For Tracey Rooks, life with her grandparents on a Wyoming farm has always been simple. But after her grandmother’s death, Tracey is all her grandfather has. So when Eagle Elite University announces its annual scholarship lottery, Tracey jumps at the opportunity to secure their future and enters. She isn’t expecting much-but then she wins. And life as she knows it will never be same . . . The …
The students at Eagle Elite are unlike any she’s ever met . . . and they refuse to make things easy for her. There’s Nixon, gorgeous, irresistible, and leader of a group that everyone fears: The Elect. Their rules are simple. 1. Do not touch The Elect. 2. Do not look at The Elect. 3. Do not speak to The Elect. No matter how hard she tries to stay away, The Elect are always around her and it isn’t long until she finds out the reason why they keep their friends close and their enemies even closer. She just didn’t realize she was the enemy — until it was too late.

Amazing 5 stars
One of the best Mafia books I’ve ever read emotionally dark and tragic
With nice characters and also an action packet,
never had the feeling of wanting to finish this book
I love this series so much!
Thank you, Rachel
I was given this book in 2017 and told I had to read it. However, life got in the way and I didn’t open the book. Since I’m focused for 2019 on meeting all of the weekly challenges, I chose this book for my week three challenge.
I started this book around 8 pm the other night and literally did not put it down until after midnight when I …
This book just blew my mind!!!
This is the first Rachel van Dyken i have read and lets just say that i will be adding all of her books to my lists, that’s how good it was.
the way she wrote it, the characters and the glimpses she gave us of the upcoming couples , everything was perfect.
The best thing i found in this book was the way the …
Enroll me now!!!
Whether it’s your first time or 15th time with the Eagle Elite, you will want to enroll before you even finish!
I have read and reread this book so many times I can count. This was the first time I listened to it. Though I miss my “interpretation” of Trace’s voice, I still loved hearing on of my favorite books come to life. …
I have to be honest, I have seen this series mentioned and recommended and yet I put it off. Some of this series has sat on my kindle since 2017. There aren’t many regrets in my book life but waiting this long to read this series is something I will regret forever. It was a disservice to my book loving heart, don’t make the same choice I did if …
*5 Stars*
Whoa! I literally devoured this book in one sitting, in a couple of hours. I have seen so many recommendations for this series, but I just hadn’t had the chance to start it until now.
Boy oh boy did this story capture me. I was instantly intrigued and wanted to know more about this elite school and these really mean Elect student …
I don’t know what took me so long. But I finally got sucked in. I love a good Mafia read and I love Rachel Van Dyken’s books. I’m glad I did though because I have been missing out. I started by listening to Enrage which is book 8 in the series. I got lost in it and knew I needed to start from the very beginning. And I am happy I did. Because it …
Apparently I never wrote a review when I read this back in 2013. Well, I loved it. Nine books later, I still love this series. RVD provides twists and turns, humor, romance, tears, and some good ol’ mafia violence. If this is what appeals to you, I highly recommend this book and this series.
3.5 bumped to 4. So, this was kind of back and forth for me and honestly, it wasn’t until I read more of the series that I “got it” better ~ yet at the same time was even more disappointed in it.
Unlike every other book in the series this is only from Trace’s POV, which I see the reason why, but it still sort of sucked. There’s a lot of whiplash …
Dang!!!!! Even after reading the excerpt of Elect, I’m going to have to get my hands on that book! I had no idea Tracey, Nixon and Chase are both books! Im loving the build up of this mafia world, I’ve only heard they get more gritty and just heard so many good things about this series!
2.5 stars
This would have gotten a higher rating if it was based in high school and not college. The characters didn’t feel like they were at college but a boarding school. I like the premise but it didn’t feel the age group which really brought down my liking for the book.
I was also confused for a bit during the middle of the book, but I think …
Awesome series! Every book left me begging for the next one. I’d highly recommend!!!
I’ve heard about the Eagle Elite series a ton since I’m in Rachel’s reader group. And I still had never read them. I was like why haven’t’ I? I was on the hunt for a book that I could get lost in. And I thought, why not? I should have started it a long time ago. Let’s just say I’m glad I did.
I genuinely loved and enjoyed this story. From the …
The Eagle Elite series is hands down one of my all time favorites! I recommend these books constantly.
Loved the Eagle Elite Series
Oh Sweet Baby Jesus, what did I just read?!? When i say this was unexpected, I mean this was NOT EXPECTED! Or sudden, abrupt, surprising and unannounced.
I read the story grabber- I mean let’s be honest, that’s what grabbed me. New girl at a weird fancy school on scholarship and one (insanely hot, aloof and rude) boy seems to run said school? …
I listened to the audiobook of Enchant and of course it had me wanting the first full book in the series. I have to say that although it was a good story, the main character Tracey (Trace) spent so much time crying I was so over it. I have never had a character cry throughout the whole story but I guess there is a first for everything. There was a …
I originally read this back in 2014, but with the newer books releasing, I realised I was so far behind I couldn’t remember everything that happened, so I decided to reread the series.
I am glad I did because I thoroughly enjoyed it all over again, and I am not one who regularly rereads books because I have so many waiting to be read for the …
I put off reading Eagle Elite for a long time – it’s a long series, and I just wasn’t ready to get into it yet. Maybe I was a bit scared of disappointment as well, because this book is always highly recommended. Fortunately, I’m now also one of those who will recommend it to others!
It’s strange setting – an elite college like no others, and …
This book had my emotions every which way, but mostly I really hated Nixon, he’s just a**y, “I’m not finished talked,” he said smoothly. “The key card gains you access into the elevator only once a week. It also gains you access into the cafeteria, twice a day. Not three times. We don’t want you gaining weight. Use it wisely and if you impress me …
