You will LOVE this heartwarming story! With both Royal extravagance AND that small town, close-knit family feel that Kristen delivers so well, this Romance has EVERYTHING you could ever want!
Enchanting Sebastian by Kristen Proby is the first book in a spin-off series; however, this can be read as a standalone. I have read some of the previous books, but not all of them and truly enjoyed this book. Sebastian Wakefield’s life is about to change and not in a way he wants it too. As the son of a King, at thirty-five he must marry. So, what is a man to do? Escape of course!
He ends up in in America and there he meets Nina Wolfe. I loved Nina. She was smart, funny and ready to take on the world. Sebastian was charming, handsome and determined. I loved their banter and connection. What started as an arrangement quickly turned to more! A quick read with some of the best feels, great characters and a journey you will devour!

Happy reading!
Such a sweet royal romance.
4,5 stars
This is the first standalone in the Big Sky Royal Series, that is connected to the Love Under the Big Sky and the Big Sky series, all of them taking place in Cunningham Fall, Montana.
It’s the first time this author writes a royal romance and it was so great. I love her sweet and light writing, and now about the royal family, it was something out of a fairy tale.
Sebastian is running against time to find a wife that he himself chooses before his birthday, otherwise she will be chosen for him. Nina is not a romantic and doesn’t believe in marriage for love.
So when he proposes to her as a deal benefiting them both, she takes it and embraces the challenge.
And boy, what a challenge.
It’s not an easy trick joining the royal family, specially not being british, and more specially when feelings start to get bigger and complicates everything.
Enchanting Sebastian wasn’t a part of the plan. But neither was being enchanted by him.
I think she and her family and friends accepted way too easily the craziness of an arranged marriage with a prince, considering she didn’t even believe in marriage at all to begin with.
But the whole plot was sweet, funny and sexy, as you can expect from this author.
I totally enjoyed this story, and I can’t wait for the next ones in the series.
Oh my, a Kristen Proby romance with a prince, I am all in and she so delivered us a swoon worthy lead man.
Sebastian new in his heart of hearts he loved his country but he didn’t want the title of king. He didn’t want to be forced into a marriage he didn’t want. He needed a vacation and a plan. Where better to go than Cunningham Fall Montana? Loving the countryside and maybe just maybe finding a woman worth the rest of his life.
Nina has long decided that marriage and love were not in her cards. Life sometimes just works out that way, but when you have spend your entire life watching love fall apart and crush the people you care about it leaves a bitter taste. Sure she has friends who have found that true lasting love and she is happy for them but it’s just not for her.
The chemistry and fun easy connection between Nina and Sebastian is a perfect combination. If anyone can understand the tribulations of a famous person it is a PR woman who is used to planning for her famous actor brother, right. This just might a work for his plan. To their shock neither of them expected to find the feelings that came along with spending time together.
Could there be true love in the air after all? Check out this wonderful mix of English tradition and American beauty. You will be hoping for the Princess to get her story next, just like me.

Enchanting Sebastian is a modern day fairy tale with a twist. Desperate to break the centuries old traditions, Sebastian goes to great lengths to ensure he doesn’t become the future King of England.
Nina is everything Sebastian is looking for, beautiful, independent, and more importantly American.
What starts off as more of a friendly arrangement, gradually develops into something more, although the journey to get there is a pretty bumpy one.
If you’re looking for a light and easy read, with plenty of swoon-worthy moments, romance and royalty, then this the perfect book.
I was expecting there to be a little scandal at some point, and was a little disappointed when that never happened, but nevertheless I found this book a very enjoyable read.

I received a review copy before release for an honest review.
This was a fun fairy tale by the author. She mentions that this is her version of royalty and her fairy tale and so she takes us to England where we meet prince Sebastien who is has been groomed as the next king. However he does not want the crown and so he runs away to Montana and more specifically Big Sky where he meets Nina.
