A dragon. A twisted curse. And a finale to rival the glory of chocolate croissants.
I used to think burned scones and bad hair made for a rough day. When a dragon crawls out of a hole in Main Street, I realize it’s time to rework that definition.
I broke the Mage Duke’s curse, but the dark spell hasn’t disappeared. Instead, the casting morphed into a legless dragon thing that wants to eat me.
dragon thing that wants to eat me.
Nailed it.
And to top off this crap sandwich, the town’s local reporter has decided to rouse a mob against me.
I have a lot of witch work to do, friends. Send doughnuts.

A little steamy romance with lots of magic and spells.
So, I read this entire series over the course of maybe a week, if it weren’t for damn responsibilities I probably would have read all 3 in 2 days. I was not prepared for this series to end. This entire series was so incredible. Coren, and all other character, developed so well through the entire series. Fae Spell brought a little more sadness than the previous 2 books, brought some tears to my eyes (and I’m really not much of a crier). The characters went through some amazing changes and handled them so well. I was really sad to see this series end, but I am so glad I decided to read it. This author is truly amazing.
What a story and series. It is action packed from the beginning to the end. It draws you in and doesn’t let go. It is stunningly written with beautiful magnificent characters. Coren completely comes into herself with this story. It has some twists and turns that add so much to the story. It was extremely well written with a beautiful HEA. It is most definitely worth reading and is a must read!!!!!!
I just could not put this down! Although I am sad that this trilogy has ended, this finale had me riveted to its pages to the very end! Off to a very hot and sexy start there’s excitement, fighting, friendship, loyalty and so much more! I will have to say I did cry like a baby at one point, was gobsmacked in another and that ending well I absolutely loved it! Fantastic storyline, fantastic characters, this is a series I would definitely recommend!
Best book of the series.
Fae Spell took me on an emotional roller coaster ride! I laughed, I cried, I swooned. This is one of those books where the characters can’t catch a break and I loved every exciting page. It has action, magic, romance, humor, loveable characters, a snarky vampire! This book…this series has EVERYTHING. I’m so very happy with the ending and I really hope this series will keep going with some of the other characters. <>
I have really enjoyed reading this very magical series and loved this book 3, which is the finale of the trilogy. In this book Coren is faced with a massive dragon-like demon who erupts in the middle of the main street and is causing total chaos. It is really a wyvern and is the result of the dark magic wielded by the Mage Duke Sforza, the arch enemy of Lucus and Coren but also an ancient ancestor of Coren. The people of the town could not see the wyvern who was cloaked in glamour but still blamed Coren and her new friends for the earthquakes they were feeling, especially when the wyvern hid below Coren’s house. With Halloween just a few days away Coren knew that the duke would come to attack them and that they had best be prepared as he was the strongest mage ever and really angry that she had broken his curse on Lucus and his siblings and the vampire Kaippa. Many things happen whilst Coren is trying to get a hold on how to use her Yew bow and act as the Yew Queen that she was, as she was the only one able to defeat both the duke and his dragon. I really enjoyed seeing Hekla come into her own type of magic, this was such a nice surprise but hated all the deaths and losses that occurred. Love the heat in the book which is tackled with style, but this is a book for a mature audience who should enjoy this as much as I did.
Finally the end has come and the great battle with the Duke is at hand. I laughed and groaned at a few scenes. Coren and her friends are getting ready for the final showdown at the beginning and of course things do not go as planed. There was some mystery and some suspense too. I have to say I was surprised with how the battle went and how it ended. But it made for a great read that was not too predictable. I loved it.
This series was so fun and exciting. This book is by far the best of the series. I would highly recommend this series, you won’t be disappointed.
What a great conclusion to Coren and Lucas’ story! This series was such a fun ride. And this one might mighty steamy I love all these chara6and it was cool to see a little more of the side characters this time around. Definitely recommend it
The exciting conclusion this is spellbinding series! It was thrilling fun. An entertaining read the whole way through full of ups and downs leaving me wondering what would happen next. The trilogy wraps up nicely and introduces a new spin off series that promises to be a wickedly good time!
Wow! This was such an exciting end to an amazing trilogy! Coren, Lucus, Heckla, and Kaippa lead us on a fantastic journey. There were many ups and downs that kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what was going to happen next. Coren’s powers continued to grow as she learned and embraced her role as Yew Queen and fell deeper in love with Lucus the luscious Fae Lord. The conclusion leads into a spin off in the Yew Queen universe. I highly recommend Fae Spell!
I absolutely Loved this book. Be ready for an emotional ride until the very end.
I received an Arc copy of this book. My opinion would still be the same regardless. It’s definitely a must read!
