A male escort. His virgin client. What happens when one night isn’t enough?
“Escort is stunningly sexy and staggeringly heartfelt-gorgeously written and saturated with pure, unadulterated desire.” – Sierra Simone, USA Today bestselling authorI’m an escort, which means this date is nothing more than a mutually enjoyable transaction. There shouldn’t be any surprises, not for one as jaded as me, … any surprises, not for one as jaded as me, but when I walk into the penthouse suite of L’Etoile, everything changes.
1) For one thing, Bea is heartstoppingly gorgeous. Pale green eyes and endless freckles. Curves I want to spend all night exploring, as if her body was made for me.
2) Her innocence makes me want to use my entire inventory of bedroom tricks on her and then invent a few more.
3) Except that… she’s a virgin.
I can initiate her into the world of desire without letting her get attached, can’t I? A few hours of tutoring, and at the end of the night a small fortune will be deposited into my bank account.
But once I realize one night with her won’t be enough, I’m the one who’s screwed.

“Hypnotically romantic…this book reads like a sensual dream and I didn’t want to wake up.” – Tessa Bailey, New York Times bestselling author

4.5 stars for me
This story felt like a very different read to the recent releases from Skye Warren. Not as dark or edgy as her usual books but I loved it just the same. Hugo is every woman’s fantasy and Bea is the beautiful, broken virgin he never expected. I genuinely adored these two characters and couldn’t turn the pages quickly enough. Told from his POV it’s a really easy read with the right amount of heat and emotions to hook you right in. Definitely recommend.
This stunning love story was powerfully raw, emotional, incredibly sexy, and romantic.
Hugo is a broken and complex man who is incredibly sexy, and fiercely protective. Bea is sweet, genuine, generous, resilient. They are both haunted by their pasts. From the moment they meet they are inexplicably drawn to one another; bound by something stronger than they understand. They share an intense connection on a soul-deep level that can’t be ignored no matter how hard they try to resist. The chemistry between them is undeniable and electric. The storyline and characters are very well-written and relatable. The twists and turns were a rollercoaster ride of emotions. What they go through to be together, the sacrifices they make and how they fight for one another was breathtaking. I didn’t want their story to end. I recommend reading this book.
Cliché romances are always guarantees of good readings. The formula: defenseless girl saved by an enchanted prince still works, even if everyone already knows how this story will end. There is something magnetic in this type of narrative, this kind of innocent and mushy romance awakens the sensitive side of the reader. Escort uses this formula, but adds a tone of actuality to the plot. .
A reclusive princess, rich, naive and agoraphobic, trapped on the penthouse of a luxury hotel. An unorthodox prince, full of secrets and working as a male escort. Two people from different worlds. Two opposite sides of the coin. Customer and service provider. An unlikely friendship arises, as well as a feeling of protection, until this unconventional relationship ends up becoming something more. The same formula, but with an extra pinch.
Escort is a good book. I embarked on the story of Bea and Hugo without prejudice and without expectations. And I was surprised. The characters are well written, a bit stereotyped, but nothing to compromise, the situation as they know each other is rather unusual, there is a past, a reason for them to be like this, reclusive and mysterious. The feelings between them happens immediately, in a short time they are in love, but it is a romance after all, so as already said, these cliches are expected.
The whole plot involving the antagonist, Bea’s tutor, could have been more explored. He was presented as a great mystery, a great villain, but the conclusion and his disappearance of scene were very fast. The death of their parents would be more interesting if it had some connection with him. This part of the suspense in the plot could have been better worked on.
But the key point of the book really is the romance between Bea and Hugo. Everything else is in the background. It was a good read, had a lot of fun, I cheered for the characters and the story kept me curious. Who said cliches are bad?
Wonderful story line filled with heart breaking and true love! Who would have imagined a paid male hooker to fall for one of his clients and cut the cords with his pimp?
Skye Warren’s writing takes you outside yourself and you meet and experience the lives of Bea and Hugo. She leaves you happy and optimistic for 2 lovers who are traveling an exciting and difficult journey to happiness.
Love all of sky Warren’s books!!
This is a reverse Pretty Woman story. A little crude in places but still a good story. It is a short book so it is a easy read.
Bea is an interesting character, and I loved her quirks. Hugo also had something of a past that drives his choices, but he didn’t use his opportunity like I thought he would. This story had an intriguing setting!
You feel the connection between Hugo and Bea instantly. The author did a wonderful job with the dialogue and building the chemistry between them. I really enjoyed this fast paced book.
Interesting modern day fairy tale with a lot of hot steamy sex.
Great easy read!!
Originally from Tangier, Hugo Bellmont is an escort in Tanglewood. Hearing him described, you would see bronzed skin, black hair, a sultry accent and exclusive to Saturday nights and the elite only. His appointment that begins this story is with a young woman named Bea. Fair skin covered in pale freckles, moss green eyes, copper hair and soft spoken. Nothing is as it seems. Hugo has an ulterior motive for wanting to get into the penthouse of the L’Etoile hotel. Bea is the beautiful virgin who lives there. What would your reaction be to watching this beautiful woman climax for the first time by your hand and then burst into tears? This will be the catapult which brings this story to life.
Sky Warren has taken a believable set of circumstances with characters so full of personality and wrapped them in a tale that will keep you captivated throughout the entire story. The heartfelt emotions each of these characters portray will have your own emotions brought to the surface. An HEA truly worth waiting for.
I don’t wanna day to much because I don’t wanna give to much of my opinion. But….
The overall concept of the story was good. Escort, virgin. Poor little rich girl.
But there were parts that were confusing to me and I got lost a few time.
Great book!
I like this book I would recommend it to anyone. It has compassion love sad about her parents. You will enjoy it
Could not get into reading this book. Not for me only read one chapter and had to find a new book.
I love Skye Warrens writing style and twisted ideas and story telling… I instantly fell in love with Hugo, a male prostitute. He was charming personified. I also loved that this was set in Tanglewood and we had guest appearances from Damon Scott… It can never be good where this character is concerned.
I can’t make my mind up about Bea… She was a virgin living in a penthouse with her guardian following the murder of her parents. Hiring Hugo to take her virginity… They instantly felt an attraction to each other. This element didn’t sit well with me… It was too convenient… Too neat. It is here I felt the plot was underdeveloped and a bit more could’ve been made of Hugo’s background, of the death of her parents, of her guardian… all of it. The story was good, addictive but it felt like Skye had given us a skeleton of a story and it was lacking the flesh.
Told completely from Hugo’s POV the book is a quick read, hot, charming and witty. The dynamic between Bea and Hugo kept me turning the pages.
This is the first book that I have read by this author and I really enjoyed it. It made me want to read more of her books.
I really liked this book because it was a sweet story and the characters you grow to love. In the beginning the Escort is a bit of a ego freak but with time he comes to be more human and loving. I liked the way it was written and how the author looked into both characters minds and we understood how a young woman could be the way she was. I would recommend this book very much and I did to my sister.
I loved this story and the authors writing style! My favorite is usually dual POV but I loved reading from a male perspective also. It was a short fun read for me with all the feels! I’m definitely looking forward to reading more from this author!
