THESE ARE NICE LIGHT READS THAT YOU CAN DO HOME ALONE.
Very short quick read cozy mysteries. Not the best, not the worst.
An easy read, but rather predictable.
I love a cozy mystery. They have such great characters.
Just a relaxing cozy set of light mysteries. Nothing brain taxing, but a means to view lives next to the sea.
Great author and characters. Didn’t want to put them down
Fun reads in a great setting. Believable characters.
Fast moving,easy read
Absolutely enjoyed this series. Funny, exciting, suspenseful, fast paced action. Love the characters I didn’t want to stop reading. So much fun……
Enjoyed the set and will read more when they come.
These books were all entertaining and I enjoyed reading them. Left a little cliff hanger for the next books coming.
The author lacks the skill to build characters, their personalities and their relationships, The story lines were repetitive and predictable. Ms. Bell used first names all the time making the characters unrealistic. She had numerous grammatical and mechanical errors indication a lack of editing. A good concept, but seriously lacking.
A great book to read before you go to sleep; light and entertaining with twists and turns to keep you engaged.
Great series. I loved it. I HAD to read all 4 books without stop. These would be wonderful beach reads. Pleasant, realistic, funny without being forced. Whodunits with heart.
Great short stories….loved it
The Dune House stories are really novellas. They are light mysteries. The characters are interesting but the plots lack depth and complexity. These are not Elizabeth George-type mysteries. They are cute and if you need something light to read, they do the job.
This is a fun quick read with interesting characters
Light, enjoyable read.
I couldn’t “figure out” who did it throughout the whole story! It wasn’t predictable at all. Loved it, a cute story.
Enjoyable read. Simple to follow plots with likeable characters. Would like to read the rest of the books in this series.
