From New York Times Bestselling author Kristen Proby comes a series set in the intriguing and sexy city of New Orleans, Louisiana. A powerful family, each sibling successful and ready for love!Eli Boudreaux’s family has built ships and boats in Louisiana for generations. At thirty, he is the youngest CEO to ever head Bayou Enterprises, co-chairing with his eldest brother. His head for business … business and his no-nonsense work ethic is also quickly making him the best the company has seen in generations.
Kate O’Shaughnessy is hired by companies all over the world to slip inside and investigate every member of the organization from the CEO down to the custodial staff to find the person or persons responsible for embezzling. She’s smart, quick-witted, and she’s now been hired by Bayou Enterprises, specifically Eli Boudreaux. The attraction is immediate and the chemistry is off the charts, but Kate has heard all about Eli’s playboy past and she has a job to do. Sleeping with the boss isn’t a part of that job, even if just the sound of her name rolling off that Cajun tongue and the way he fills out a designer suit does make her sweat.
Eli’s southern charms surprise Kate. The man whose reputation labels him as a ruthless, callous womanizer is not the man she’s coming to know intimately. He’s generous, protective and makes her smile. Cracking through Kate’s cool, reserved demeanor and discovering her love of sexy, expensive lingerie is a challenge Eli can’t resist, but her sweet nature, love of family and sense of humor pull at him in ways no one else ever has.
But when the person responsible for trying to single-handedly dismantle Eli’s empire comes to light, and it’s time for Kate to move on, to what lengths will Eli go to keep the woman he’s fallen in love with by his side?

I was extremely disappointed in this book. The premise and some other reviews made it sound interesting. I was surprised at the author’s constant use of swear words. Also, the book was mostly sex scenes with little character development. The reason that the main protagonists met was given virtually no development at all.
I enjoyed the author’s use of realistic settings to develop her characters. The story was a quick read and provided a little light reading.
This book is a fun fast read as is the entire series. I love the setting and the characters.
I didn’t enjoy the story. It had it’s good and bad but for the most part it did not keep my interest
Can’t remember what it was about so it’s not very memorable. Sorry
OMG …. Lemon drop …. and taylor swift. So funny. Oddly, came up as unread, so I read it again. Longer review.
This has several.. a lot .. of steamy parts. Actually, some of the best written, but also some repetitive. Just need to know they happen and if you don’t like reading steam skip to after and continue with the story.
The story is well written. There is a mystery and attempted murder within the romance. There is tons of world and character building… many more good stories to come.
Enjoyed the trip to New Orleans, one of my all time favorite cities, the sites, the food, the music and yes, even the smells are well described and brought to life. The story however had some issues, lack of continuity, insta love and not all questions are answered. The book is enjoyable so please read for yourself… having cut my teeth on Nancy Drew and later on Agatha Christie, I tend to cling to the details.
This one will give you all the feels!

Review:
I loved the setting of this book. I’d love to go to New Orleans one day. It sounds like such an interesting place to visit.
This book was interesting enough for me to keep reading. I wanted to know who was stealing from the company.
The characters where nice, they where well developed.
I didn’t really care for the way Eli said Dawling, it didn’t sound right in my ear.
The relationship between Eli and Kate started of kind of random. Not sure what to think of it. It wasn’t bad or anything I just didn’t feel that connection they did right away.
I found myself skipping over the sex scenes and that’s shocking for me since I love me some smut in books. Its the way it was written and the terms they used ‘anus’ ‘scrotum’ ‘pubic bone’ no man says oh I found a nice spot under your pubic bone. Its not hot hahah.
Anyhow overall it was an oke read. Not bad and not amazing.
It’s a book you’d read on a rainy day and you want something quick and easy.
Rating:
2 1/2 it was oke stars
4 Incapable Stars. Fun, FuN, FUN! That’s the one word that comes to mind when I think of Easy Love. This is the beginning of the Bourdreaux series and it’ll make you want to read the rest. The Bourdreauxs may be one of the elites of New Orleans, but they sure are fun, tight, and down-to-earth. Eli is the CEO of the family business, Bayou Enterprises, and he’s just found out someone on the inside has been stealing from the business. His sister Savannah knows just who to call to get to the bottom of it.
Eli is one of the few in the family who doesn’t know Kate O’Shaughnessy, Van’s college roommate. When he does meet her, he wonders how he could have missed her. Eli and Kate both have issues. Kate’s stem from a failed marriage, Eli’s from his last conversation with his father. Both are workaholics who bring out the best in each other. Could there be any more fun place than New Orleans to bring these two together?
If you start Easy Love, be prepared to finish it and go right into book two. You’ll want to stay with the Boudreaux family for a while!
Book and story woild have been much better without the explicit sex.
Couldn’t get through it. Tried. Just wasn’t happening. The characters, the plot, all of it.
I love this book. I could not put it down. I read it in one day. I am ordering
the rest of the series . I rate this book the highest you can give.
Loved it
I loved how easily the H and h built a life together. Not only did I enjoy the main characters, but I am exited to read more about the hero’s family.
It was well written . It was Getty a kitty fry towards the end
Great book. I just didn’t like the use of obscene language in it
Loved this whole series and the great family of characters. Setting of New Orleans made it even more special as I am a frequent visitor to the area.
I don’t like books with profanity. It makes good people look vocabulary deficient in my opinion. I stopped reading before the first chapter was over.
The series about 6 New Orleans siblings finding love… is just captivating. This first book made me want to read the next book although I did wish for the hero to quickly make the heroine his legally ….
