The darkest taste of temptation…Fleeing from a blood oath made against her will to a man known in the seven realms as the tyrant king, the last place Princess Saieke Shyokara, expected to be trapped was in the Darkage, the land of the feared shadowed demons. Even worse, she’s stuck with Archduke Drac EL Kyn, a Darkan–a creature of darkness and sensuality, who entices her with passion, … entices her with passion, intrigue, and danger. The only thing she needs from the fierce warrior is his body to further her own plot…certainly not the dangerously irresistibly desire he rouses.
As one of the deadliest shadow assassins of his realm, Drac must use his skills to unearth the factions who murdered his king. Drawn by an irresistible hunger to the princess, he struggles to maintain distance from a woman who is utterly forbidden to those of his race. Yet, as she navigates the treacherous schemes and traps laid for her by the kingdoms of the seven realms, Drac must decide if he will claim Saieke as his mate, or will he relinquish this woman, who stirs in him the darkest hunger he’s ever known, to avoid embroiling his kingdom in war…

What a book and what a wonderful writer! This is a paranormal series that will stick with you long after you put it down! Eternal Darkness Stacy Reid
TOTALLY awesome !!!! I LOVED the new world the author designed–very intriguing. There was not a dull moment!!!!
Eternal Darkness is book one in Stacy Reid’s The Amagarians series. Stacy Reid is a new to me author and I can say I am now a fan.
The story focuses on Princess Saieke El Shyokara, the sole heir of Boreas, the Kingdom of Winds and Mountains. Boreas is located in the middle of all the kingdoms and is the most likely one to be attacked due to being in possession of the Healing Elixir fountain that can heal all wounds, injuries and sickness. In hopes of making an allegiance with the Nuria Kingdom, the King and Queen on Boreas make a blood-oath for Saieke to marry King Ajali. Not wanting to marry Ajali, Saieke will do anything to break the oath, to do so she must take a consort. Having thought she had 12 weeks left and not till morning, Saieke decides to flee to Earth to get out of the marriage as she doesn’t. It want Ajali the tyrant to have access to the elixir or her kingdom. But when she is attacked on the border of the Darkage, Saieke has no choice but to take a chance and hide with the Darkans, who are the most vicious and cruel kingdom, and rumoured to be hosts to demons. When she runs into Drac El Ryn she asks for sanctuary in exchange for several bottles of the Elixir.
Saieke has the ability to control water and wind and feel other people’s Chakra. This is such a new and unique concept that I just loved. Saieke is such a strong and passionate character, she is willing to give up her happiness and wellbeing for what is best for her kingdom and people of Boreas.
Drac swooned me the first time he was introduced, he is a strong, alpha male that is trying to fight what he feels as he try’s to put his kingdom and King Doran first. He full of mystery, he does have a dark, cruel and nasty side (he’s beast) but he is also very sweet, sexy, intriguing and loveable.
This book had me hooked from the get go, I was so engrossed to the story and characters, I couldn’t put the book done as I didn’t want to miss out on what was going to happen next. This book is told in multiple POV with strong main characters as well as secondary characters that I can’t wait to watch and grow.
I really liked this intense and compelling read. This book offers readers a complex storyline set in a engaging world. Plenty of action, danger and emotional turmoil add an edge of your seat excitement to the book. Add in sizzling chemistry, a forbidden attraction and passionate scenes and you have a thoroughly enjoyable book and enticing start to this series. I loved that Saieke was fighting to have a say in her future and found true love along the way. Drac was everything you’d want in a hero and I must admit my heart melted with his determination to have his soulmate regardless of the rules in place. I’m very excited for further books in this series. I am posting a totally voluntary and completely honest review.

This is a not my normal reading material but I love the author’s other books so I was definitely up for reading it. I must say I wasn’t disappointed, a well written captivating read that had me on the edge of my seat & I couldn’t put it down. The characters were so well drawn & well fleshed that I was lost in Drac & Saieke’s attraction. The pace of the book left me breathless at times. I’d definitely recommend this book & I’ll certainly be reading the rest of the series
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read
Eternal Darkness by Stacy Reid is book One in The Amagarians Series. This is the story of Saieke Shyokara and Drac EL Kyn.
Saieke’s parents have promised her to the King of Nuria to strengthening their country. But Saieke knows how evil he is and escapes and heads to Earth. But she is stopped by assassins who she attempts to fight off. Drac sees the fight since they are by his realm in Darkage. There is something about Saieke that draws him in. Drac breaks up the fight but Saieke attempts to make him a deal to allow her access into his realm.
Drac is a strong alpha male who is very serious and dark. Saieke is a strong women who is smart but yet funny.
This is such a great start to a really good series.
A very dark, sexy, and provocative paranromal romance. Or is it fantasy? Well, it is a great blend of the two, and the hero is such a yummy bad ass. I loved Drac and how dark and lethal he was, but so sweet and caring with his mate. I really enjoyed this book and I will be following this series.
I will be reading all of this series! Could not put it down!
Read it!
A step up from other books by this author. More mature and interesting.
it started slowly with stilted over elaborate writing style from the author, but after you get into it, the story and characters developed well. I wanted to quit but then when the ball starting rolling, I hung in there and was happy I did. Enjoyed it.
