A spell that defies all rules could cost Lane and Henry their lives and change the course of history. Hidden away from the world and the Enchanted for years, Lane Aldwin is finally permitted to take her seat on the Council of Seven, replacing her grandmother: Miriam. Although Lane was born to a long line of powerful witches, she feels she is not the right witch for the job—especially when her … job—especially when her mother’s ulterior motives lurk behind Lane’s every thought.
Matters only get more complicated when Miriam’s love spell manifests upon Lane and the Vampire Regent, Henry Brandis. Henry is sure he has found his mate, even if Lane is as uncertain about their relationship as she is about everything else.
Unfortunately for them, happiness cannot be achieved so easily—not with the delusional Julia Aldwin and other players challenging them with plots that would not only endanger Henry and Lane’s love, but their lives as well.
If you love vampire romances, bad boys, shifters, witches, and alphas who know how to take charge, then you will love Eternal Vampire in the Council of Seven paranormal romance series.
Content Warning: Explicit love scenes and lots of sexy shifters. Intended for 18+ audiences.

This was as I imagined it would be. Spectacular, well written and I clung to each character. I wanted to keep reading honestly. Having read several similar topic books and watched TV series’s, this is something I loved reading! If more was going to be apart of this I would consider reading indefinitely! I appreciated the details and moments this had in it. Thank you!

A bit of a shorter book, than I’ve read in a while. It was what I was looking for though good book, to enjoy that didn’t consume to much time. I enjoyed it, liking the characters and story. The main characters connections was very fast, along with their physical intimacy. However that seems to be the norm, in most supernatural true mate situations.
I thought the girl that read the book, was good until it came to the main male characters voice. He was a tall good looking vampire and she made him sound like a little weasel. It was an annoying voice.
At 5 yrs old Lane has been before the Paranormal Council several times. She was home schooled by a bitter witch (her mother) looking for payback. As she takes her grandmother’s place on the council, Henry, a vampire council member, is there to help her. I felt so sorry for Lane, not knowing anything about life or even her address. Thank goodness for Henry. Yes, I will be visiting The Council of Seven again later.
The storyline for Eternal Vampire is good. The dialogue could be improved. The narrator for the audio book is horrible. I think this story would be much more enjoyable read instead of this audio version. The storyline is interesting enough for me to continue with the series.
The council protects Immortals and the seven members are Landon the Alpha Lycan, Raven the 5th Generation pure blood demon, Laurel a fighting Fairy, Alec the Dragon Prince, Theo the Alpha Werebear, Henry the Vampire Regent and finally a powerful Aldwin with. Miriam Alden has just passed away and she claims her successor to be her granddaughter Lane Aldwin. Lane has been sequestered all her life by her witch mother Julia and she hates the council. After the council meets Lane then Henry realizes she’s his mate. The story picks up from there with sex, kidnapping, murder and more.

I loved how Lane grew as s person. She joins the Council if Seven and meets Henry, a vampire lawyer. I like their romance, and how they face those who wish to destroy the council and them

A nice start to the Council of Seven
Lane, a sheltered witch, meets Henry, a vampire lawyer, on the night she is inducted to the Council of Seven. As the story progresses Lane fights to find herself, danger arrives from unexpected corners and conspiracies come to light. This was a nice book about being true to yourself and fighting for what is right. I am eagerly looking forward to more stories from this series, including the matches already existing.

I was totally glued to my kindle from the turn of the very first page! This book had suspense, twists and turns, all in a well written storyline with characters that were so well detailed that I couldn’t put this book down until the very last page was read! I look forward to reading more from this author!
Henry Brandis is the Vampire Regent that sits on the Council of Seven. Lane Aldwin is a young witch who;s been kept in seclusion by her mother for 20 years. On the day of her induction Henry and Lane meet and their is an instant electricity between them as well as their ability to read each other;s mind. Julia;s mother has been preparing her daughter to help her take down the council for many preconceived notions. The draw between Lane and Henry is making it difficult for Lane to focus on what her mother wants and the fact that she hasn’t seen what her mother keeps implying doesn;t help her but because she;s been more or less a captive to her mother for many years the leash will be harder to take off. Intrigue, guilt and danger combine into one bit adventure for a young woman who is learning about life and love.
Fantastic story!!!,

A good book.
A REALLY good book.
Lane and Henry were meant for eachother(stating the obvious).
Their stories and the story of the Council left me far more than intrigued.
I am impatient to see who will fall next and how it will change things.
I would highly recommend.

I received this book for free to Give My True & Honest Review.
Here we have a selection of various Immortals & witches. The 2 main characters her is the Vampire Regent Henry & Lane Aldwin the witch who’s not been seen by anyone in 20 yrs as her mother Julia thought she was protecting her, though I don’t know why she didn’t listen to her own mother Miriam who was on the Council.
But no-one sees her until she has to take over Miriam’s seat as an Aldwin has to have a seat as it was their ancestor who put them together. It was from that first touch that both the very experience Henry or the very naive Lane who hasn’t SET foot out side the cottage she’s been practically locked up in, feel the electricity that passes between the 2 of them from the set go & Henry knows he can’t allow Lane to be kept away from him except on the nights of the meets. So come & see how they connect & what journey Lane goes through
Hidden away since she was five, Lane is set to take over the vacant witch representative seat on the Council of Seven when she meets her destined mate, the Vampire Regent Henry. Lane and Henry fall for each other in spite of the threats of death if their forbidden relationship is discovered by the council. A very intriguing storyline. I enjoyed reading this book and I am looking forward to the next installment.

The story revolves around Henry Brandis, the vampire representative for the council of seven, and Lane Aldwin, the newly appointed witch representative. The Council of seven is there to enforce the laws of the immortals, although witches aren’t immortal, they still have their place on the council even if not everyone agrees on this. Lane has been kept away from everything since an incident of dangerous use of magic as a child. Lane’s mother thought she was protecting her daughter, but it may just be the opposite now that Lane has taken over the council seat from her deceased Grandmother. I loved the outcome of the story and the love that didn’t seem to have a chance of a happy ending. I am looking forward to the next books in this new series.

Hidden away most of her life by a paranoid mother, who is plotting revenge on the Council of 7, the governing body of the paranormal world, Lane is totally unprepared to take her seat at the council after her grandmother dies.
Help comes unexpectedly from another member of the council, who turns out to be her mate and together they fight against a group of people who want to topple the council to get the power for themselves.
A well-written story with a nice blend of romance and adventure and a touch of psychology.

This is a very enjoyable start to this series. The storyline is interesting and suspenseful. I really liked Lane and Henry. These fated mates had great chemistry but their path to a HEA was far from easy sailing. The book offers quite a bit of drama, twists and emotional turmoil.
