Aurora makes him want to break every rule he’s ever made. She threatens to steal his control. A one night stand with CEO bad boy and all round “manwhore” Landon Peters will change Aurora’s life, if she’ll take a risk and break some rules. She’s under his skin, in his mind and pushing her way into his heart. She sees more than he wants her to.Landon doesn’t do vulnerable. He doesn’t do weak. And … He doesn’t do weak. And that’s exactly what she makes him. She’s got him completely at her mercy.
Landon’s world is unravelling fast and with control out of his reach, he might just push to enforce his rules in a desperate attempt to reclaim the control he craves. He told Aurora he would help her break her rules but he hadn’t planned on it being at the expense of his own.
But will his need for control prove too much for Aurora, a young woman trying to break free.
Can this British bad boy and pretty English socialite balance their need for control or will their relationship fail before it even really begins?
Enforced Rules is the second book in a four book complete Billionaire Romance Series from USA Today Bestselling Author, Hanleigh Bradley.

For the Audio:
I enjoyed the book and hearing the audio was just as enjoyable. Enforced Rules is a good book and if you don’t want to read it audio is the next best thing. I highly recommend this book!
Surprises in Store
Landon continues breaking his rules after weeks of no-one in his bed, save Aurora. It’s fun to watch the play boy continue to fall down the rabbit hole and into love.
I loved how Rory and Allie managed to get their parents to have a spirited night with them. And Landon surprised me with his actions afterwards.
All-in-all, it was a very likable book. It does move a little show at times because the POV for both characters is often relived for each of them, creating a large amount of overlap. But that’s honestly not bad. In fact, once I started, I didn’t stop.
I listened to the audio book with Stacy Hill on vocals. She’s pleasant to listen to.
Story: 4 stars
Narration: 3 stars
This is the second instalment of broken rules and all I can say is I was not disappointed. This story just keeps getting better and at one point I was up late as I didn’t want to put it down and needed to know if things would get better. The story between Landon and Aurora just keeps getting better and I can’t wait to read the next instalment.
I loved the continuation of Aurora and Landon’s story. It was filled with steam, family, and heartbreak. We learn more about both of their families and they’re definitely just as broken as the rules they’re breaking for one another.
Control is big for Landon and he can’t handle not having it. Aurora starts to grow and stand up for herself and others in this book and I like that her character is developing. Aileen, Aurora’s sister, had a falling out with her family and honestly it’s for a good reason. My heart was broken for her on so many levels of what she had to go through and is still struggling with because of it. I know this isn’t her story, but she was my favorite character and hope she gets her own in the future. I loved seeing the sisters reconnect and still have a fierce devotion to each other after not talking for years.
Hanleigh has definitely proven herself to be able to write every emotion and make you feel it with this book. I loved that even though this is Aurora and Landon’s story family plays a huge role and it isn’t just steamy scenes. I honestly can’t wait to see how Aurora and Landon’s story ends.
Stacy did a great job with this narration. Aurora and the female voices were done very well and the male voices didn’t seem as gravely or forced this time. Her voice made you feel the steam, heartbreak, and everything in between.
*I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
I really love this book and audiobook, they are fantastic! The Narrator for the audiobook is amazing. I cannot get enough of this series. I am in love with the unique storyline and the characters. I can’t wait for the next book!