He is entranced by her and he proposes marriage, which will make him ineligible to be king and then his brother can be king instead. Nina is very opposed to love and agrees to marry him but she says she will never fall in love.
This was a fun story of Nina being groomed as the princes bride and watching her become a part of Sebastien’s life. It introduces Princess Ellie and the princes brother who the next books will be about.
There were some holes in the story, one being why Nina agrees to the whole things. She calls it a challenge and I felt she needed more motivation than a challenge to agree to marry a prince and all the headaches that come with it. I totally understood what Sebastien got but not her. That said I loved this story so much and it was sweet and romantic and so much fun that I cannot wait for more in this series.
Royalty is grand
This is a great read and I was not disappointed. Nina and Sebastian are so great and them having an agreement to get married to help Sebastian not have to get married to someone picked by his father. Seeing how their friendship moves to more and seeing them both being there for each other is wonderful. I could not put this book down and can’t wait for any other books in this series. Kristen Proby did a wonderful job with this story.
You know when you get so pulled into a book that you think about it when you’re say…at work? That was this book for me. I have always loved Kristen Proby’s writing style, but for me, some grab hold of me harder than others. This one held tight and wouldn’t let go.
The book falls in line with the Big Sky series, but can be read alone. It is the first of a Royal trilogy. It is brilliantly written, funny and engaging.
For those of you who are Proby fans (like myself), the main character Nina is the sister to Christian Wolfe, who is featured in the book Kissing Jenna. Nina reminds me a LOT of Samantha Williams in the With Me In Seattle series, but she isn’t a copy. She is definitely her own person. Excellent story with excellent characters.
True to its title, this was an enchanting & captivating story! Dashing bachelor Prince Sebastian must find a bride before his 35th birthday or have one chosen for him. His choice, the lovely Nina Wolfe, agrees to be his bride for the adventure, but definitely not for love. They barely know each other when they wed and half the fun is watching their arrangement turn into the real deal.
We get lots of quality time with favorite Cunningham Falls characters while paving the way for engaging new characters in the Royals series. Is it wrong I had a bigger crush on bodyguards Nick & Liam then I did for the prince? Oh well, these things happen & how can I help myself when Kristen Proby writes the swooniest alpha males. (I’ll be one sad reader if they both don’t get a book someday, just saying.) I was very excited with the couple the epilogue sets up for the next book and I’ll be over here impatiently waiting for the release of their story!
I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest!
This was a great book !
Sebastian is approaching his 35th birthday.
To escape the prospect of an arranged marriage, he escape to America.
( Cunningham Falls, Montana to be exact )
Nina just started her won business.
She does not have time for a scandal.
Sebastian has other ideas.
What will these 2 do when their affair hits the fan ?
It has all the ingredients that you need for a great book!
I can’t wait for the next book in this series.
Nina Wolfe is used to life next to the spotlight. As her brother, Christian’s publicist, she is used to steering the media and controlling the story. But since Christian has stepped back from the Hollywood spotlight, Nina finds herself in need of a project. Sebastian Wakefield, next in line for the British crown, is facing his 35th birthday, the deadline before a wife will be chosen for him. He isn’t keen on his bride being chosen for him, so heads to Montana to visit an old friend and get away from the pressure and expectations.
Nothing could be further from a smooth media story than the arrangement they strike, and when she winds up in his bed and with his ring on her finger, the media will be nothing compared to the storm from the Royal Family.
Nina wanted an adventure, and she sure found one. She thought she knew what she was in for when she agreed to Sebastian’s request, but the reality was more than she bargained for. Everyone loves a good civilian to royalty fantasy, but the reality that Nina found was more than her media savvy self could imagine.
This is classic Kristen Proby with a royal spin! I loved the connections between Big Sky and this new royal connection. Starting off in Montana made this royal storyline easy to connect to. The cameos from favorite Big Sky characters gave this couple a fun push in the beginning, and the royal circus that started as their news spread only added fire to an already enchanting plot.
