I’ve now had the opportunity to read several of this author’s books and I’ve enjoyed each one.
As with the other books in the Bayou Devils MC series, there are twists and turns and smoking sex and friends and family of choice and so much more. Characters are well developed and while you may not know their exact motivation, it’s easy to understand what’s going on. The female protagonist is strong and independent and has some quirky behaviors that intrigued me from the very first paragraph. We get to revisit with Lincoln who has been my favorite so far (I think I say that about them all). At 75% when she does that to him I just laughed and laughed cuz he deserved it 😉
This is an enjoyable book, series and author and I absolutely recommend it.
Side Note…. what is it about a cover with a hot guy smoking a cigarette that is so hot, yet in real life is kind of icky?
I Love this exciting MC series. The author has once again done an amazing job with Every Breath You Take by writing an explosive storyline with characters that will grab you and not let go.
Lincoln is a part of the Bayou Devils MC. A group of men that are not only strong alpha males, they all have their own personal reasons for being in this group. A group that gives back and helps those that need it, especially abused women. Because of their causes, Lincoln doesn’t hesitate is when the club Prez tell him to follow a woman and he wants to know everything she does, where she goes, who she meets, etc. But from the moment he see the sassy, headstrong, independant Tatum, Lincoln knows she’s something special. Tatum’s mother has just been killed in a freaky car accident that the police suspect foul play is involved. While she is is well trained to take care of herself, the loss has made her vulnerable. More vulnerable than her normal loner existence.
The more Lincoln finds out about her, the more he wants her. But he knows as soon as she learns the truth, that he’s snooping in her life for his club, she will never let him in. Plus, the more he gets to know her, the more answers he wants as to why he was told to watch her. Is she in danger? Was her mother’s death really just a freak accident or what it something else? This storyline had me laughing at Tatum’s actions and sassy banter one minute then gasping as incidents around her spiral out of control. Every Breath You take has humor, suspense, aghast and romance all rolled up into a storyline that will keep you on the edge as you turn page after page to see what happens next. 2 Thumbs up for a Great read. Once I highly recommend grabbing up asap.

Every Breath You Take is the third book in the Bayou Devils MC series and whilst it can be read as a standalone I would definitely recommend reading them all because they are all fantastic read! I absolutely adore this authors writing style, there’s action, suspense and above all fantastic characters with amazing chemistry!
It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with Tatum and Lincoln. I think that the author captured these two characters in words perfectly. She wrote about them both so beautifully that I found a connection with them straight away, at times throughout their lives it felt like I was right there with them. Tatum was a great character and she was really determined. I loved that about her.
I think this is possibly my favourite out of the series so far, but I loved them all and probably said that after finishing each one! This authors writing just keeps getting better and better and I am so looking forward to whatever comes next from her!
Fabulous series that any MC lover will not want to miss!!
Stars: 5+
I love Kodiak and Tate. They are my favorite couple of this series so far and that’s saying something because Ms. Myers writes fabulous characters. Lincoln (Kodiak) has had a tough life with his father dying and thus thrusting him into a position of being responsible for his mother and two younger sisters at an early age. Then he has another unfortunate event that has him fleeing Alaska in search for something more that’s when he hooks up with the Bayou Devils.
Tate has had an unstable life constantly moving with her mother and twin never settling in one place for long until Louisiana. Her family set down roots. Tate is a bada$$ always training in every kind of martial arts, weapons and self defense know growing up. She and her brother just thought their mother was paranoid, little did they know she wasn’t until it was too late.
Kodiak meets Tate when he was instructed by his President to follow and monitor her, but she intrigued him so much that he breaks protocol and has to meet her. That’s when the reals action starts. Their chemistry is a slow burn. But they are keeping secrets from each other and they could blow up in their faces, especially Kodiak. They are going to have to try and trust each other to weather the upcoming storm.
I highly recommend this book!! I can’t wait for this series to continue.
