started very strong then lost steam and the ending was very… lame and not really an ending
love the book but now upset cause it is a series and i have to pay for the rest of the series. must read
This one is out there on the probably scale but a fun read.
The book was easy to read but was too predictable. Too many characters making it a little confusing for this 80 year old mind. I would think a young teen might like this.
The beginnings of this story and about 2/3 of the way through I expected some explanation of what exactly had happened and how all the characters were connected. There didn’t seem to be any explanation, scientifically, of what caused these various methods of mass extinction. I just kept thinking ” all will be revealed at the end”. But it didn’t …
did not like that you were kind of left hanging at the end
Wasn’t my favorite.
I enjoyed this book but it seemed to slow down in the middle and just had too many strange happenings that made me eager for it to end.
This book was totally not what i expected. Once i got into it I didnt want to put it down and then hated when it ended.
Different take on the “ everyone has disappeared scenario “
Couldn’t put this trilogy down!
Too jumpy. Not really that well written but will suffice when you need something to read.
I love books with early teen boys who know a lot more than they should, and have a way of being witty and serious at the same time.
Different worlds end scenario interesting.
Very good page turner leaving you wanting more as you build a rapport with the easily liked characters. After reading the first book, the rest of the series is a must have!
Wow! Great book! This a page-turner…read it in one day.
The twists and turns used to bring the plot to life are interesting and the characters are strong and realistic. The setting, while very unusual, are very well crafted.
Not your typical zombie novel. This was an interesting read from beginning to end.
Dropped about halfway through. Boring.
A quick read, it was a new twist on the usual apocalyptic story. Battling the elements gave it a touch of something extra. Easy to visualize in the “theater of the mind” as I read it. Definitely entertaining.