I received this book for free from the author in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
First, I have to confess that I love the name Sebastian! Just by naming the main character like that the book hold me hostage. In addition to that Kristen Proby has excelled herself in this spinoff of the Big Sky series. Yes, all the characters in her prior Big Sky appear in this book (at least the newer ones). But, it is all about Royal in this series! Sebastian is the first one in line to become the King and has to marry before his 35th birthday. However, he does not want to be King! He wants for work for his country but not like that. In Montana he meets Nina, Christian Wolff’s sister and publicist. She is strong, beautiful and knows about being in public and hold together like no one else, she is perfect! Their meeting and wedding is all very fast but the connection is too strong to deny. Nina has trust issues and Sebastian is just the guy to hold and support her. The book is so lovely and quite different in the series. It is a fresh start and introduce us to new characters and a new storyline. I loved it and recommend it!
With his 35th birthday looming Sebastian Wakefield knows he better get to work finding a lady to take his last name or his parents will do the job for him… and he can’t let that happen. He doesn’t want to be the next in line for the thrown, nor be married to a woman he knows nothing about or has anything in common with. But if he doesn’t do something quick, it will be his future… whether he likes it or not!
Then a beautiful angel named Nina Wolfe comes crashing into his world, literally, and turns it upside down. The moment their bodies make a connection the sparks start zipping through them, and Sebastian instantly knows he’s found his girl. But now he has to figure out how to convince her to want to give up her secluded little world in Montana, and marry a perfect stranger who just so also happens to be a prince, with a very public life!
Ms. Proby has penned an emotionally rich story here that will grab your attention in a matter of a few sentences, and have you fully invested in the lives of her characters from the get-go. As soon as these two wandered onto the page they had me scooting to the edge of my seat and taking notice, cause it was evident magic was about to happen… and boy did it ever! They had an instant and undeniable chemistry, their banter was hilarious and lively, and their heated encounters were steamy and satisfying. I loved every minute of this blissful little fairy tale, it brought many smiles and swoons, and left me aching for more time in Big Sky Country with the royals! I cannot wait to see who graces the pages of the next installment, no matter the characters I am certain I will love what I find. Highly recommend you get your hands on this one, it words will squeeze your heart in all the right places, and leave you smiling!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.
Enchanting Sebastian is the first book in a spin-off series from author Kristin Proby. I haven’t read anything from this author previously, and I was easily able to dive into the story. However, it is very clear that the character development of many key players has happened in the parent series.
Sebastian Wakefield is a young prince with a problem. He is required to find a wife by his next birthday. To escape his parents efforts to arrange a marriage, he departs to the USA–Montana in particular. That’s right…not Manhattan, Los Angeles or Las Vegas, but Cunningham Falls, Montana. He has a friend there, so it is the perfect place to hide out and perhaps strike a deal for a fake marriage.
Nina is trying to be an entrepreneur but she can’t get any breaks. Her latest business venture failed because her alleged friends and business partners flaked out. In fact, people have been bailing on Nina her entire life and that has led to some serious baggage.
Between gigs, Nina jumps at the adventure Sebastian is offering. Little does she know that a sham marriage to a great guy with a loving family can lead to lasting love. While highly improbable, Ms. Proby’s latest book is a fun escape. The author admits to her obsession with the British Royal Family, and her love of all things royal is apparent in her latest book. This lightweight read is a sweet with spice contemporary romance. There is little angst and minimal tension as the story reaches its zenith. The culmination is nice but easily anticipated. The book ends with an epilogue that also acts as a segue to the next book in the series, so be prepared for further adventures from Princess Ellie!
big sky + royalty = tears and tissues
Take a marriage of convenience and having the characters falling in love can never go wrong. Add in the Kristen effect and it just turns out amazing. I can’t wait to keep following them in future books!!
What a great start to a new series by Kristen! You will fall in love with Sebastian! 5 royal stars for this one!