Landon Peters Is a brilliant, complex CEO playboy who has strict rules for himself. He needs to have a fair amount of control over nearly everything in his life. As much as he enjoys taking a woman out, it doesn’t include taking her home or, ever, to his own bed. When he met Aurora Stone, 48 hours ago, his entire world tipped upside down. Now he wants nothing more than to take her to his home and wake up next to her. In just a matter of hours, as he breaks more and more rules, he can’t find it in himself to be in the least bit upset. For the first time, he doesn’t want to let Aurora go home and he actually “allows” her to stay. Aurora is a product of rules, herself, with a mother who runs a household with a set of rules that are not to be broken. Aurora hadn’t broken any rules of consequence until Landon came along and volunteered to help break as many as she wanted. Since he met her just two days ago, everything he believes in has flown out the window and the only thing he wants to do is keep her by his side. She offers him a sense of comfort and he finds himself telling her too much about him and divulging his secrets. The family troubles from the first book still exist and the angst affects their life together. When Landon starts to feel overwhelmed and his painful memories invade his mind, he turns her away without so much as a word of explanation. Aurora, with help from her sister, makes him see what he’s missing if he no longer wants her around. I got a little perturbed with Landon because he too often treated her coldly and without much emotion. He kept his sorrow about his sister’s death inside and, even when Aurora asked if she could help, he shut her out. At heart, they are a special couple and nothing is going to keep them apart for long. Ready for the next step in their relationship, Landon asks Aurora to move in with him. To be continued…..
The narration is nicely done by Stacy Hill. There are times when her voice sounds a little bit sing song, but the characters are voiced well and their personalities shine through.
Enforces Rules by Hanleigh Bradley is the second story in the London series.
This is a terrific read, well written and likeable characters. Aurora and Landons relationship encounters some problems just as it seems to be beginning. Can they both overcome the obstacles and their personal rules?
Enjoyed the story!!
Lots of drama and suspense in this one. Hot and romantic with everything you’d want in a book. Ends on one of the best lines ever with a great HEA.
This is book 2 in the series…the good girl and the playboy. Landon doesn’t play by the rules and he doesn’t let women get to him, but somehow, that’s what’s happening with Aurora. Broken rules and lots of steam will leave you yearning for book 3!!!
Landon and Aurora haven’t known each other long, but the connection is a strong one. Despite their attraction, family issues and insecurities threaten to tear them apart. He helped her break her rules, she unwittingly does the same for him, and it’s terrifying. This is a sweet, sexy, and even at times frustrating love story, and it feels more real as a result. They don’t communicate well, but they’ve only known each other for such a short time, so that really makes sense that they would hesitate in opening up fully to each other. It’s interesting, the way the POV is set up in the book – we get a scenario from one of their perspectives, and then it back tracks, and we get the same (roughly) scenario from the other’s perspective. It makes for a more rounded view of where everyone’s head is at, although there are a couple areas where we don’t get that overlap, and it would probably have been helpful (like after Landon’s family dinner). It just take a minute to get used to the slight time hops at first, but overall it works pretty well. The conflict here isn’t earth shattering, really, but it’s moving and the emotions can get raw, and that is conveyed pretty well, I think. Overall, an enjoyable romance and I look forward to the next book.
I received this audiobook free in exchange for my fair and honest review.
Title: Enforced Rules
Author: Hanleigh Bradley
Format: Audio
Narrator: Stacy Hill
Genre: Romance
Standalone: No
Part of a Series: Book 2 of The Rules Series
POV: Landon and Aurora
Steam Level: Hot
5/5
I like this book better than the first one. Just like the first book, Enforced Rules is not a standalone. However, unlike traditional cliffhangers, Enforced Rules ends on a transition point, rather than a point of peril where you have to read the next book right now. While I like this type of cliffhanger better I still think that, given the size of these two books, this could have easily been one longer book. But, I digress, I enjoyed Enforced Rules more than Broken Rules. There was less (although still a few) scenes that went backward in time when the POV switched. It seemed like these were better integrated in the story and used as a way to tell you some vital (?) information. I enjoyed meeting Aurora and Landon’s siblings in this story. I look forward to reading the final installment of Landon and Aurora’s story in the future.
I received this audiobook for free. This is my honest and voluntary review.
Enforced Rules by Hanleigh Bradley is a contemporary billionaire romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Stacy Hill.
Hanleigh does an amazing job pulling you into the story. I love that you get both Landon and Aurora’s points of views throughout the book. The story does end on a cliffhanger but that was no surprise since it’s the second book in a four book series. I cannot wait for the third book Revised Rules to be released on audible.
Stacy did a great job on the narration. I loved that she used different tones/voice for each character.
