I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Book two of the Ceorfan Gargoyle Series a well-written story that kept me on the edge of my seat. This book has a roller-coaster of emotions and you are going to feel everyone of them. I do recommend reading this after Craved so that you understand this one.
In this book Kendra and her consorts are learning to communicate and to trust in each other fully, while fighting crime and the horde. In addition to that Kendra needs to understand her additional powers since she received her etching from her grandmother.
An interesting book with a diversity of threats to other people, linking the Ceorfan and Kendra more with the world of humans, making unexpected allies.
As the first book this is well-written and a wonderful blend of adventure, mystery, fantasy and romance on the way to become a really epic story.

If you want to read yourself into a world ,that men are sexy and strong. Women are not weak, where love is devoted and fierce. Where your heart will be squeezed one moment and bloom the next. This is your book. The Authors are masters at building a world that you would never want to leave. The characters, well you will fall in love with them. I highly recommend this book.

This book oh my goodness this book was fantastic!
I really tried to savor this book by reading it slowly but unfortunately it wouldn’t let me since it sucked me in before I even got to the second chapter and it would not let me go until the very end of the story.
The authors of this book definitely know how to weave amazing stories together!
They do it so well that I actually jump to read any of their work because they are just that good.
Anyway yes I most definitely do recommend this book to anyone who’s searching for a fantastic story to climb into and get completely lost within its pages.
But fair warning if you haven’t read the first book then I highly suggest that you do that way you’ll know who’s who and what’s what.
Talk about an amazing book. I loved the fact that this book was longer than the first. Lots more action, romance, humor and suspense. What is there not too love about this book. I’m so very happy and glad I got too read another wonderful book by these two awesome authors. Keep up the great writing you two
Again, this cover is gorgeous! These books are incredibly long, but keep you entertained and trying to guess what will happen next, from start to finish. Miki and Garrett Ward kicked the heat level up from a medium burn to hot and saucy. They did a great job with detail, and world building and the characters are all distinctive and easy to relate to. The writing style to me felt as if it didn’t really flow naturally, it felt as if it were very stilted. If that makes sense. But overall, this story is very enjoyable and I look forward to reading more.