Meet Sebastian, heir to the throne, turning thirty five, and an arranged marriage is not what he has in mind! He decides he’s going to visit Montana again, and heads out, not even realizing his whole life is about to change!
Nina, running her pr business, after handling her brothers career for him, bumps into the royal Sebastian. She knows exactly who he is, and can’t believe how hot he is in person. When these two cross paths again, the fire is there, and they are very attracted to each other. When the Prince offers up a deal, can she pass this up?
Follow along with their relationship and fall in love with these two! This series has all the makings to be simply the best! I can’t wait for more!
I love the royal family, and everything to comes with it. The weddings. The jewels. The history. The pomp and circumstance. But until Enchanting Sebastian, this has been a subgenre that I have been hesitant to read.
Nina Wolfe is struggling with all of her free time, now that her brother’s life is settling down. Prince Sebastian is in Montana, dealing with the fact that he is going to be thirty-five soon and needs to marry. After a chance encounter, and the recognition that he and Nina have a ton of chemistry, he proposes marriage. From this, we get a wonderful story of love, family, hard decisions. And all things Cunningham Falls!
As usual, Kristen Proby had me enthralled right from the start. I loved Prince Sebastian’s and Nina’s love story!
This book was EVERYTHING I never knew I wanted! If anyone could nail a book about Royals and have it so perfectly meld with an existing series, it would be Kristen Proby. I was so completely invested in this book. It put a smile on my face from the beginning until the end. Classy writing, a little angst, and a beautiful HEA is exactly what this book entailed. I absolutely CANNOT wait to read the next in the series. I pray it won’t be too long!
A Super sweet take on instalove mixed with marriage of convenience, this book was a fast paced story, and an easy read. I really enjoyed all the characters and the relatively low angst storyline. Really love this series.
Got to luv a bit of Royalty.
This book was really good I’ve been looking forward to this book. I don’t read the blurb to this author I just know I’m goin to luv it and goin in not know much is alway great. All I needed to know was it had royalty and the Big Sky gang are in it so I knew it was goin to be good. This is the first book in the new series and it was great from start to finish I was hooked. There was drama all the way through so much happened you definitely won’t get bored. I was dying to know how things were goin to work out between Nina and Sebastian. They are from very different place but as people they have a few things in common. There attraction to each other was instant Sebastian took one look at Nina knew she was the woman he wanted and would do anything to get. There was a reason why he needed to work fast with Nina time was on his side and he didn’t want anyone else.
Nina isn’t your normal woman life as been crazy for her being the PA to your brother who is a famous Hollywood actor would make your life crazy but she luvd her brother and would do anything for him. Thinks had gotten less crazy now her brother was married and happy living in Montana where they lived. There was only the 2 of them there mother wasn’t the best mother in the world and wore Nina out with her demanding way. She was the only one how to had to deal with her. The history between her mum and brother was very frosty but she tried to keep calm and not lose her temper even though it was hard at times. So with all this craziness she never really made time for men and relationships luv was a thing she would let herself get into. That was until Prince Sebastian ask Nina out. Then after that it was where everything got crazy and Nina’s life went from being a normal girl to a princess.
This story was really good I did have a feeling I’ve read a book a bit like it but I still enjoyed it. Kristen Proby does amazing characters and this book was no different. Even though we got to see some new characters it was great to see the guys from the Big Sky series. That series is amazing and getting more of Nina is really good. Nina as a few different sides to her and some can be annoying but I get why she has them she is trying to protect herself. She hasn’t come from a luvin family her brother is the only person to not leave it let her down. So she really needed to work on her trust. Sebastian was a patient guy and he really needed to be at time. Nina can be hard work but whenever he did calm her he just made things work between them. Sebastian isn’t perfect well he is but he can be a bit of a nightmare at times to when his jealousy gets in the way. He isnt used to them feelings but where Nina is concerned his jealousy was strong. I would highly recommend this book everything was great I luvd it. If you havent read this other you really should she is brilliant.
