I’m not “damaged.” No horrible childhood or demons in my past I’m trying to outrun. In fact, my family is ideal ? funny, supportive and filled with couples that all follow “our” golden rule: Find her. Protect her. Love only her, with everything you are, every day, for the rest of your life.So why is it the mere thought of a monogamous relationship, more than one night with the same woman, sends … sends me bolting in the other direction?Because I hadn’t met Bellamy Morgan yet. When I do cross paths with her, everything starts to slowly make sense. Why men change overnight ? suddenly blind to all women but her, happy to hold her purse and watch corny movies.Just one problem ? she’s my little sister’s best friend.Embody is a spin-off, STANDALONE novel from the bestselling Evolve Series.

I don’t know why I didn’t read this when it was first released. I blame a long TBR list. But while looking for a weekend read and going through my kindle, this popped up. So, of course I had to read it.
It was so awesome to see the squad all grown up. And I loved seeing the Crew, older, but still the same as they were when they were younger.
This is JT, Jefferson’s story. He is Laney and Dane’s son. He did remind me of his dad, but he had a little Sawyer mixed in there too. He is a complete Alpha.
Bellamy is Brynn’s best friend. She’s the opposite of JT. But she does start to come out of her shell.
I loved the story line and how this story went. I can’t wait for Brynn’s story
Whenever I review one of SE Halls’s books, I feel like I’m on repeat but everything I say is true. She has a talent that gives beyond any bounds and that makes me want to jump in the book. JT Kendrick, is just like his dad, Dane (aka my first love from The fabulous Ms. Hall.) and he meets Bellamy and just knows she’s different. I loved this book. The squad is awesome and I’m thrilled that the series has continued.
SE Hall delivers another heart felt, knee slapper story that everyone can relate to one character or another.
The “Squad” has just enough characteristics to remind you who their parents are. But even more differences that shine through to highlight their own individual personalities. It is a beautiful story to watch as Jefferson matures into the gentleman that his “Crew” of parents/aunts/uncles have worked so hard to raise him. SE nailed it from the sibling rivalry, to the girls’ night, to the family get together. It all brings it full circle and leaves your heart full of love and butterflies!
I love SE Hall first, so happy to see the Crew together as we hear the stories of their children. JT is definitely Dane Kendrick’s alpha son. He is bold and unyielding but he grew up watching how women are treasured by their husbands and how strong the men are that take care of their wife and family without hesitation. Bellamy is hilarious, she is strong in herself works for what she has and appreciates the things she has earned. JT bursts his way into her life forcing his way, she knows how to take back control showing him how she prefers to be taken care of. LOVE LOVE LOVE the family Can’t wait I hope there will be much more in this series. YAY!!
Second best romantic hero in all romantic fiction!
I love this book by SE Hall. Hands down it’s one of my favorite books by her, JT makes the perfect book boyfriend. You won’t regret reading it.
I’ve loved The Crew for the last few years, and after reading Endure I couldn’t wait to hear kore about the Squad. JT was the perfect spot to start.
Reading about JT and Bellamy, getting little glimpses of The Crew was amazing! Their story was done so well, and I couldn’t help but fall for JT.
As expected, the characters are fun and likable. The story and flow are amazing, and it’s everything I’ve come to expect from a SE Hall story.
And I’m excited to see more!!
FINALLY!!!!! I finally got to read this and I’m so darn happy that the Evolve crew has continued on in the form of their children. I also loved that we got so many special moments with our crew! After getting a glimpse of them in Endure I was really excited to see where the Squad took us. I love that they really are little pieces of each of the crew and that they really are such a big family.
OK with that out of the way I LOVE JT!!! I love that he was the first to get his own story and I love that his other half is Bellamy, I mean just the name alone!!! I loved that we got to see a little bit of everything in him and that he truly learned from the love of his parents and aunts/uncles how to really treat a woman. Poor Bellamy never stood a chance. I also loved that the Aunts/Uncles really helped out as if they were his parents, it’s so endearing!!!
And Bellamy, poor girl, she had no idea what to expect! She was really thrown in to this family like they were a pack of wolves, but the most teddy bear like pack of wolves. I love that she really tried to persist to get what she wanted, but caved any way. She also didn’t take JT’s crap, she knew right when to tell him off!
They are just so perfect and I can’t wait to get more of them! I was so sad at the end of Endure thinking this was the end of our Crew. I’m so glad we are getting the Squad and that the Crew lives on!
This author is one talented woman. Her books get better and better. If you have read the Evolve series, then you need to read this one. This is about the next generation. JT is Dane’s son and if you liked Dane then you are going to LOVE JT. he’s so loveable. From the moment he met Bellamy in the woods, he knew he needed to have her. The only problem is, she’s his sisters best friend and doesn’t have the best track record with women. He was told to stay away from Bellamy. Such an amazing book! And I LOVE how we get to see what the gang is up to now. Can’t wait for the next book
SE delivers once again!! Must read for everyone, if you haven’t read any of her books you better start!!!!
Excited is not even a good enough word to describe how I felt when I head that the children of The Crew were getting their own series. I loved each and every one of the books about the now parents of these kids, and I’m sure The Squads’ (Full Circle) series is not going to be any different. Dane was always my favorite, and now I get to read about his son, Jefferson Tate or JT. And yes, Bellamy…..Dane is a DILF!!!!! As a reader, I love when an author listens to her fans who chant that they want more of a series. I love when they give us a continuation of a series through their children. Those of you who have read all of the Evolve Series (The Crew’s books,) you will absolutely LOVE this book. Those of you who haven’t, well now is your chance to get hooked. This book just has it all. There were so many parts in it that just made me chuckle. I love the interactions with every character. You will read this book with a smile on your face. JT will make you swoon, and Bellamy will cause you to giggle. She gives JT all he wants. The storyline is entertaining causing you to not want to put the book down. SE Hall, you gave your readers another character to swoon over and remember and talk about for years to come. I can’t wait for more from this series. Just perfection! Dual point of view. No cliffhanger.
