EchoI’m a Doomsday Sinner. A biker to my very soul. Women have always been the same—interchangeable. Until her. She loves my control and craves my touch. Now she’s mine. I’ve claimed her in every way possible and I won’t let anything, least of all her, tear us apart.OliviaI was on the holiday of a lifetime, until I ended up stranded in Archer’s Creek. Then I met a badass, Harley riding biker boy … Harley riding biker boy who laughed at me. He’s a bloody pain in the arse. Bossy and controlling, he’s the unexpectedly perfect guy at the worst moment—because even the strongest love can falter when a crazed psycho decides I need to die.

Olivia ends up stranded in Archer’s Creek, Texas as she is backpacking her way through the US. She finds herself getting a job at the local MC’s biker bar and catching the eye of Echo. Echo decides that Olivia is meant to be his, but Olivia is not fully on board to being claimed. Echo though is certain she is not going anywhere but she has someone else who is after her and he needs his club to help protect her from the invisible threat.
This was fantastic, I thought Olivia was a handful when it came to Echo. Echo is pure alpha male caveman when it comes to Olivia. I can’t wait to read more in this series if this is any indication of what it will be like. Terrific book.
Amazing book! Echo is pure, alphahole dominance wrapped in a tattooed biker shell, and watching him fall for Liv was EPIC! I think I’m in love!!!! These characters are fantastic, and I feel like the Archer’s Creek world is going to ruin me for all other MC books!
In this MC romance the girl is from the UK and she’s backpacking through the US. The US is kind of hard to do that, but okay. I thought the best “uhhh someone hasn’t actually done this activity” was when the couple goes to swim in Barton Springs. There is no way someone just jumps in the water and starts splashing and playing around. That water is really, really cold. Like, not a refreshing cold but more of a get me out of here now cold. Anyway, it’s pretty unexpected just how super cold it is, and Olivia would have remarked on it. Otherwise, it was a little different than other MC romances I’ve read. I recommend.
I didn’t really know what to expect with this book as this author is new to me, but I was really surprised. talk about a complete Alpha, Echo was a man who knew what he wanted straight away when he seen Olivia bent over her bag in the small town of Archer’s Creek.
Olivia was a little resistant at first with his Alpha ways, but soon realised Echo’s over the top Alpha ways were because of the depth of his feelings for her.
Throw in some mystery and introductions of other MC Members (Like Park the Irish Tattoo Artist) and my interest was peaked for further books.
Also got to love a girl who has gay guys as her BF’s and even better one of them was her EX. I would have just loved to have known a little more about what Olivia was like before her Holiday backpacking around the USA.
Lucky she missed her bus. Great Cover btw.
If you can cope with a man that is totally alpha caveman over a woman, then Echo is for you.
I love a good MC romance and if you’re looking for an alpha possessive and dominant male and lots and lots (and lots) of sex and dirty talk, this is for you. While you are in the MC world and you meet other MC members, this story largely revolves around our lead characters Liv and Echo, coming together and falling quickly. But every so often, a sinister creep is obsessing over our leading lady Liv, adding suspense to the dynamic and keeps you wondering what’s going to happen and when. The romance is a fast burn, but the story is a bit slow, but a great read altogether.
Echo is an alpha caveman type. He knows what he wants and he will get it. Welcome to town British girl Olivia. The chemistry is undeniable. Their love is intense.
This is everything you would expect from an MC read. I love the alpha personality. Hot read. Fits the genre.
4.5 stars out of 5. Paperback read.
Although slow to start and slightly on the repetitive side, I found this novel packed with action and excitement. Echo a member of an MC has an instant attraction for Olivia, a British girl on a backpacking adventure through America.
It took a long time for Echo to break out of his caveman persona and grow a bit more, and deep down I wished that Olivia stopped a for a second to get some of the answers she so desperately sought and wanted.
Nonetheless, the characters were both lovable, and I wish I could have continued reading so that I could find out where the next chapter of their lives took them.
I look forward more from this author, as well as the Archer Creek boys.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review
You know that AWESOME feeling you get as a reader when you discover an author totally NEW to you that writes a book that you loooove? Well, ‘Echo’ by Gemma Weir did that for me. I don’t know HOW I managed to MISS Ms. Weir’s work but am I soooo DARN happy I found her at last! The only upside is, this way I’ve got LOTS of her work to binge read! No waiting at this point!
And Echo. Ah, glorious, marvelous, delicious Echo! EVERYTHING this woman craves in a stellar book boyfriend. Alpha, southern drawl, huge, bossy, DOMINANT, pushy, PROTECTIVE, focused, intense . . . . sigh . . . . I adore Echo. Seriously adore him!
