NEW YORK TIMES and USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR, ELLE CASEY, brings readers Book 1 of DRIFTERS’ ALLIANCE, an ongoing Science Fiction Space Opera series.
One hand of cards and it’s all over but the crying…
Cass Kennedy finally gets what she’s been dreaming of for the past ten years: a drifter ship to call her own. All the sim time and battle training is going to pay off in spades as she sets … going to pay off in spades as she sets her course for the future. She’ll be living on her own terms, not those of her father’s.
But drifting through deep space with a crew of nutty strangers on the DS Anarchy carries a lot more surprises than she bargained for. Nobody told her that her ship is falling apart, that dead chickens are something you really want to hang on to, and that the OSG has big plans for the universe that don’t necessarily jibe with her plans for herself.
Jump onboard with Cass and her crew as she charts a course toward an alliance that will either make her or break her as Captain of the DS Anarchy.

I am currently reading Drifters’ Alliance. It features a badass captain of a drifter ship. Well, that’s what she aspires to be one day. She won her ship in a card game and is learning the ropes as she goes.
I really enjoyed this story
A different kind of space adventure. The 1st person female hero’s telling of the story works. Definitely leaves you wondering where the next book leads her.
a good suspenseful book
Well thought out and a very good read. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
Finished book but not interesting enough to continue series.
Ever wonder what could be our ‘next generation’ if we push Earth beyond her limits; this could be it.
A Good read
Can’t wait for the next one in the series.
was waiting for more because it was so interesting
More a young adult novel. I know, this is the case in many genre fiction works. Science fiction is a favorite genre of mine even though I am well beyond its target demographic. The story is the first of a trilogy so, apparently by design, it feels a little incomplete. It was engrossing as far as it went. I recommend it to anyone inclined to get the next two volumes. Greg C.
I liked the book but it seemed to be missing something. The characters and story were interesting but not entirely engaging.
Need more per book but I will happily wait for the next one
I really like the strong female lead.
I finished it and not interested in going further. It was ok for me.
Can’t wait for the next book to come out
waiting for the 4th boolk
Humorous with engaging lead chaacter
Truly enjoyed the first 2 books. They were both cliff hangers which I’m not a fan of, but the books were fun reads. Did not invest in the 3rd when I read reviews that said the 2es book in the 3 book series was also a cliff hanger, and 2-3 years later no other books had appeared.
enjoyed the story, the building of the characters and their interactions