This is the third book in this series, I enjoyed it as much as the other two. This book can be read as a standalone. I was pulled right in to this story right from the beginning. I enjoyed Tatum and Lincoln’s characters. Tatum is full of sass and a little rough, I could easily find myself being friends with her. Lincoln is just hot, steamy, bad boy with issues of his own. They have a little rough start but wait to see what happens to them. I highly suggest this book!
A great read. It’s dark, sexy and suspenseful. It will suck you in with its twists and turns as it has you feeling all sorts of emotions. I loved the characters. The enjoyed the connection and chemistry between the characters is sizzling and steamy. It’s an entertaining read.
This was beautiful, heart-wrenching story!! I immediately fell in love with Tatum and Lincoln! Their story was wonderfully written, and I couldn’t put it down.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own
Tatum and Lincoln’s story is a hot messy read. Growing up with a mother like Tatums teaching you every way to protect yourself and defend yourself doesn’t seem odd to her but to everyone else there has to be a reason her and her twin brother Theo were taught all they were. When tragedy strikes and the one person who could answer the questions is taking from them little do they know what is in store for them. Lincoln doesn’t want to babysit for Blaze but when he meets her, her sass, her attitude wakes him from the despair the loneliness that has taking over him. Wow this book is an amazing read and series the strong characters will have you wanting more about them and the others you meet in the stories. Can’t wait for more from this series I’d highly recommend to others.
Every Breath You Take (Bayou Devils MC Book 3) by A.M. Myers

Wow!! Another grand slam from this amazing author. I can’t even figure out what words to use to explain how much i loved this book. No I take that back..This whole series…I already want to start all over and read them all again. I’ve said this in previous reviews but it’s worth repeating…I love MC books but this series paints this MC club in a different way that I just can’t explain. It’s more like a complete family and I love every single thing about it.
This book..sigh…might be my favorite of the three and I’m thinking if I went back and read them I would say that about each one. This author takes chances with her stories, you always think you know what’s coming, I know I do anyway and I read and wait for it realizing that what I’m thinking is going to happen doesn’t and in the meantime something really dramatic has happened. You would have to read this book to understand what I mean by that. I held my breath a few times and cried a few times and I have to say I laughed out loud a few times. The chemistry between these two characters was spot on and I still laugh when I think of a few things that happened between them.
The only thing that upset me was the last page, I kept swiping looking for who the next book might be about, there’s a few I’d love to read about, and reading about our book 1 and book 2 characters took me right back to their stories. This author has an amazing talent and this series will be a favorite of mine from here on. While I wait for the next in this series I think it’s time I look at what else there is available.
Loved it and it deserves way more than the 5 stars max.
Every Breath You Take written by A.M. Myers is book three in the Bayou Devil’s MC Series. I love this book. If you haven’t read the previous two books: Hopelessly Devoted and Addicted to Love you should check them out also. The series is based off of an MC and it’s members, Every Breath you Take is Lincoln’s story and it’s a good one. So I loved Tatum, I loved everything about her. Even her craziness. She had me laughing with pretty much everything thing she said and did to Lincoln. The storyline was great there is a scene at the end that could definitely be a trigger that I did not see coming but I also got the book because I liked the previous two so I didn’t bother to read about it I. Overall it was a great story it had many surprises and Tate kept you on your toes since you never really knew what she was going to do with whoever had made her mad at the moment.
Lincoln lost his father when he was young and still can’t get the memories from his head, now part of the Bayou Devils, when his president, Blaze, wants him to follow a woman without giving him the reason. Tatum is trying to make ends meet when her world changes and her mother dies, leaving her and her brother wondering if her death was just an accident.
When the two meet the chemistry is instant, although with things in Tate’s past she won’t let anyone in, but slowly Lincoln works he’s way in, with the lines of friendship they have becoming blurred.
Although they got of to a rocky start with Tate tasering Lincoln and shooting him, they can’t deny what they have.
When Tate finally thinks that she can’t be any happier her world comes crashing down when she finds out Lincoln has been watching her, Lincoln knew the day would come and can only hope that Tate will listen to him, he can’t lose the woman he loves, the club offers her protection with everything going on and everyone is telling her that Lincoln meant well, and he loves her, but Tate doesn’t know if she can forgive him.
