I liked this book the least of the three. As with the Irish Trilogy, I find Mia’s story distracting and not quite up to par with Nell’s and Ripley’s. She has always known she was a witch and has little to learn, but LOTS to forgive.
You learn more about Mia and Ripley’s childhood and the man that Mia falls in love with and ultimately looses her …
Face the Fire is the last book in Nora Roberts’ “Three Sisters Island” paranormal romance series. This book includes a second-chance-at-love romance and the climatic showdown with the evil that wants to destroy the island. The heroes and heroines from the first two books are part of the action here, too, and it’s nice to see what a strong team of …
Face the Fire by Nora Roberts – Mia has done a pretty fabulous job building a life that pleases her on Three Sisters Island. When the love of her life returns, he wants a second chance at forever with her. Not sure she wants to risk the hurt again, Mia knows that there is one more knot in the curse to undo. If they have the courage to fight for …
Cannot rate this higher due to the two main characters. Just doesn’t work, second chance romance wise for me, as they are both unlikeable for different reasons. They are certainly no great love story.
Though this ends beautifully and it was lovely being with Nell and Zach and even Ripley was tolerable in this one, I just didn’t end up caring …
Loved this trilogy
It was good.
This is the last of a trilogy and it wraps up all the dangling threads from the previous books. I think it is the best of the three, and have reread it recently. It deals with witches and is a classic good versus evil story with the love stories for each book.
Great story! A good read for everyone. If you have not read this book you should.
Third in a series of Nora Robert’s. Must read the first two to follow the story line.

It kept me interested.
