He’s cocky. And full of himself. And sexy as hell! She’s helpless. And hopeless. And constantly on his mind.
When Lilah bets her brothers she can survive on her own in the real world, she doesn’t see the harm. She’s Lilah Moore—she can do anything. Right?
Wrong.
Turns out the real world is real hard and Lilah isn’t skilled at much. Enter Cole Bennett, her sexy as sin next-door neighbor. Every … Enter Cole Bennett, her sexy as sin next-door neighbor. Every time Lilah has a problem, there he is, solution in hand.
Their chemistry is undeniable—even if neither of them is willing to admit it. The one problem Cole can’t solve? Lilah doesn’t do casual and he doesn’t do serious.
Growing up, he learned that love hurts and relationships are messy. His motto? Best to love ‘em and leave ‘em before anyone gets attached.
At least that was his motto until Lilah’s first day at the pool, all long legs and hot pink bikini. She’s the first woman to throw his sarcastic comments back at him. The first woman who doesn’t fall into (and right back out of) his bed.
The first woman to make him wonder about forever.
Except Lilah isn’t who she says she is, and Cole is anything but prepared for the truth.
Enemies-to-Bliss is a feel-good, enemies-to-lovers romance with a spoiled rich girl who makes a terrible waitress and a blue collar hero who’s terrible at opening up.

Lilah thinks life is a breeze, her life revolves around her and doesn’t think nor care about anyone’s feeling but her own, but after letting her mouth get away on her once last time and offending pretty much everyone a bet is made and now reality smacks her in the face! I will be honest there were times to begin with I really didn’t like Lilah and I loved that as she really did need to redeem herself to her family and her self. Cole is the perfect neighbor for Lilah as all he sees is a good looking chick he can hit on not some snobby rich girl but things change between them as they both see something different in each other. Cole’s life is very different and there is a lot of heartache and anger and you know as things change and grow with the two of them that reality is going to rear it’s head, but you hope that all laughs, vulnerability, attraction, connection and love will be enough to keep them together!!!!
Abby Brooks consistently delivers heart warming stories with characters you want to be your friends.
Enemies to Bliss is the last and BEST book of the Moore family series. Watching Lilah Moore change from stuck up, spoiled rich bitch into a loving down to earth woman was inspirational. Finally setting goals and finding out who she truly is.
Cole was an amazing support to Lilah. He helps her grow and change while she changes him too. Cole grows beyond the limitations he set for himself to find true happiness.
Beautiful setting. I sometimes forget the world building in novels like this but the town of Bliss and the area around it is simply gorgeous. Definitely a place I would settle and be content.
Great story. Great series. I most definitely recommend this series to anyone looking for a sweet, sexy small town romance with great bid feelings.
Lilah gets a dose of reality when her brothers make a bet with her that she can’t make it on her own without her parents’ money. In the process of proving her family wrong, she finds friendship, love and…herself. Great conclusion to the Moores series.
I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.
The final Moore Family book is finally here and it was everything I was waiting for! Lilah and Cole stole my heart in a way that none of the other brothers were able to.
From the very start, you are immersed in Lilah’s world where she is a SPOILED princess and when her brothers throw down the gauntlet, she has no choice but to accept. Little does she know, it’s not as easy as she thinks. But then she meets Cole and her world is flipped upside down.
Abby took this enemies to lovers book and absolutely nailed it! Lilah and Cole are complete and utter fire. Through all of it, you are falling in love with them and their stories.
Four stars for this fun enemies to lovers romance that leaves you wishing there were more Moore family books coming. I will definitely miss this family!
Lilah and Cole’s story was an excellent way to wrap up our time in Bliss! Lilah, the spoiled brat and only sister of the Moore family, makes a bet with her brothers that she can love completely on her own for 6 months without taking a dime from her parents. When her life begins to crumble, her broody and sexy next door neighbor, Cole, comes to the rescue. You will fall in love with how their relationship evolves. I loved this book and the Moore family!
I didn’t think I would like this book. I didn’t like Lilah in the other books in the series.
I started Enemies To Bliss and I still didn’t like her. In fact, I actively disliked her. I wasn’t sure I wanted to read it.
I am so glad I did! Watching Lilah grow from a spoiled, entitled, snot into a caring, loving, amazing young woman was wonderful!
Cole is the guy every woman deserves and every mom tries to raise.
I highly recommend this entire 4 book series!!
OMG! This series flew by! Lilah was by far the story that I was most excited to read about and it didn’t disappoint. See how things work out when you stretch yourself?
This was my favorite book of the series! I love the riches to rags spin on it! Enemies To Bliss was the fourth book in Abby’s Moore Family series (it was originally published as Break Away). It can be read as a stand-alone but don’t miss out on the Moore men!! It was an amazing, eye-opening, character building, sexy, and sweet read!!
Lilah never worked a day in her life, but when her brothers threw down a bet, she couldn’t say no. Surviving in a world she didn’t know existed may be more than she can handle. Could Lilah survive on her own or would she have to go crawling back?
Cole was the complete opposite, he grew up working to survive. He never allowed himself to get attached but for some reason, Lilah had him changing his rules. Would he allow her to see the real him?
Lilah may have had a bumpy start, but with the help of Cole, she quickly got the hang of it. But when her secret was revealed, would she loose all that she gained?
Ahh!! They were the sexiest couple!! I loved how they started out as enemies but quickly became friends who tried to deny their attraction to one another!! Such a great way to end a wonderful series!!
Great book! Great series! What a way to finish a series! Cole & Lilah were such a fun couple. I absolutely loved the way their friendship bloomed!
