen one day as her father is the king of Faerie.
When I picked up Faerie Blood I was drawn into its magical world right away. There is action on almost every page that will keep you hooked. For a newbie vampire Mauri was very strong in not attacking or draining all her friends of their blood. Faerie Blood has it all, it has witches, vampires, fae, romance, magic, fighting and great characters with great world building. I hope to read more of these characters and the Faerie world in The Bonegates Series.
If you like reading about witches, vampires, fae, magic with a little romance then Faerie Blood just may be the book you’re looking for. Check it out along with the first book in the Fanged Series, Blood Moon Magic. Highly recommend!
Really enjoyed these books. Mauri learned more about her powers, and how to use them. And the people in her life. She learned more about her mother and her grandparents in this book. And made life long friendships and hopefully a very sweet relationship. She battles her Mother and shows how she is better than her!
Overall rating: 5
Well this rating was easy. This book lacks for nothing! The action flowed, the characters engaged, the storyline kept me running the gauntlet of emotions. The bittersweet relationships between parent, child and grandparents, all of it- I felt fear, I felt sadness, and I felt love. So much tragedy yet mixed with soul lifting revelations as well. Just an all around epic work of art! All my reviews are always voluntarily written.