And, I have to say, in many of the books I read, I do not care for the heroines but I DID like Olivia (Livvy) a lot. She’s feisty, snarky, stands up for herself, intelligent & completely bowled over by the force of nature named Echo.
The plot’s been detailed, so I’ll just say how this one made me FEEL.
I was completely pulled into this book, I was swirled away with Olivia by Echo, & somehow, no matter how domineering, pushy, bossy he got, no matter how he ordered Livvy around, I shivered in delight almost as much as she did. Somehow Ms. Weir managed to write this dominant possessive jealous Alpha in a way (for me!) that was PERFECT. I found myself completely reluctant to put this one down & when I was forced to do so I EAGERLY dove back in ASAP.
I found the writing, the plot, the characters to be wonderfully done, I WANTED to meet all of them (not the baddies of course): the Doomsday Sinners, Echo, Olivia, Brandi, Sleaze, Daisy, Blade, Puck (shivers!) & Park. I was submerged in the story, forgot I was reading so invested in the characters & how everything would turn out for them.
I was worried for Echo & Olivia: would they be together? Would they be able to have a HEA, together? I teared up as things came to a climax, was on awful tenterhooks as their story spun to the end.
This one has wonderfully wicked SIZZLING steam (a lot of it!), romance, danger, mystery, suspense, love, loyalty, betrayal & deliciously dirty talking MC Alpha to adore.
In short, I deeply CARED about Echo & Olivia, I was addicted to reading their story & I personally think that’s a testament to the deft skill of this fine writer.
And I cannot wait to start ‘Daisy’ next!
Well this is the first in this series and will have you at the edge of your seat and crying with some parts. But this rough and tough biker Echo has found his forever with a traveler from the UK Olivia. And the chase begins, while everything seems calm in Archer’s Creek girls have gone missing and no one has a clue as to where or who is doing this. Throughout this book you will find real love and the Forever we would all like to have, and come to find out the mystery of the disappearance of the girls. So grab your copy and enjoy the ride. I’m on to the next Book Daisy, so enjoy as much as I did.
A great MC story that I couldn’t put down.
Gemma brought all the alpha male hottness that I love in a MC story’s to this. Echo is one fine specimen of a man. Olivia is a fab heroine, I love her personality. My most favourite thing about an MC story is their loyalty to each other and to their old lady’s and this had it and more.
Fantastic secondary character’s and really can’t wait to read the next book.
First time I have read a book by this author and wow, this was so exciting I could not put it down, I thought this first was just that, until I looked and saw that there are more already published in this series, bet you can guess who is going to be one-clicking the rest.
I received a copy and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest
Insta love
I should have started reading the series with Echo but I didn’t and now I feel bad because Echo definitely is my favourite.
I loved this book more than anything because we get to know about Archer’s Creek more, about how everything started for each one of them and all the insta lust and love. How an unexpected situation can change our life forever with a one-minute decision.
Very well written intimate moments and a great story overall.
I am in love with this book and cant wait to read book 2. This book has great characters and flows really well. I couldn’t put it down, there are some scenes that yea you may want or need a cold shower after but it’s an amazing book.

Another author once wrote about Romance that either the story drives the sex or the sex drives the story. In this case the sex truly drove the story. That isn’t a bad thing at all but this book dragged on an on. There is only so many times a guy can go caveman and knock a woman over the head and drag her back to his cave shouting how she is his before a reader gets bored. If the book is supposed to be an erotic story so be it but I don’t think this was supposed to be just an erotic story.
Yes it got boring and overstated but it was decently written. The plot itself wasn’t half bad and the characters were interesting. Will I get book 2? I am waffling on that issue.
I found this first time author and am so glad I did. I love Echo and Livvys story. I adore their relationship. This read is super hot and brought out so many emotions in me. I went from extremely touched, to sad, to anxious and happy. This author did her job but making you feel everything. Am dying to read the next book already.
Enjoyed this first book in the series starting with Echo and Olivia’s story from Archer’s Creek. Now looking forward to book 2 and meeting more characters.
My days! I hit the ground running with this book! From the first page I was pulled in. I want to be Olivia when I grow up! The minute Olivia and Echo met the heat rose from my kindle, he was not messing around. I loved Olivia’s sass, she wasn’t going to make it easy but when Echo was on full alpha mode, she didn’t stand a chance. To be far I would of been the same…here…take it all, take me…..I mean take it all!!
This book consumed me, I was literally crawling out of my skin at one point because I knew something bad was coming, I just didn’t know when!! Honestly I cannot wait to read more from this author!! Five huge stars from me!!
