Simon Danbury, an internationally sought after motivational speaker, helps women from all walks of life with love, self-esteem, dating and career building skills. Handsome, witty and wealthy, Simon seemingly has everything a man could want. But appearances can be deceiving. While Simon may have the answers for millions of women all over the world, when it comes to his own love life, he¿s a giant, … giant, sexy mess. Divorced, and convinced that he¿ll never love again, the very last thing he expects is one Charly Boudreaux. Charly doesn¿t want to be at this seminar in the middle of nowhere, but her sister made her go. She¿s the one who has her life together. Great career, amazing family, nice home, and loyal friends. So what if she doesn¿t have a man? She doesn¿t need one. If she¿s learned anything in her almost thirty years, it¿s that men are more trouble than they¿re worth. And they have a nasty habit of breaking your heart into a million tiny pieces. So she¿ll sit through all of Simon¿s touchy feely crap and go home and get on with her life. Except Simon isn¿t really spouting crap, and when he smiles at her, the butterflies are ridiculous. Never mixing business with pleasure, Simon finds Charly, a bright spot in a universe that¿s been dark for too long. But will he be able to resist her? And why would he want to?

As usual, another hit! I love the Boudreaux family, but I think Charly may be my favorite (probably because I can most identify with her). She’s spunky and strong, like Ms. Proby tends to write her characters, but Charly is also reserved and a bit more introverted. Simon was the best counterpart for her. Outwardly, he is this wonderful and dynamic motivational speaker, but had some residual effects from a previous relationship. Together, they make for one hell of a couple!
Cannot wait for more!!!
YES! Charly caves to her sister and goes to a retreat to Montana for two weeks where Simon Danbury is leading a seminar. He a life coach for all things women need from self esteem to dating help and when this British man gets his eyes on Charly he is hooked. These two have such chemistry it cannot be denied even though they try. He convinces her to stay over after the retreat and then a couple weeks later he shows up in New Orleans. This one was great! Such a good addition to this series!
Easy Kisses is just as entertaining, and heartfelt as the others. Charly and Simon have instant, and smoking hot chemistry. They both needed to let go of past and some insecurities but whatever is brewing between them is undeniable. Kristen Proby certainly knows how to write a story that grabs your attention from the beginning and enthralls you till the end. The Boudreaux family is always in each other’s business but at the same time always there for one another other. I adore the family dynamics. I enjoyed every single moment of this book.
4 Motivational Stars. OK, Simon is officially one of my all time favorite book boyfriends. His British accent oozed off the pages. Easy Kisses continues the tradition of fun, FuN, FUN that this series has going on.
Simon is a motivational speaker for women empowerment. He holds seminars all over the world, mainly Great Britain, and the US. Charly’s sister, Van, has signed her up for a two-week seminar Simon is holding in Montana. Charly doesn’t really want to go. She’s got a business to run and doesn’t have time for this. Van just wants Charly to get out and experience life a little more. Charly doesn’t have the heart to say “no” to Van so off to Montana she goes. At about Day Two, things begin to get interesting.
This is a fun one! I’ve said that before. Heck, this whole series is pure entertainment with a side of steam. The Boudreauxs are an amazing family. They’ve got their problems and quirks, but they love fiercely and are super protective. It’s fun to watch them expand the family.
Of the series, this is probably my second favourite book coz both the hero and his love seem so real in this times, with busy lives, different time zones to juggle, family commitments etc..
This is book 4 in the Boudreaux family series. Can you read this one without the others? Yes, you can. This family is wonderful. They love each other to no ends. They are always there for each other which makes me love this series even more. This book is about Charly. She meets Simon when she goes to a retreat/seminar type thing in which he is in charge of presenting. They have an attraction, but one of the problems is that he doesn’t date attendees. They build a great friendship. I feel that Kristen does a wonderful job of pulling you in and making you feel as you are part of their story. The family interactions are what really makes this book for me. There will be times where you question what the characters are doing. There will be times where you smile. There will be times where you chuckle. There will be times when you just want to shake them. Dual point of view. No cliffhanger. The characters learn about themselves as they go through this relationship, but I think the best thing about this is how they use the support from others to help.
