Sinful weekends in Vegas have never been this fun. NatalieThinking outside the box has gotten my business to the top. Few companies can put together an event with the jaw-dropping quality I deliver. I’ll be damned if I let Mr. Stephen Know-it-All Clark steal this potential client from me. We might have this ‘frenemies with benefits’ thing going, but I’ll outbid his proposal and kick his perfect … client from me. We might have this ‘frenemies with benefits’ thing going, but I’ll outbid his proposal and kick his perfect behind without breaking my stride.
Or my designer stilettos.
All I’ve got to do is not get distracted by his rippling six-pack.
That should be easy.
Right?
Yeah, right.

Getting the Sexy & Sinful Spa & Resort account is the difference between expanding or filing for bankruptcy. My partner has just visited the resort. She made personal connections with the general manager and brought back invaluable suggestions. We’ve put together the perfect proposal and a killer presentation. What could go wrong?
Famous last words.
All I’ve got to do is not get distracted by Ms. Natalie Todeschini. Too bad her curves have been my downfall since high school.
Too darn distracting.
That should be easy.
Right?
Yeah, right.
What if what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay there?

I enjoyed this novella. It is just the start of this series, so expect to be left wanting more. I liked Natalie and Steve. It was easy to feel their attraction and sparks really flew between them. The story was fun and the book is short but it held my attention well. I’m looking forward to the next book.
Natalie and Stephen have known each other since school, however something happened. Skip ahead and there still travel in the same circle’s only it’s as business rivals both fighting for the same deal. What they can’t seem to do is fight the sexual chemistry and emotions that have them both trapped in a cycle of constant conflict between them professionally however personally they can’t seem to keep their hands off each other in private at every chance they get. until they both win the same contract. A quick steamy adventure that I hope continues.
Take a Chance
Easter Cookie is a novella which introduces the readers to Natalie and Steve who were in high school together are are now in professional competition as event planners. Only one problem…they can’t seem to keep their hands and other body parts off and out of each other. What are they to do?
These five chapters gives you a taste of their year long adventure that the author promises to be funny and romantic. Fingers crossed!!!
I am leaving this review for your consideration. Peace.
Natalie and Steve were high school friends and neighbors until the hormones started pumping. All grown up, still hot for each other but now competitors in their professions. Can the past be turned into the present and a relationship. Short read that continues from the Knights Edge Series. Can’t wait to see what happens between these two.
I received a free ARC copy of this book.
I received an ARC of this book and also purchased it on Amazon. This was a good intro to the series. It was god to revisit charactors from the Knight series and the Easter cookie. What I did not like was 50% of the book was previews of the books in the Knight series, Our Valentine and the next book in this series.
This was a good beginning to a new mini series that shows promise. Natalie and Steve grew up together but had a falling out when they were still young. It seems both of them have different perceptions of what happened but they are askew.
Years later they are both still in love but there are so many things unknown and unsaid.
Now with their companies both being chosen to work together on the same project they’ll have to come to some sort of compromise.
Pride and fears will have to be set aside in order to move beyond their current set up.
I like the characters well enough but I didn’t quite connect with them. I’m interested in seeing how the story and characters develop. It’s highly possible that I will end up becoming more invested in their story the further into the series I get.