I would recommend this book to anyone who loves Contemporary Romance, Billionaire Romance, or steamy Romances.

Warning: I did not read book 1 yet but plan to go back and read it and reread Enforced Rules and read book 3.
It started a tad slow and of course I was a little confused but was able to continue and catch up. I enjoyed the storyline and found it unique and kept my interest. Landon right from the start seems like a douche and I had a hard time connecting through about half of the book with him. I enjoyed Aurora and how she pushed past all of his rules.
I was able to listen to the audio book and at times I found the narrator a little boring but the story was able to hold me interested.
I will be going and reading book 1 to catch up and book 3 to find out what happens and book 4 to see if they get their HEA.
This is book 2 of 3, I believe, but it is the first one I’ve read or listened to.
I put this on while I was working today, and found myself paying attention to the story more than my work at times.
Despite this being the second book, Aurora & Landon are easy to get into. I suspect there may be some details that might be clarified by reading the first book, but I guess that just means more reason for me to seek it out now.
Enjoyed the back and forth POV giving both characters views at times of the same interaction. Definitely steamy, steamy, steamy. Landon is obviously drawn to Aurora despite not wanting something serious and those issues are what they are working out. And he definitely wants her. And he moves fast.
While the narrator was good, I do think the audio would be even better with a narrator performing with British accents since the book is set in the UK. And also uses British slang or phrases. This sounds odd with an American accent.
Also, this book would definitely have benefited from duet narration because while the narrator sounds perfect for the heroine or other female characters, the hero doesn’t quite have the correct timber when read by a female narrator. He needs that deep, growly male voice. That being said, the narrator is still pleasant to listen to.
All in all, I enjoyed this immensely and definitely want to read book 1 now and am definitely interested in going onto book 3.
What a amazing read that was a whole lot of intense reading. After finishing the first book I was excited to start the second book. This book starts off were the first book left off.
3.5 stars
Enforced Rules picks up where Broken Rules left off, but it didn’t go quite as I expected. Landon and Aurora had an intense attraction in the first book, and it had the feel of two people who could certainly fall in love. The intensity is still there in this one, and it’s almost palpable, but I’m not sure that I’m all in on the love thing. They’re moving really fast, especially for Landon to have been so hesitant. It almost has the feel of an obsession with him. Nevertheless, there’s no denying the chemistry this pair has, and they are an easy couple to root for. The writing is good, but the story does get overly repetitive. Chapters alternate back and forth between Aurora and Landon, which isn’t a problem, but the beginning of each chapter is basically a repeat of the last one. It’s nice to get both viewpoints of the things happening in the story, but I’m not a fan of the almost verbatim recaps. In the end, I do still like these characters, and with another open-ended conclusion, I’ll be interested to see where they go from here.
This is book two in The Rules Series and pick up right where book 1 (Broken Rules) left off.
They realize what may have started as a one night stand so Aurora could break all the rules is becoming so much more. Landon’s rules have been thrown out to and now feelings are involved. Their whirlwind romance continues at break neck speed, but they don’t care as long as they are happy and together.
I can’t wait to read book three(Revised Rules).
I received this ARC directly from the author. My review is voluntary.
**spoilers**
This is part two of four. (It could honestly just be written as 1 book) I give it a solid 3 1/2 stars. Mostly because it is written from both main characters pov. I am not a fan of this style as you feel you are constantly going back 2 steps and moving forward one.
Aurora and Landon, both from well to do families. Both have rules they follow for life. Aurora is the good girl with a list of don’ts. Landon does his best to break any rule. When they get together, Aurora wants to stop following the rules and let go while Landon wants to break his rules and be more “responsible”.
Secondary characters are interesting.
What a fantastic book. The author did a wonderful job bringing the characters to life. I highly recommend this book. Five stars from me!!!
Aurora and Landon’s story continues in a story of conflict, steam, passion and secrets. This is a great continuation of their story. I found myself not able to put this book down. I am voluntarily leaving an unbiased, honest review.
