Eleven Rooms. Ten Bodies. One Empty Grave. In this international bestseller, rookie FBI Agent Brandon Fisher takes on his first case with the Behavioral Analysis Unit, but will he survive long enough to catch the killer? Eleven is a fast-paced, spine-tingling thriller that will have you gasping for breath at every twist… Behavioral Analysis Unit, he knew he’d come up against psychopaths, sociopaths, pathological liars, and more. But when his first case takes him and the team to Salt Lick, Kentucky, to hunt down a ritualistic serial killer, he learns what nightmares are truly made of.
Beneath a residential property, local law enforcement discovered an underground bunker with circular graves that house the remains of ten victims. But that’s not all: there’s an empty eleventh grave, just waiting for a corpse. The killing clearly hasn’t come to an end yet, and with the property owner already behind bars, Brandon is certain there’s an apprentice who roams free.
As the FBI follows the evidence across the United States, Brandon starts to struggle with the deranged nature of his job description. And if the case itself isn’t going to be enough to push Brandon over the edge, he’s working in the shadow of Supervisory Special Agent Jack Harper, who expects nothing short of perfection from his team. To make matters even worse, it seems Brandon has become the target of a psychotic serial killer who wants to make him—or his wife—victim number eleven.

First, I would grab this book because it was written by Carolyn Arnold. Second, I have been reading her work for a while now, and I now she won’t disappoint my, but she may blow my mind. Third, SHE DID!
Carolyn Arnold’s novels read like Criminal Minds episodes. I love how she breaks down the crimes and the criminals, taking us through the …
Grabs you from the first sentence & holds you till the end. The characters & story line remind me of Criminal Minds, my favorite TV show. The FBI/BAU unit are chasing a serial killer who has buried 10 bodies & has left one open grave for the 11th. They must find the killer before he fills that last grave. You will love the thrill of the chase. …
I really liked this book as story line took me to many places and back. Characters are solid and plot line is very good.
It kept me on the edge of my seat. A great read
Very intense Thriller that I never guessed the killer until the end.
Once upon a time I loved Criminal Mind. Many “detective” storires sort of follow the same format. I found this to be a refreshing pace as it is told from the perspective of a new “special agent.” Brandon wants to be FBI and solve cases, make the world a better place. Brandon’s private life is turned upside down and his self esteem is beat …
Queen of Suspense Thrillers Carolyn Arnold does it yet again, with this first-class gem of a psychological murder/mystery, that gives the reader ultimate excitement and a scarily believable, Hannibal Lecter-like serial-killer, fit to give you nightmares.
Eleven is set in Salt Lick, the kind of small town ‘nowheresville’, that could even be your …
Serial murder cruelly committed. Keeps FBI on tenderhooks to solve crimes.
lots of twists and dead ends.
This was really good, with a lot of surprises.
Kept me on my toes till the end. Wow great mystery.
realistic, the characters are “real” people, not perfect, cookie cutter characters. The bad guys have real issues and the crimes are disturbing. But having read true crime I could so much see this being based on a real serial killer.
Great author.
I couldnt finish, I had to give up and on the antagonism, and disrespect
