Wonderful interwoven characters & plot.
There’s no better feel-good read for a winter’s (or late spring’s) night than something by Maeve Binchey. I have loved this book for years!
I always enjoy Binchy’s books. This one was very involved.
Maeve Binchy is one of my favorite authors. Great stories with wonderful characters. I’m always sad the book has to end.
I read all of Maeve Binchy’s books. She was a wonderful writer and her stories about her native country (mostly) encouraged me to visit Ireland.
It was just the way she said it was…
Not as good as what I always expect of Maeve Binchey books, but still great quality writing and tender story.
Maeve Binchy creates characters that are believeable. Her books are always heart-warming yet realistic. She has been a favorite of mine for many years.
I love all her books!
I love Maevy Binchy!
Need to keep a record of the cast of characters. Found myself sometime having to go back to prior chapters to recall a character. Have read two books since Evening Class but remember liked the ending.
Interesting mix of characters. Believable storyline. Great read!
it was okay, but the ending seemed to go off in an entirely different direction and I felt that I was reading or starting a new book.
Nice mashup of characters from other books!
I always feel so cozy and homey reading a Maeve Binchy novel. Well written, great characters and always a different plot.
Mave Binchey costs me a lot of sleep! You can’t go wrong with any of her writing
I pretty much love anything by this author
Need to read the first book before this one!!
Classic Binchy. Plan to stay up all night reading as you won’t be able to put it down!
I’ve read two of Binchy’s novels recently, and the second time, I realized it was the same, just with different settings and new characters. A woman exiles herself out of love, comes back and is rejected by her bigoted family, works hard to build herself a new life around an altruistic project (a guest house in one, an evening class in the other). …
Wonderful book with lots of twists and turns. I love how the characters are introduced and woven into the other characters.
